terrible customer service
Worst service ever! I waited 10 minutes in line to pay for gas and other purchases and I was the only person in line. The worker was busy chatting with her co-worker while attempting to make a sandwich, looks at me standing in line and continues her business. I finally asked her if there was a cashier on duty. She says "l'll be with you in a moment" and continues chatting. Eventually she called for help from someone in the back who never came out. I left my items at the counter and walked out and left. Thanks for ruining my morning. 6:10am 10/4/17

Hello my names chris I ordered a fryz platter which is my favorite. But when I got home it was just fryz with nothing on them, I was sadly disappointed. This isn't a first for me as it use to happen to me in Lancaster a lot. Also they never gave me marinara sauce for my pretzel. My wife was not happy at all.. I hope these issues can get resolved and my orders don't continue to get messed up as I will be checking everytime after I get my food now. Thank you for your time.

On Sunday Oct 1 2017 at 330pm I walked in the sheetz on morriville pwky store #600 in morrisville nc. I wanted to purchase a alcohol beverage and a pack of Cigars. I was asked to show my id and at the time i didnt have my id. The cashier i spoke with was name dylan and mgr at the time was maddy. My complanit is i understand by law you are suppose to show id.I come in this store all the time and never once was i ever asked to show id till today. Since i didnt have my purse with at the time my husband went in to buy it and of course they didnt let him. Im 38 yrs old and i know i look over 21yrs old! I clearly feel like he the cashier was been discriminating bc l have came in that store before and never been asked to show id. My whole thing is when a person is buying alcohol EVERYONE id needs be check. No one needs be singled out! I will be contact the ABC law enforcement on this matter as well!

On 9/30/17 (at approx noon) I took my daughter and her friend to Cresson, PA Sheetz for FroYos. My 10y.o. daughter through experience found that some toppings make the icecream kinda slimy when together for a few minutes so she filled one cup half full with icecream and another cup half full with her topping. The cashier insisted we pay for both cups - so I paid for 3 FroYos total. I explained that I would understand paying for 3 if they were completely full but we weren't trying to cheat anyone - together the toppings and icecream were the contents of 1 FroYo just not mixed together. Cashier still insisted I pay for each cup.
If this is truly the way Sheetz charges people we will no longer be purchasing from your stores. It's a shame the kids enjoy making their own but the store robs the parents. I was upset so I threw the receipt away in the lottery machine trash on my way out the door.
boneless bites
I ordered the boneless bites with buffalo sauce to be tossed with the bites. When I got home and opened the container there was the smallest amount of sauce on the bites. The sauce covered a small portion of some while most really didn't have any sauce at all. When I have ordered this before all bites were coated in buffalo sauce. I am very dissatisfied with the food I received.

I ordered an appetizer sampler. After the order was complete and given to me, I asked for some boom boom sauce. I was told there was a 40 cents charge for the sauce. (There is normally no charge for the sauce when ordering but since I didn't specifically "order" the free sauce with my order, I was told there would be an up-charge). I stated that if I ordered a hamburger and then asked for ketchup, would I be charged for a condiment only because I did not order the ketchup with the initial order. First off, this is the only business I know of that charges for condiments. I spoke with the manager and he didn't have the common sense to figure out what I was asking. He said; "I'm sorry, but you ordered ketchup on the screen, therefore, I have to charge you for the boom boom sauce. No wonder why so many people do not go to sheets... What horrible customer service. Will use Wawa from now on.

I entered the store to get my daughter some coffee on her way to work. I was in a hurry but thought coffee would be quick. Despite the fact that there were 4 employees there, only one was working at the register, so I waited behind 3 other customers. The ordering computer screens had a notice on them that they were down for maintenance, so I asked if I could order a cold brew coffee. The cashier called out to someone coming and going to fill your food coolers and asked if I could use the screen to order coffee. She said yes and I quickly completed my order. Five minutes later she finally poured it even though she had no other order a to complete. She didn't apologize for the wait and the cashier said that she was in the cooler so it took her longer. She knew of the order before that. When I complained of the time it took, the cashier said it wasn't as long as I thought and offered no apology for the wait. It's just pouring into a cup! It shouldn't take any time. I have previously and consistently rated Sheetz service poorly and this is yet another reason your stores continue to disappoint me in their downward slide. I want a response!

I was at the Archdale location. I go to sheetz everyday and get a frozen latte. After paying for my lattes I went to pick them up. I paid for a large. The large cups were a little less than 3/4 full. I asked them why they weren't full and he Said they didn't make enough so they split it between the two cups. I would have paid for a medium if that's what I was going to end up with. When I asked him to fill them up, He wouldn't correct it. I am extremely disappointed.

Yes this the second time I'm complaining on the store on 6th ave Huntington wv I do not know who's running that store, but I will not be returning. I gave another chance I went got lunch 2 hot dog sauce onion n jalapeños n a meatball sub with jalapeños.the bread was hard hard I didn't get my jalapeños on either items.I threw it away n went else were.I will not be returning, thank you

I was excited to try the hotdogs on the pretzel bun when I receive the food the condiments were thrown so heavy that it was spilling of the bun making it soggy and I could not even see the hotdogs . Also I purchased the slider burgers with caramel onions, boom sauce and bacon, the bacon was crispy, there was no sauce and onions which is the only reason the slider is order. I am a long time customer and enjoy the food especially with the children on the road however, this was not a good experience.

I went to your store this morning for breakfast. I decided to try the ready to go breakfast sandwiches located at the front of the store in the heated kiosk. I was tired of McDonald’s very expensive sandwiches so I tried yours. I couldn’t have been more disappointed. Very soggy bottom biscuit, very hard top biscuit. Not a good thing. Maybe not sell those anymore it’s digusting

My card was stolen out of my car at a wawa gas station then later used at sheetz for three separate transactions around early 11 pm est. I really hope i can get my money back my card is fully blocked. Who ever has my card had to run the transactions as credit because they don't know my pin. I would also like to know if they still have my wallet now

On September 8, 2017 at 7:50 am I was involved in an automobile accident at the secondary entrance to the sheetz store #314 located in New Alexandria, PA I moved through the intersection where route 119 and route 981 intersect traveling south. I was at a stop in the furthest lane to the right where the roadway is four lanes wide facing forward where route 981 north enters from a double yellow line two lane highway. I observed a large CDL Class-A truck at the front of the opposing south bound traffic a two lane double yellow line roadway. The lead vehicle then stopped where the painted roadway marking identified the point of entry for the sheetz before the road changes to a four lane three lanes route 119 and one far right lane south 981 where i was stopped. The opposing traffic at a complete stop in the opposing lane I began making a left turn into sheetz entrance and as I came passed the front of the class-A truck my vehicle was struck by another individual's vehicle who had not stopped and exited the two lanes of traffic the vehicle had left the initial two lanes and created a third lane illegally. following the collision I continued movement into the sheetz parking lot where the other vehicle did the same. PA. State Police Officer arrived to inform me that this is a private driveway and I am at fault for turning left here.
I received a citation, that I am pleading not guilty to, but when speaking to the officer on this matter he informed that the PSP and others have made several complaints about the design and safety of this store's entrances over the years and nothing has changed. It has been identified as a potential hazard and now no longer potential my vehicle allowed incurred $3, 000 damage and my time spent dealing with this.
The trooper said he can't help it complaints have been made and nothing happens. I am informing your representatives that I have written a formal complaint and a request for a complete Risk Assessment of this location and submitted this to the PennDOT District traffic engineers office. I look forward to hearing from you and seeing if there is anything your Company may do to compensate me for the inconveniences thank you all for your time and resources.

Never been so dissatisfied by sheetz went and got a orange dreamsicle shake was melted when I got it and didn't have any cream on it like I ask my taco salad only wanted 2 things on it and they put like 6 when I asked for a new one they said I'll have to deal with it and my chicken was plain told them to put garlic on it they said I got what I ordered when I show them.my order thwy said that wasn't there problem once food is handed out cannot bw fixed I'm so disappointed

I go to Sheetz very often, two in particular. At the one, the service is great and the food is always cooked very well. However, at the other one, the food is always undercooked. It has been the past five times. I always believed the next time would be better, but it never is. I'm done giving that one chances. I will continue to at the other Sheetz. I feel like I wasted money at the other Sheetz because I can never finish the food. The milkshakes were too melted, seconds after being made. The chicken inside the boneless bites was a little pink as well. I didn't end up eating it. Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint.

On Saturday September 16th I visited the Inwood West Virginia store and was very dissatisfied. I walked in to pick my food up that I had ordered in advance on the phone ap. I was the third person in line and in about 2 minutes there were 15 people behind me. There was one person working the register. A short time later another cashier came out from the back and I was next in line. As I approached him he started speaking to his friends behind me in line. After listening to their conversation I found out that the young man working was only there for one hour and was not at the register because he was tired and hungry so he was eating. He continued to speak to his friends even after I asked him a question and completely ignored me like I was an inconvenience for speaking to him while his friends were there. I usually have great experiences with all of your employees but this man was very rude. Once I got the food home for myself and my family I realized my sandwich order was completely wrong. My chicken Boom Boom chicken po Boy had about two drops of sauce on it, no coleslaw, a very small amount of cheese that was stuff to the wrapper and mayo. I took 3 bites of the sub and ended up throwing it out. Overall my experience today was less than acceptable. Sheetz is the closet business to my home so we frequent the store about 3 times a week for snacks, gas, drinks and food. We typically go to the store on Winchester avenue and have a great experience every time. I don't think I will be going back to the Inwood location after me experience there yesterday. I grew up in Ebensburg Pennsylvania so Sheetz has been a favorite of mine since I was young. My friends and I would actually skip study hall to sneak out and get Schmuffins but we can keep that part quiet. Anyhow I just wanted to make someone aware of my negative experience so that it may not happen again. On a positive note I will say that your ap comes in so handy and helps make it easier for me when I go pick my food up because my 2 year old hates waiting in any store. Also she likes the new kidz menu items and I like that you have healthy sides like apples and grapes.

I ordered a burrito bowl that was ok but missing the lettuce I had asked for. It also had very few beans and rice. Could barely even find any. There also was not ranch on it like I asked for. My bf got the app special with bites popcorn chicken and mozz sticks. It did have 3 sticks but only 3 bites and 3 popcorn chicken. They always have more than this. I was very disappointed in both of our meals. Then we tried to get the free Sheetz freak mug and they were out of them. More disappointment. I will not go back to that Sheetz again and might be awhile before I visit another.
The issue was not the free mugs, I do understand they run out smartass. The issue was the bad service and the way she said they were out of mugs. It was just hearing that on top of the bad food. You'd think an intelligent adult such as yourself would understand that. I'm sure you've been frustrated with bad service before and that one little thing just made it worse. I'm sorry you only got one thing out of my whole post. Good day to you.
harvest spice cappuccino
I stopped at Sheetz today to get my mom and I's first harvest spice cappicino which is our favorite! We wait all year for it. When I got home I noticed that the machine must have been empty. One was basically water and the other wasn't much better. I didn't have time to take it back to the store. Very disappointed :( Maybe you could put something an indicator on the machine to let you know it's empty.

I went to sheetz yesterday and before I had almost 700 sheetz points on my card to use towards rewards. After I got sheetz I looked at my rewards and I was down to zero point but I only used about 200 for a free fizz drink. So I'm not sure where the rest went but I'm very dissapointed because I did spend a decent amount of money to earn up those points. Thanks for your time.
sad and useless staff
We tried ordering MTO food, my husband forgot our card and the staff was rude and not helpful what so ever about it, we cancelled our $30 order because of the staff and decided to take our business to McDonald's instead because every time we order from the Sheetz close to us our order gets messed up. We have never once had a good experience from Sheetz, nobody in mine or my husbands family will even get Sheetz gas anymore because we can't stand your staff. Worst company to deal with, I don't know why we bothered giving them a second chance!
