I attempted to purchase a can of Jai Alai beer. The price advertised in the store was $2.99.
The employee told me the price would be $4.24.
I spoke to the manager and they said they can't change prices if alcohol. Per Virginia law, a corporation is required to sell the item that it is listed for sale. They did not honor that and embarrassed me in the line with other customers.
Desired outcome: Train your employees to understand the law and better customer service.
