I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the behavior of the delivery executive assigned to deliver my order.
My parcel was scheduled for delivery today. However, during the delivery attempt, I was not at home for a short period of time. My father spoke with the delivery executive over the phone and politely requested him to wait for approximately 10–15 minutes so that the parcel could be received properly.
Instead of cooperating professionally, the delivery executive became rude and aggressive during the conversation. He stated that he would not deliver the parcel anymore and asked us to collect it ourselves from the office/hub. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable from a delivery representative.
Customers may occasionally face small unavoidable delays, and a professional delivery executive is expected to handle such situations respectfully. Refusing delivery due to personal anger and speaking rudely to customers is not appropriate service behavior.
I request you to:
Register this complaint against the delivery executive
Ensure that my parcel is re-attempted for delivery at the earliest
Confirm that my order will not be cancelled or returned because of the delivery executive’s actions
Take appropriate action so that such incidents do not happen with other customers
I hope this matter will be handled seriously and resolved as soon as possible.
