On november 8th my husband and his co worker went to the gas station on their break from work and the attendant was so rude to them that she made a mistake in counting they change and cheated them out of 10 dollars called the police and everything the police made a report and told them to follow up with the manager next day so the next day come and she calls the police and gives the 10 dollars back but then in return tells them not to come back the officer told her she cant tell them not to come back due to and the fact they did not commit a crime the whole week later when they went to the store again she began to harass them calling them you people and telling them that they are not allowed in the neighborhood and not to come back to the service station this is wrong and if the issues is not addressed I will find a lawyer who will take this shell company to court for racist profiling and harassment based on heinous action if there are anymore question at all just ask the dunking donut worker that works overnight to tell the story because she was witness to this heinous act by your female employee in niles illinois shells gas station on gross point and caldwell overnight shift

Around 11:35 AM on 11/18/17 I arrive at the Shell station at 1 Homewood Ave. Newburgh, NY to get gas. I slide my card to purchase gas and it doesn't appear to be working to pay first so I lift the nozzle and press the grade and start filling my tank. I walk into the store and wait for about a minute until the young girl even noticed I was standing there! She was to busy texting on her iPhone. When she looked up I said, "Is there any way you can tell if my gas was paid for?" She said, "She doesn't have that information. A customer had told her that the pump wasn't working. "
I said, "It might be a good idea to put an "out of order" sign on the pump so nobody uses it. I don't want to drive away not knowing, I'll check my bank account. I'm good, it posted for $47.97." I proceeded to walk over and purchase three donuts for my kids and when I walked out the girl was on her phone walking towards me. She says to the person she's talking to on the phone, "I don't know, I'll ask her".
2/2 I look at her and said, "I told you that the amount posted, here I'll show you. You need to more deligient about what your job responsibilities are. You could be fired for that. I hope nobody just based their car up and drove away!" She gave me this stupid [censor] look, like she didn't know what I was talking about or why I would even say that. SMH!

I stop by this specific gas station every morning on my way to work and one of the managers (a older women short and short brown hair) Is so completely rude and I am more than pissed off. She talks to people like garbage and does not act like a manager should. Very disappointed. I was parked in the walk way to the front entrance and the gas pumps. I could not move because there was a Semi Truck behind me that was trying to move and I was waiting for the person that was with me (who may I add was literally walking out the door) and the manager on duty was walking into the store and proceeded to throw her hands up and yell at me telling me to "get the hell out of the walk way" as proceeded to move forward as much I could and stopped because the person i was with was getting in my vehicle she started yelling at me again, when I started getting extremely irritated and yelled back she started screaming and started walking back towards the store and called me what looked like the word "b[censor]". Every time I come in and she is working in the morning (prior to this incident) She has been nothing but rude, I have even said "Thank you so much, Have a wonderful day" and she says nothing back and throws my stuff around on the counter. Being someone that has worked in costumer service my whole working career and being a supervisor I find it very disappointing and astonishing that someone who holds a title "Manager" can speak to her customers the way that she does. I do understand why this store only has 2 stars instead of 5. The store is located 9611 AUTO CENTER DR, ELK GROVE, [protected] and the phone number is [protected]. Unfortunately I did not catch her name. But the Customer Service that is being provided at this store is unexceptionable and she is not someone I would want representing my company. I have read some of the reviews and seems like she is a recurring issue and is not acceptable. It should be taken care of. I would like someone to contact me ASAP. I went up to the window to pay for gas the sales associate said he is not doing no debit or credit card transactions along with cash because he don't want to. I've been going to this gas station for years and I have never experienced this before the employee name is Kapril. This gas station is located on the Bruckner Boulevard in the Bronx, New York . He was very rude and being very insubordinate . I am never going to this gas station again .

I went today to get gas, as usual, at the Shell gas station (40500 Fremont Blvd, Fremont, CA 94538). I tried using 2 different pumps, 1st one would say "invalid zip" and the second one wouldn't read my credit card (later I noticed one of the stickers on the pump was "void" - I might have been wrong). So I went inside the store and let the cashier know that the pumps are not working to which he replied "what do you want?!". Of course I paid for gas inside for pump 8, since the pump outside wouldn't read my credit card.

On 11/11/2017, we entered the Shell station on 4270 Philadelphia RD Bel Ar, MD 21015. We went there because we had Giant reward point for $0.10/gal. after filling our tank, we were astonished at the price of $50.00. We again looked at the price and it was $3.49/gal and our 10 cent discount. Every station around was around $2.49/gal. -$1.00 over the going rate. We obviously were paying attention to the cents. This shell own is literally committing highway robbery! The cashier said that there were many complaints but that's how the pumps were set. We are so angry of being tricked and taken advantage of. We are asking for a refund of the difference of the going rate.

I have been to the shell on mason and Morton because it's literally right where I stay and everytime I have went in there 2 of the cashiers rudely told me that my ID wasn't me and even threw it back at me. They work at night and I'm not sure what their names are but they both know when I'm pulling up in my vehicle and always give me trouble. To be completely honest I'm tired of it and it's really unnecessary!

This happened to me fifth time that gas price displayed at main stand is totally different then my recipt. Which is it is displyed $2.39/9 and in my recipt it is 2.44/9 after the shell rewards which was suposed to be 2.34/9. I am totally mad at this and will go to my lawyer for this. It is totally fraud. Take action ASAP otherwise you are screwd. And i need my money back. Thats not the way to gain more customers. It sucks. Never will trust SHELL anymore.

on November 8 early in the morning I went to the Shell gas station at 3345 North Texas St. I had $100 bill a very tall gentleman explain to me that he didn't have change he turned to the other cashier she opened her register And said I'm sorry I don't have it either
I was a little upset I looked up at him as he apologized, as I turned to leave the store out of nowhere this woman who wasn't helping me nor involved in any part of the conversation let out the words "oh have a nice day "as I walk to my car I remember a chase Bank across the street I deposited the hundred dollars, we turn to get my gas as I approach the counter the woman who spoke out of turn came around the corner and stood glairing at me I don't know what her motive was, I took great offense of what she said to me and her actions after !I don't believe that she understands not everybody is going to be as understanding as I am, I was very angry at the moment .
There will come a time when she presents this behavior and someone's going to slap the crap out of her .

One worker every time I go into the shell Gas Station starts talking [censor] under her breath and telling stuff to the workers, if I go to pay for my stuff she won't help me and I don't even know this woman. She will go in the back or just simply help someone else even though I'm in line first How she got to be a manager or assistant manger I have no idea. Her name is Krystal

I have walked into the men's restroom and the janitor was cleaning, the urnals were not working so had to use a stall when I was washing my hands this janitor approached me and was yelling at me calling me a "pig and do I do that at my moms house" for not flushing the toilet at 5:30 pm Wednesday, October 18 2017.
2. It's was 6:30 am September 28 2017 this manager type guy came out of the "office" was screaming at the cashier and was using curse words. The cashier looked frieghtned and so did the all the customers. He told use "we cannot help you" and was doing something with the machine using curse words. Slamming things around. I saw the lines diminish in seconds.
I will proceed to go on for the last four years of experiences like these, but as I said again I WILL not be stopping here any longer, due to the maltreatment of the good folks behind the counter!

This morning is [protected], in San Antonio Tx, husband&I always stop at the Shell by our house on our way to work. My husband is very respectful&always polite. Well a couple of weeks ago, about a month ago we noticed Candice greets and talks and smiles to everybody except my husband&I. So making this complaint. Shell needs to teach their employees how to smile&greet customers, especially the ones that greet u first.

I went to the Shell gas station on 950 E Calaveras Blvd, Milpitas, Ca 95035. I paid for gas and a basic car wash. I decided to cancel my car wash because I didnt feel comfortable with someone I dont know driving my car for me through the car wash. I thought it was going to be a simple drive thru car wash like all the others. I tried to get a refund for the car wash I didnt get and the guy said he didnt know how to do it. He said there was no number to call or no one to speak to about it which is absolutely absurd. I don't live in the area anyway, but even if I did I don't like the style car wash here regardless so coming back within 14 days does nothing for me. My transaction # is 9023421 if that helps. All I want is a refund for a service I didnt receive.

I just want to complain about your staff at mangnao shell station here at Dumaguete City. This was happened dated Nov. 7, 2017 @ around 10:18 to 10:20pm. We are planning to refuel our motorcycle. There are 4 staffs or 3 @ that time, and 1 car who's also refueling at the same time. Take note only one car in which they are even cleaning the wind shield. An indication that refueling is almost done. We have'nt park at the 1st and 2nd stations cause there was a sign board. The car at that time if not mistaken was at the third and us at the 4th. Everyone ( i mean almost all of your staff saw us that time ) BUT UNFORTUNATELY NO ONE APPROACH!. Considering the fact that there are only 2 vehicles at that time. To excuse the other two cause they were assisting the car but there are still some staffs sitting around. In fact there was one staff who even come across us, we thought he will come over to assist us but instead he cross on the second lane and roam around. I was so pissed, first we are in hurry. Next we are almost out of gasoline and the next fueling station was way too far. We might end up walking at the middle of the night. Lastly, we even prioritize to refueling at shell even though we have passed by caltex jetto and petron stations. Because we believe that the product was absolutely great. However, staffs was rotten. Hope you can review this and make diciplinary actions to this people. If not mistaken your CCTV signage says 24 hrs surveilance cause we care for your safety. Your people ruins your name. Thank you.

Shell in st.Louis, Missouri has been ripping a lot of customers off every time I go there we have some kund of problem with them. They need to be investigated, and the people that work there. On 11/05/2017 we had pulled up to get gas, I was charged 10 dollar's on my card that I should have nnot had taken off, there was a problem with the pump, but the man that was working refused to put the money back on my card. Hello my name is Shyrenthia Bell Today nov 5 2017 i was travailing from Orlando made a stop to this shells to grab a couple of snacks. The store was VERY DUSTY And food Products was on the floor. I took a sip of my drink it Tastes funny so i looked at the exp date . Which was dated for OCT 9 2017, other products does not have exp dates the cookies, cheeez it as well. I called to speak with the manager around 5:10 pm i was told the manger was not available and she have no where abouts of where the manager is. Today, I pulled into a Shell gas station in Alvord, TX because their gas was advertised at $2.29 per gallon. When I pulled up to the pump, they said they only had super unleaded gas. I went inside and asked an English speaking Cashier to make sure the $2.29 per gallon price was for the super unleaded gas. I was told it was. After filling my car and paying at the pump, I was not given a receipt. I proceeded to go inside to get one from the cashier. After receiving my receipt I noticed I was charged $3.05 per gallon for my gas. This is ridiculous. I was told it was one price and charged $.76 per gallon more. That is unacceptable!

I recently purchased gas at a shell in Steele Alabama. The gas pump read that there was 17 gallons of gas pumped into my vehicle but it did not pump any gas at all. I told the gas station attendant, but they said the only thing I could do is contact you about the problem. The address for the gas station is 489 Steele station rd. Steele Alabama 35987.

The cashier was extremely rude to me from the moment I walked to the counter to check out. She worked early Sunday morning around 1am to 1:30am, when I was in the store. (November 4th) She would not take my money unless I literally handed it to her. My gas was already being pumped thats why I didn't walk out. I ended up overpaying $5 because her attitude threw me off-balance. And she didn't want to ring up my supplies. She had a very nasty attitude towards me for no reason. I'll will file this complaint against her everyday until she is reprimanded.

I shop at shell regularly, and the man was very rude. He overpriced my drink simply because he didn't know how to charge me for a refill, then told me I was wrong. I've been going there for years and have gotten my refill there for 1 dollar, he said no there's no option for a refill at that price. Instead of listening to what I was saying, he flat out told me I was wrong. Not the first time he has been rude! Then I asked his name and he said, good luck complaining about me Haha. So I hope this gets back to him or I'll just go to the manager or someone else. His name was ronine at sheridan and jewel shell.
