I am writing about the shell station at 2018 Bolton Rd NW in Atlanta, GA. I was in there this morning, 1/25/17, with my service dog. She was equipped with her vest and I had my service dog card with me. She was perfectly behaved. As I was checking out, I was told that they don't allow dogs in here ever. I stated that she is a service dog and is absolutely allowed in here under the law. He said "no! No animals! It's not even real.you really lying" I asked him for his name and he just said "whatever. Leave!" He refused to tell me his name and was very very rude. As I was leaving he said "I saw you come in here and I didn't say anything at first." As If he was doing me a favor. Shell stations will lose my service.

Then next day I went and bought, your product same shell-helix ultra 5w 40-4 ltr engine oil at giant imm, located on no:2, jurong east st-21, #01-100
Imm building, singapore-609601, dated on 22/01/2017

The shell-helix ultra 5w 40-4 ltr engine oil rate is only s$ 29.90
So, in this view how can the 7 eleven., so different price your product?
Almost s$ 84.00 excess price? Nearly 70 % excess rate?

Please check and take action for us immediately and explain to me we are regular customer for you really really we are disappointed for this matter..

What is your real rate?
The giant b., shell oil and product really original product or not?
Who allowed to sale this rate for 7 eleven?

On 1/17/2017 morning about 6:30 I stopped at my local Shell station like I do every 2 or three days to fill my tank with v- power. This complaint starts when I pull in to pump and a prodestrean or loitering person non customer is leaning against pump, when getting out off my car he is staring and watching me the whole time, at which time I ask him to stand somewhere else due to the fact that I did not feel safe pulling my wallet out with him so close to me.The loitering person at the pump Tells me that the gas station attendants are his freinds and it was OK to stand there.At which time I proceeded to walk into station to complain to attendant on cash register, When the loitering man beats me to the attentent and tells him that me the customer is being rude to him the loitering none customer for asking him to move away from me and my wallet.At witch time the cashier promptly asked me to leave store and a hand gestures for me to leave, witch I did🤔.I then had to go to exxon/mobile witch is past the entrence to the 55 freeway that I take to work every day.But at my time at that mobile gas station that morning I noticed the experience I had at mobile and shell where night and day.The customer service I received at mobile was much more professional and friendly.The experience I had at these two gas stations where worlds apart-and there only a 1/4 mile away from each other.I have never been a mobile customer but I think I will be definitely leaning that way.I wasn't going to complain but I think shell has some of the best fuel in the world, Which I run in my dirt bike, lawn mower, weed eater, car and so on.Just thought corporate should know scense complaining at lower lever is is a waist of time and energy, and can be compared to the definition of insanity! Today 22 January 2017, approximately at 12:25 pm, I refuel at the pump number 12,
I use the auto-mode pump to fill a full tank, I using pump number 12 to fill-up and found oil
Not stop (no auto cut off) after full tank it causes the oil has flow out from my tank.
And I told oil workers to report this case to the Shell station ( HQ )
Oil station employees can report only on Monday because today is Sunday (01/22/2017)
All Shell customer service not working. That she know that there is a toll free number to contact
And it is open 24hrs daily, it shows the station staff not well trained,
1st case this not happen to me in the same station, last year I also facing similar issue,
I make a complaint to the station workers and they will make the complaint, I did receive any reply from Shell until today .
I maybe loss of RM1 or RM2, but if no action taken if due to this issue and the fire will involve the loss or damage is greater. And maybe there is death case will happen.

Stopped to purchase soft drink, had been regular customer have for 2 years stopping until a few months ago when employee who was drunk waited on me and it was a very uncomfortable sitution. I started going to another store regularly but still stop there periodically the manager had ask me why I wasn't coming in and I told him the drunk employee had made me feel uncomfortable and I began stopping at the nearby BP. Which is owned by the same family.
Today when I stopped I took my item to the counter and the lady waiting on me was ringing me up and the manager walked up and said why are you here the BP is open ? He told her to stop the transaction and for me to take my business there both of us ask are you serious he said he was I ask for my money back. Then he said I am kidding go ahead. There was a line of people behind me and it was extremely embarrassing. I said no I didn't want to purchase anything there the transaction she said was complete so she handed my change. I will make sure I tell every person I meet in the small town about the experience I had there.

This is a complaint about the cheating of a Shell gas Station in Houston:

At 9:15 AM on Wednesday 1/18/207, I went to the Shell Gas Station at 11831 Bellaire Blvd @ Kirkwood, Houston, Texas 77072, telephone No: [protected] to fill my gas tank. The signs said they do not accept the credit card or debit card at the pump, so I had to go inside to left my credit card there. The cashier asked me how did I want. I replied that I wanted to fill up the tank, it's about $20.00

After pumping the gas ($17.00) I went inside to get the card and I told the cashier that I spent $17.00, he told me that he charged me $17.00 only. He did not give me the receipt

In the evening on that day, I found in my credit card statement that I paid $20.00 for the gas at Shell gas station.

On Thursday January 19, 2017, I went back the gas station and asked the cashier the reason why he charged me $20.00 instead of $17.00. I shown him the statement of the bank. He told me to come back next day.

On Friday 1/20/2017 (today) I went back the gas station again. The cashier did not give me back the over charge ($3.00), he said that there are many Shell gas station in Houston,

A few dollars are not much for me, however, Bellaire is one of busiest street in the SW area of Houston. I guess there are few hundred people drop by this gas station. I wonder this gas station cheats people and steals money from customers like me, how much money they get every day.

Please consider this case, Sirs. I do not want people to be stolen by the dishonest gas owner and I will not come back this Shell Gas Station again. I will tell this story to many people for their awareness

I contacted the bank and they honor what the station enters as payment. Every time I get a tank of gas the station takes out what I got and also 95.00. Can you tell me why this station does this? If it keeps happening I will be going to a different company for gas. Can you please resolve this problem. I have documents to support what I am saying.

Nothing worse than going to a Shell station when the car wash is not working. I decide to go to the next one 3 miles away and there's a line with five people.
Please keep your car washes operating 100% of your filling stations.
I've discovered Kum and go in Colorado gives free air. I find this is a wonderful offering to the motorist.

I purchased a total of seven (7) gifts cards, ranging form $25 to $50. For my children n son in law. Those wee gift cards not credit cards. Why are they charging us credit instead of cash price. I paid cash for those cards. I'm taking this up with my Senator Mr Blumenthal. That's not right that my hard own money. We went to a total of three different gas station to be told that we have to use it as credit.

You can rest assure that this will be my last purchase of your gift cards plus gas from your company. I am so friggin upset. I paid cash for those cards. I purchase them at cvs. I have my receipt. I am appall at the company. The persons working for your company stated that's how the cards must be used. A statement to all should be made available before purchase to inform about the use of the card. Those were friggin GIFT CARDS not credit card.

NEVER AGAIN WILL I PATRON YOUR ESTABLISHMENT.

Beşevler shell doesn't use washing machines. They want money for clean cars. System created for self-washing but they do not allow self washing. Please take care of this topic. Also the manager and cashier working between 16-01-2017 at 16.00-16: 30 is very rude and they are not interested in issues.I think that such situations are damaging the shell brand name. Despite the fact that it is very simple and should not be damaged.
I think my employees and v entrepreneurs should be more educated

Yesterday, January 15, 2017 around 7:30 pm I stopped by Shell with my children. One of them (my daughter) went inside to get some snack. The costumer service guy was so rude to my 12 years old child because she was taking to long to pick up her snack. He said to her " This Mother F###ing girl is taking too long to get something, just put the stuff down and leave". My daughter went back to the car crying thanks to "that guy" unethical behavior. I don't know what kind of education the people that work there have, but this is NOT the kind of education I want my child to learn or be around. If "that guy" does not know how to talk to a customer, he shouldn't be working there.

I went to 122 boston street in lynn, massachusetts. Approximately at 3:15 p. M. On january 14, on saturday. I was on my phone then minute later I turn around back to window cashier, no one was there? I'm thinking where the heck they disappear so quickly!? I knocked on window, no one answered! Standing there at least 5-7 minutes, there she come from bathroom telling me I shouldn't be doing that! Yes I do have the right to do so, i'm the customer no matter what reason you should mention politely saying i'm sorry keep you waiting! Have some manners and consideration, she was telling me I have an attitude when she doesn't realize that she's the one that are rude and arrogant! After I got my change back, she was on her phone then she put her phone down, saying that she said to me with a rude reply saying "it was nice meeting you with a pretty face"!? Are you kidding me!? I don't know where or who that this employee being hired and working with a nasty personality, my recommendation find someone that are more friendly, sense of humor! This is my second visit, no more nether less! No one would want to come back seeing with the same person with nasty, rude, inconsiderate!

I was trying to use my fuel rewards and the cashier refuse to let me type it is I kept asking him to reset the credit card machine so I can type in my number and he kept telling me just to pay and I was asking if I could put my fuel rewards and he said no and I said well how am I supposed to put it in either so I don't know I don't care and then I was like I just want to pay for my stuff and he was like okay for your #### then and then he told me to get the f### out of the store because all I wanted to do with my fuel rewards in. My daughter stopped to get gas before picking up her 2 year old twins after work at the Shell Gas Station in Hampstead, MD. She somehow tripped over the coiled gas hose and fell injuring her face and laid there for a few minutes. I can send a picture of her injuries. No one including any employee came to her rescue! That is without a doubt terrible that a person who needed help was left to aid herself. Don't your gas stations have cameras? Don't your employees offer assistance to aid an accident victim? It is a shame that she had to drive out of there to get help from her mother in law who lives in Hampstead.

I went today, 1/11/17, to get gas from the gas station. I originally go to Valero, but it was busy today so i decided to go across the street to Shell. I went to the location 22811 Cypresswood Dr. I pulled up to a pump and it said pump not available, which i thought was odd because usually those pumps have a yellow bag over them. I brushed it off and reversed to the gas pump behind it. The pump screen said pay here, so i got out of the car. The screen suddenly changed to loading, then pump changed to unavailable. I was beyond irritated. I looked in the store and the cashier was just staring at me. Im not one to cause a scene, but I'm pretty sure he turned the pumps off on purpose, so i left back to Valero where i came from. I watched the gas station, and i saw 2 cars pull up to the exact spot and GET GAS! I have done nothing wrong to this gas station, ever! I will take my gas money else where and NEVER return to shell. The cashiers need to act professional and not turn the stations off when people pull up. Very unprofessional behavior. Im appalled.

Yesterday I went to the Shell station on rte 12 in Richmond ILL. I went to pump #7. I had a $25 gift card so I went into the station to present it with my reward card. The attendant ran both cards and turned the pump on. So far so good. I went back to my car and started pumping. The pump stopped at $3. I went back into the store. She said I had to put the back back and then start again. I went back to my car, did that. The pump would not start. I went back into the store, and mind you every time I went back in I had to wait for other customers before she would help me. This time she said she would reset it. I went back out to my car. The pump would not start. So now I was getting pretty agitated. I went back in and said I could try another pump. She said fine and turned the next pump, number 8, to fill the rest of the gift card, $22. I moved my car to that pump. I attempted once again to fill my car. This time my $.03 credit was not applied so I lost that too. The pump stopped at $10.57. By this point I was extremely angry. I went back into the store. She told me to put the pump back in the holder and then try again. I asked if the pump was broken, as she suggested they knew the day before, why isn't there an out of order sign on the pump. She gave me some crap about how it comes and goes. I said that is ridiculous. So I went back to my car once again. The pump would not start. I went back into the store and insisted I get my gift card back, which had better have money left on it. I was not nice at this point and asked for the owner's name and number. I told her to put a g-d damn sign on the pump. I got my card back and left. I want my $25 back and perhaps another gift card for all my trouble. I will never go back to this station. I am disgusted with what occurred.

I went to the Shell gas station Sunday, January 8, 2017 around 5pm, located on 3453 SW WILLISTON RD, GAINESVILLE, Florida, [protected], United States, and the customer service was awful. The women in the store didn't greet me and my friend at all. She didn't ask if we needed any help or a bag. She was just stoned face the whole time we were there. I was so disappointed. I have been to other Shell gas station and never was treated with such poor customer service. The resolution would be to inform the employee of her poor customer service and instruct her that she is to be more customer driven because she does represent Shell and Shell's mission. A company representative is welcome to reach out to me if necessary at [protected].

At approximately 3:46 pm January 7 2017 The cashier was rude and used profanity in front of my kids i told him that there kids present he informed me that they learn it in school he seem to be high and smelled like marijuana i think this to be unprofessional and will not be back i think his name tag said bert the women bathroom was dirty had blood on the toilet just all at nasty needs cleaning employees cared more bout their phone than work food was not fresh appeared to have been sitting out

Gas is being sold for $5.99 per gallon at this gas station. It is unethical. It is next to hotels and the Premium Outlets and tricking tourists into buying gas. Their sign is hidden behind a hedge and it's too late before you realize you are paying almost three times the gas price. When you question it the man yells as you and threatens to call the police. Shame on this station.

I was a tourist visiting Florida and didn't expect to be robbed by a gas station. Not good for tourism at all. We travel a lot and never before have we left with such a bad taste in our mouth. Florida should not allow this. We'll not return if this is how you treat visitors. Lots of other nice warm places to visit in the winter.

From my research this has been going on at this station for years, so obviously you do know about it and you have no intention of doing anything about it, nor does Shell. I have called Shell and was told that someone call me back. It's been two weeks and no one has.

Shame on Shell. Shame on this station. I was robbed and will NEVER shop at ANY SHELL station again.

So I decided to put gas on my car on a shell gas station address is 11831 bellair, Houston TX. I was finish putting gas on my car and I had the pumpon my hand no gas in and it was running like if there was. So it was charging me for gas that I didn't put in my car. I went inside and the guy did something with the computer and stop it. Claiming that there was nothing wrong.
