There is a huge gap on charging for gas here. For 87 it was 2.38 but for 89 it went to 3.48. what kind of mark up is that. When everyone else around is either a .20 to .60 cents differences on plus. I would like you guys to look into and get back with me. My email [protected]@gmail.com. Also I went to other shell to make sure I was not over hallucinating about place. I could have went to another shell and been fine paying a little more but a whole 1.10 come on now!

This gas station is overcharging consumers/tourist for gas prices of $4.99-$6.99 per gallons. I pumped the gas and did not realized until I noticed that 7 gallons cost me at $50.02. The average prices for Florida is currently at $2.33-$2.89. I did not see any inspection sticker at the pump, so I am also submitting this complain to Dept of Agriculture/Consumer Services, BBB Orlando FL and Dept of Tourism. I am also in the process of contacting the Orlando local newspapers and TV news so that this abuse of overpriced Shell gas will be disseminated to all consumers as well as tourists.

I went into the service station in oshawa ontario on december 23 2016 and when exiting to go to my ride that was waiting I slipped and fell on the icy walkway that was not salted, I have filed a complaint regarding this on the 23 of dec 2016 and have had no response to my complaint the staff at that location when I went in to complain did not even care what had happened and not even ask if I needed medical attention they just did not care there is video cameras that show what happened that day at about 7:20 am I am extremely upset at the situation and still today am feeling pain from my fall.

What is worse is that there has been no response from a company like yours to see how customers are after an incident

Came to the gas station on bishop rd and the cashier was not there. Wanted and knocked on window for about 5 mins no one came to window. I rung the bell for the attendant but still nothing. If they was on a break there was no sign out for me to know they were on break. I left and went to another gas station. I came there about 1:40am. It was a very bad look for the company.

I have traded at this station since before it was a shell. It is my nearest shell station (2 miles) and I have purchased shell (Here and when I travel) , exclusively for more than 15 years.
For many years, this station was well maintained. However, in the past 4 months or more, the pumps do not dispense a receipt. There are 10 pumps and none has dispenses a receipt. Every time I inquire if the pump is malfunctioning, I am told, "no, it is out of paper". So the management does not care that we have to go into the station to get the receipt. My next nearest shell is 7 miles. There is an exxon and volero at this same intersection so until I find that the pumps have been serviced, I will be purchasing exxon.
This a very disappointing.

At approximately 1145am on 01/01/17 I attempted to cash in a lottery ticket to obtain gas from the shell station at park blvd at 66th st in Seminole Florida. For 2 minutes I was the only person in the store. Walked out to my car and my wife suggested we go to wawa i said no I like shell. I understand sometimes employees need to use the restroom. Instead of (Sam) apologizing for my wait, he simply said yes? Rude. He then looks at my ticket and says did you even scratch it? I said yes I won 30 dollars. He said how do you expect me to give you money if you didn't scratch it? Again very rude. Finally with a sigh he pulls a quarter out and scratches the barcode. Then he just says go ahead. All of these together have really caused a poor opinion for me with shell. There was zero customer service. You may reach me at [protected]@gmail.com. This station is in Venise en Quebec, I don't appreciate her being rude and certainly manipulating her employes. She always sits down and when she's thier, the fridges are always empty and thier coffee area is always dirty with sugar and milk that was dropped. It would be appreciated, if you would implement a kind of penalty to her due to her miss treating the clients. On the other hand this shell in Venise en Quebec would also need gas pumps that don't leak on the customers hands and that are new simply.Thank you, have a nice day.

Went to the gas station which is a shell off of I35 and walnut hill fill the tank with premium and drive approximately 2 miles for a oil change at the dealership well needless to say my car starts running horrible. So after the oil change now the car won't start so the check it out, so after them going thru the necessary checks a day later they pull gas samples and find more water or should I say a milky white watery substance. After this costing a couple days work and over $1400 the store where I purchased the gas were no help. I once thought shell was the best thing going since it's all I ever used but after this I have nothing good to say. Sad when you can't trust the gas that operate the vehicles we drive or maybe it's the snakes that run the facility.

Order #[protected] was not delivered. The notification indicated "not deliverable as addressed".

After the product was ordered we moved from the address for delivery. Its is possible the new owners had the gate closed, so the USPS could not deliver.

Hi,

Due to an emergency I have filled a gas at above mentioned shell gas station and they have charged me &5.99 per gallon. I have filled only about 6 gallons which total costed me around $36.00.

I have checked for the gasoline rates on us department of energy and they are showing maz around $2.5.

Filled location 8788 vineland ave, lake buena vista florida.

What can we do jn this?

I attempted to pre pay at a shell gas station in Greenville Ohio this morning Wednesday December 28th. I did so with a pre paid visa card which had 20$ on it. Upon swiping it asked for a area code confirmation, the card obviously can't be confirmed that way so I cancelled the transaction without getting any gas. Later it came to my attention that the card was drained of all value by shell and being held for 30 days. I made NO transaction so there is no reason for all the money on that card to be held that is theft and I'd like to see it back on my card a.s.a.p.

I came for gas on 12/27 @239 pm. I added the $11 car wash. I was in a hurry to get back to work so i didnt notice how dirty my car still was til i got back to work. I returned to the statuon at 810 pm and asked to either refund my money or let me run it thru. The attendant named Hanson said he couldnt give me a new code cause the wash was down. I said ok refund my money. He refused to do this as well. Tells me I should have came in right away, well I would have had I not needed to get back to work. Then tells me to return tomorrow for a new code after telling me he cant give me code because I should have come back right away. He refused to call a manager. So I said put it in writing that when I come in tomorrow you spoke to me and are giving me a new code and he refused to do this as well. I am so beyond pissed off I will not be coming back for wash or gas EVER and i will blast this all on social media as well because the customer service was #### and he also refused to look at my car. You can write your name clear as day on it and the back window you can see where the wipers have wiped so dirty. When i spend 9 bucks down the road and its spotless. I spend 11 here and its filthy. The only reason I didnt go where I do normally is because they are closed for renovations. I would like my money refunded asap. I should not be able to run my finger down it and swipe off dirt this noticeable.

I went to a shell station located at 890 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park Florida, on 12.24.2016. I have a Winn Dixie rewards card with $1.95 per gallon of gas on it. I went to use the rewards card and a message came up and said I has to go inside to see the clerk. The clerk told my wife that we had to use a credit card first and the rewards card after we finished pumping gas. Well needless to say that was not correct. We ended up paying full price for gas. I has been a shell customer for many years, and this experience has left me not wanting to deal with Shell any longer. The clerk running the station told me he could not call the manager, because he did not have a phone, and the station did not have a phone. I am so frustrated with Shell and the way they handle a customers complaint. I would assume that Shell would make sure that the people that they have running their stations would be properly trained and have the knowledge to handle a rewards program that is Sponsored by Shell. I would like a refund of $39.00 a $1.95 per gal for the 20 gals that was purchased.

On december 8th, 2016, I mailed in my payment of $65.51. The payment cleared my credit union on december 13th, 2016. When I received my statement, it showed that the payment wasn't received and I was charged a late fee. I have called the customer service number twice to have my account credited, but have received no assistance. I was told that there was no one available to help me and then I was told that I needed to go to my credit union and get a copy of the check. I would think that your customer service department should be able to look into this with my account number, check number and the amount due. I believe that my payment was credited to another account and I would like this to be investigated and my account credited.
This is the 3rd request for this to be cleared. I don't think I am asking too much here. I would appreciate some kind of assistance.

I went in on Christmas Day at 4:40 p.m. EST and the guy didn't seem like he was having a good day. I get gum and a couple other things. I give him $100 bill and he throws it back at me and says 'No'. I said what? He said give me something smaller. Then I told him I didn't have anything smaller. 'How much do I have to buy for you to take this?' He said 'No'. I stayed looking at him. He then took the money and gave me my change. Horrible Attitude. Last time, I went in their and the other young kid didn't know how to function anything. I witnessed the manager at the Baldwin GA Shell Gas Station sell drugs to a customer at the Baldwin GA Shell Gas Station, The owner at the Shell In Baldwin GA Rosh also pays customers cash on gambling machines, the store has rats and roaches. The manager of the Shell has glass tubes for use for drugs, the manager pulled out boxes of different types of illegal drugs and grinders and scales and pipes for several people to purchase. The manager went in the back room with the customer and I witnessed a money transaction, this Shell store is a front for a major drug corporation.

I went to shell station located at 3216 jefferson davis highway in alexandria va today 12/22/2016. I went to pump 3 and swiped my giant card to obtain my gas rewards which were $0.30. I then swiped debit card and proceeded to pump gas. The pump stopped after 1.320 gallons even though my tank was not full and it would not restart. I went to cashier and she told me that happens at that pump and to just restart process. I explained to her that would make me loose my reward points and she insisted it wouldn't. I asked her to manually deduct my $0.30 or figure out away to restart the pump. She said she couldn't and then insisted I would still have my points once I swiped card again. I explained to her that would not work and showed her. This is not the first time I was screwed out of my reward points at this station and feel that if pump 3 had known issues then the station is responsible for posting a note or getting the pump fixed. This feels like a deliberate scam and I will notify the bbb is this is not resolved. I have copies of both receipts, the first one clearly shows the $0.30 rewards, a date stamp and 1g bought and the 2nd receipt shows zero rewards, over 8g purchased within minutes of the original. This clearly shows there was an issue. I contacted shell corporate and they said this is a franchise location but would contact station owner. So basically I expect nothing to happen. All I can do is warn people to stay away from this station if you want to use your reward points.

I use shell petrol from Madhavaram bunk in Chennai, tamilnadu.last one week they are trying to sell only v power petrol during peak power.i was highly disappointed because I am shell card Holder n regular user of shell petrol . now I have to shift Essar petrol which looks better option.please look into matter and take serious action.otherwise you are loosing valuable customers and business

On 12/19/2016 an employee at your shell station at: 719 nw market st, seattle, wa 98107, [protected]) committed slander against me in front of witnesses. he defamed by character with the completely false label of "racist".

I am egyptian-american, married to a taiwanese-american woman for 12 years, and can easily defend myself against the actionable offense of falsely calling me a "racist." I am considering charges against this man and a civil lawsuit for this obvious slander and defamation of character.
