Shelter Insurance review: r. n. (horrible horrible agent)

Let me start by saying I have nothing against shelter insurance company as a whole. However, I did have an unpleasant experience with one of their agents, r. n. I went to him for some insurance advice and quite frankly he was very rude, arrogant and extremely unprofessional. I would advice people to stay as far away from him as humanly possible. Go to another agent who will talk to you like you are human and work with you to understand the products. God bless!
