Ship Skis I'm writing to complain about ShipSkis

I'm writing to complain about ShipSkis. Every year, my wife and I take our whole family on a ski trip. We've been doing this for almost twenty years and always ship our skis and ski clothes ahead of time because we travel with a large group. In the past, we used Luggage Free without any problems. However, this year we decided to try ShipSkis. We packed three ski bags as usual and attached the shipping tags they provided. We thought the label system was not as good as Luggage Free's, but ShipSkis assured us everything would be fine. We scheduled the bags to be picked up on December 16th, even though our check-in date for the ski house was December 28th, to allow plenty of time. After a week, we contacted ShipSkis and learned that they had misplaced our bag just before Christmas. They apologized and promised to make it right, but it became clear that the bag wouldn't be found before we arrived. We had to buy replacement items like ski jackets and gloves because you can't rent those. Instead of enjoying the holidays with our family and friends, we were busy trying to replace what we lost. ShipSkis kept saying this never happens and that they would find the bag, but they didn't. When we arrived at Jackson Hole, we had to rent skis and buy ski clothing instead of skiing with our family. The "missing bag" situation ruined the whole trip. I told the company that I had another ski trip at the end of January, but the bag still wasn't found. We had to replace everything at a high cost. I appreciate your attention to this matter.
