Shiply Don't pay them money!

Shiply Courier Service asked me to pay money only for animal shipping and I transferred $300 to them. Two days later they called me and told that some problems occurred on the customs and it is needed to pay $400 more. I paid the money and I have never heard from them since that time.

Waited six days for my delivery. Only bloody emails. Then no one talks to you. Complain and they block you. Used them 2 times for cars never again. Think of all the failed collections and deliveries and you can't resolve. Great business model. Laughing all the way to the bank

Driver Brock @yahoo.com, accepted the contract. After stringing me alone for two weeks cancelled contract keeping the money. Do not use this company, scam!

05/10/2023 we paid $925.00 using Zelle to Top Transport the guys name is Chris Styles his phone number [protected] , now he doesn’t answer his phone and we feel like we’ve been scammed … the job was to transport a tow truck from Drums Pennsylvania to Redding California the quote was for $2186.00, we also gave Shiply $336.00

Shiply allow shipper to scam customer out of money and there product by let scammer create user on the site taking order and picking it up and selling it.

And has claim not there problem

This shipper id still operating on the site allowing him to continue steal items for the last month

On March 26-27th I was using Shiply to select a service which they set me up with a transporter. This person ended up being a scammer and I lost $712.50 to them. Shiply was no help at all and claims to have no responsibility for them setting me up with a scammer.

I confirm a booking of shipment on a 1996 firetruck from Scandia Russell, PA on the Oct.26, to Tupelo, OK my shipping company Speedy Transport never go in InTouch with the arrange with me. I put a down deposit my question is how do get my deposit return of $264.00. tks

These scammers, asked to pay a deposit of $40 and their delivery driver is another scammer. That's it money lost.

Shiply are refusing to refund my deposit. They took 2 deposits because first firm accepted let me down. Second firm has delivered but only one of my deposits was given to them.
Despite numerous phone calls and emails, they still refuse to refund my deposit.
