DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SHIPSTATION. VERY VERY BAD! I have spent 4 hours trying to get a shipping label reversed/refunded. There is no way to resolve a dispute. No contact information. No email, No phone. AS A BUSINESS YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO WASTE TIME WITH BUSINESSES LIKE SHIPSTATION. SOMEBODY NEEDS FILE A CLASS ACTION SUIT FOR FALSE ADVERTISING. One needs to be able to get a refund. It's illegal to put up so many barriers to resolving a dispute to where customers walk away and leave money on the table. Through DISCOVERY they would have to open their books and reveal the extent of the fraud. Others cheated leave your reviews, don't go away silent. SHIPSTATION IS THE WORST OF THE WORST CLEARLY WASTING CUSTOMERS TIME TO AVOID THE COST OF CUSTOMER SERVICE... GO OUT OF BUSINESS...PLEASE! I hope the competition cleans your clock. I went online to hear all of the other complaints and find alternatives to shipstation. I'm going to try PIRATESHIP...no monthly fee with shipping discounts and hooks up with Shopify and I don't know what else. IF they suck I'll be back here again, reviews seem better THAN THE SATANIC Shipstation. NOTE: with shipstation this HONEST review is as good as a refund. IF I can persuade a hand full of you to go elsewhere and give your money to an honest business, I'm good with that!

First time user of a online company that uses shipstation.
I have a tracking number without information on how to track. I called the company i made the order with no answer, called shipstation no answer.
Stay away
Scam from beginning to end. Misinformation about pricing. No tracking number provided.
Free trial is just a mechanism to get your credit card.
You must cancel on their confusing website which requires multiple steps to cancel.
Of course sales rep doesn't mention you'll be charged if you try to cancel leaving a message for customer service or an email to him. Statements to to spam. They do NOT ever answer their customer service number.

I use (& Pay) this company for shipping my products, managing my inventory, etc. I found a software defect in their reporting (impacting my business) and submitted to them on 12/18...After a week, i received an update (Ticket # *** ) that it was escalated but despite my sending multiple emails to get a status, i get no response from the company. I want the report fixed.

I contacted customer service, and it was horrible. One representative replied that they could reset my account to solve the problem, but after 48 hours, there has been no follow-up and no assistance. I still can't buy a label and my business is suffering greatly.

The company contacted me via email regarding a shipping label that had been made, but there was no confirmation number or order number in the email. I tried to contact the company regarding this fishing email, but they have no way of contacting them and there is no fraud department. I received the email on September 10th. I dont have an account with this company, and Ive never contacted them for anything, so they should have no legitimate reason to contact me. I can only suspect that the email was a fraud, except the email appeared to come from a legitimate email and had the companys website. This is why Im filing the complaint. This company clearly has some kind of security issue and someone in the company appears to have targeted me.

ShipStation introduces updates to the technology which shut off key features and halts operations of my business. Despite this, they have no urgency or timeline associated to fixing the bugs nor do they care that they are negatively affecting my business.I pay a subscription and get absolutely no security or peace of mind that features they advertise as part of the subscription will be available for day-to-day operations. They do not compensate you for days your business is shut down, and the customer service is not present at all. They do not refund you for any time lost. You can't offer feedback to them without them ignoring you or moderating away your post. People have requested big fixes, feature updates, etc on the forums and gone years without a response. Common sense QOL improvements have been suggested with ***+ supporters on the thread. Nothing. Really deeply awful company offering overpriced tech that does not work.

Our company was interested in securing a shipping platform that was integrated with the selling platforms we already listed our products for sell. Shipstation advertises they are integrated with Amazon Marketplace for receiving orders and shipment notifications. We spoke with other companies using them and all was well. We signed up in February. Within two weeks it was discovered that the shipment notifications to Amazon were not functioning. This was reported to Shipstation for fixing. We are now having to manually *** all our Amazon shipments as shipped when we were expecting automation and selected Shipstation for this reason. Since February all I get is we are working on it. They will not give me an ETA of completion nor an explanation as to why it is not working. We have had other development done to work with our admin system and shipstation so we cannot just walk away and choose another company. It should not take 5 months to fix something you already sell.

We are a client of ShipStation a company that provides shipping services to a small business like ours and before the Pandemic we got set up with their services and we were able to use this service after some help with some technical printing and setup problems.Our business is very seasonal and we are video producers shoot Dance, Music, Weddings, Documentaries and some news videos. Most of our business is about 30 dance Studios and we shoot and produce their live show videos and have several thousand local clients that buy our dance, music, plays and about 10 local high schools in or area.In the past we went to the post office and mailed the videos to the families that wished to have them mailed as a convenience. We hired Shipstation and this worked for a while and Covid struck and their software stopped working. We called many times and received so very poor not helpful support. We fired them and had a year of non working service and now they are auto debiting our account again.

Shipstation wrongly told us to use the incorrect shipping on ***s of orders. Now we are in the mist of losing ***s in supplies, wasted orders, man hours. Shipstation not only makes it near impossible to get help... but when we got help it was just to say sorry- you are screwed. They literally destroyed our business and we are looking into lawyers.
We put in the correct dimensions of our mailings AND wecalled several times to confirm. Ship station reps repeatedly said "it'sfine, you are doing everything correctly".
When we called to get a resolution they said "sorry,can not help you, talk to the *** SHIPSTATION needs to stand behindtheir products- they can not just say "sorry, we messed up but it's onyou."
I am attaching proof of the extra shipping costs we areincurring that is putting our start up business at risk. Additionally, the postoffice is telling people to pay the difference of roughly $3.59, which theyare, and then they are sending us the ***! We can not say "no" topeople who already paid for their shipping. Please take note of the very firstpicture. This is the ship station system telling us we are within the suitablesize range for 51 cents.
Currently, we have had at least 20 requests for extrapostage (who already paid it) and roughly 25 returns from post office. We stilldo not know the full extend of the costs we are incurring because people are stillemailing us to complain.
