I ordered 1 pair of nike shoes. I paid it through sm billing. They chatted that the shoes was not available after i paid so i recommended another shoes for replacement. They did not reply. After few days it was already for delivery. But what i received was just a piece of paper. I chatted with them and they replied that i did not replied soon. But i did after an hour.They said they would refund but i have not received yet.

I want to provide feedback for Ninjavan's poor service. As a frequent shopper, it is not the first time that I encounter the same bad service as the delivery agents are curt and arrogant. I advised the delivery man recently that I won't be available until 2pm but he never replied. I even texted him that I was already home earlier than the said time. Just today, status of my order is return to sender. This has to stop and if you can just eliminate Ninjavan Integrated to be part of your courier services, it will be great!

I would like to complain about this product. the product does not eliminate/ kill mosquitoes and flies as what its intendeed to do. I complain to the seller, but still im waiting for his/her reply. I was disappointed I bought 10 boxes of the sandalwood incense wood organic.

I ordered the book more than 3 weeks ago I was gonna use the book as my reviewer for the upcoming exam on october now I shouldve been reviewing but im not. I contacted the seller and there was no response I did it multiple times.in the acc in shoppe it says the "seller is on vacation" which could either mean I was scammed. I already paid for it through the sm store barcode. Then the company posted in fb that there was a bugged issue those who do not recieve their items will get a refund. But their was no personal conversation. It only says u will recieve the refund in a real time. So how the hell im I suppose to wait not only did it cause troubles it wasted my time. For all I know I shouldve been reviewing for the exam. The seller is not taking action to satisfy the needs and the issues to his/her customers. Pero yung nagdedeliver dito samin na personnel ay napakabastos.Taga Brgy.Pansol po ko .2nd time na syang napademanding when it comes to delivery . kaya nga meron tayong 2nd attempt kung hndi marereceive ng 1st delivery .Pero sya putek grabe ang bunganga sa text akala mo siya customer na need mong sundin ang utos. I have bought the electric brush from the seller namely JOJO B/C Enterprise on 10.07.2019. Unfortunately, the product is unable to charge and subsequently not functioning at all. However, the payment has been released to the seller where I have click the "order received" once I get my parcel cos I tot the product will be ok as there are reviews saying this seller's product is ok and fast delivery. Unfortunately, last saturday (27/7/2019) I wish to try on the electric brush to wash my toilet, found out the product is cannot be charge without any red light indicate as per the instruction book. Thus, I have make complaint immediately to the seller on the same time during afternoon and request whether I can exchange for a new one. However, the seller was reply me " cannot charge or cannot use" then stop reply me. I been waiting for 2 days and decide to make a bad comment on their product and responsivess. Once bad comment on today (29/7/2019), the seller very fast responsive to me and said " we have not reply u, u give we bad comment" and straight away blocked me which I cant contact or send msg to them at all. I feel that the seller is not responsible for the exchange part and once I made bad comment then just ignore my request. I am not first time purchased products on shopee but this is the first time i met unresponsible seller and yet poor customer service. I hoping Shopee will look into this matter and avoid other buyers like me being victim again.
