I got washing machine without handle.there is handle for moving machine.I have raised complain 9 times literally via executive n even senior executives.they even call me back twice in assurance that ..ma'm your problem is clear visible n genuine will definitely help U out .Bt after every assurance there comes one mail written that ur return request rejected..I m jst frustrated..how cheap n exhausting platform is this .it is about 13000 rs not some hundreds that I will bear the loss .I want refund plz do something

Flipkart Internet Online data compromise

I'm trying to resolve and issue which I see there is a data theft with Flipkart. We are in receipt of a COD ordered, which we never ordered. Since, I was not available at home and hoping that I have placed the order, my wife accepted the order by making the payment. The customer service staffs contacted was simply stating that since the order is accepted by paying the amount, they can't do anything. Even this is evident that the order is placed from an ID that doesn't belong to me. OD22803386161545700 is the order ID. I suspect a serious data theft or compromise from Flipkart whereby someone is able to manipulate it.

Flipkart Internet Cash back not recieved against order

Dear sir,
i have purchased vivo v20 (midnight jazz 128gb) on 26th nov 2020 for rs.24990/- as there was one offer on sbi credit card
option 1 ( for emi coversion & get some discount or cashback)
option 2 ( one time payment on sbi credit cardand get 7% cash back)
basis this offer i had purchsed this mobile, when i recieved my sbi credit card statement i dint find any cashback and accordingly raised complaint.
Today i recieved call from your member named ms.Gouraji hanumant naik, stating that there was no offer as such, and want proof of that,
basis this offer only i had brought this mobile and now you people wants the proof, this is completely fraud and cheating customer, after buying now you people are coming with the explanation that there was no offer, do you think we are fool.
I need the cashback or take back the mobile.

Flipkart Internet product not delivered as promised,

dear sir/mam,

I ordered 2 gold coins from flipkart on 12th oct19 & 14 oct19 and paid for the same, and they kept delaying the delivery of my product. I kept asking them about the delivery dates they assured it will be delivered, kept saying your order is on the way. Tracking information shows "your product is out for delivery" continuously form 15th of oct till now but still its not delivered. I need explanation about what actions you have taken for the delivery. As per your confirmation my product is with courier and i am doubted about its originality now, will it be the same product what i have ordered. I had long chatting everyday with customer service but its of no use, they kept on saying wait wait...

and hereby i attached conversation details along with this, pls advise what i have to do, they are forcing me to cancel my order.

Flipkart Internet washing machine whirlpool

I had purchase Whirlpool Washing Machine on 6June 2019. Some problem in machine, I had complied to Whirlpool customer care. Engineer was come in house and check my product, He say that washing sector is default, returned your product.
I request to returned my product to flipkart.
Flipkart courier person is not pickup my product due to Thormocal. 1 My tharmocal is wet.
What can i do? I humble request to you please resolve my problem.

Flipkart Internet service

My name is daliya, im from kerala. Today I have a product in flipkart service, im busy for personal issues so cant attend the call of delivary boy, but after that I get a massage to rejected my product, so im complaint this for flipkart service for his bad dealing to customers, and they were wrking too badly and their attitude to customers was very poor, writeing this complaint to see the officals and take care these type of problems watch and take action aganist these service centers and solve customers issues.

Flipkart Internet asus zen watch

I have ordered new Asus Zen Watch2 dated 26.1.19 on Flipkart and received the same on 31.1.19 in the evening with order ID OD114534134244313000. I was out of station and came to office today (1.2.19) at 12:30 PM.

When I opened the watch dated 1.12.19 at 12:30 PM, iI found used/refub product which is very shocking to me. As refub product is available in half of the price of new product, I am surprised that Company like Flipkart cannot do his to customers.

I have lost faith on Flipkart & Asus. At 4:00 PM I have sent mail as well as talked to Flipkart customer care and requested for full refund as now I don't want this product now.

Please look into this and please help me to get me full refund for such kind of Cheating happened to me.

Flipkart Internet payments

Hello sir, this is bijesh vaishnaw from rajahmundry (andhra pradesh), I have made a purchase of rupees 136899/- on flipkart app on 8th of october 2018 monday for which the payment was made successfully from sbi credit card but the order wasn't completed by flipkart, I have immediately called flipkart and they assured me that the money will be reflected back to my credit card within 3 (three) working days, but this did not happened yet. So as they assured me to return back the payment, I did an other purchase of the same products again on that same date where this time the payment and order both got successfully done and products also got delivered to me. But to my astonishment when I got my credit card bill due statement which generates regularly on 12th of every month, it showed that I was not revised with the amount which was paid to flipkart for an unsuccessful order transaction. For this I again called the flipkart and they looked into the situation and told me to be patient, and this is the same thing being told to me from past 2 weeks. I got frustrated and also posted the incident into social networks but still there isn't any resolutions regarding this. So I have come here to plead the complaint board to help me in this matter where I can get back my paid money of rupees 136899/- for unsuccessful transaction made on flipkart.

I am also attaching screenshots for a better understanding of the issue.

Flipkart Internet flipkart is cheating with me!

I'm asking this because i bought a Redmi 5A from flash sale of flipkart. After receiving the phone i found that its not properly working with any earphone. I have used Lava, Samsung, Syska & Mi's earphone as well but i faced same problem. One of shop keeper friend confirmed me that your phone is defective. Now i am asking asking flipkart to take it back as 10 days warranty is working. On official support they said we will send a technician. After that i got calls from unknown number said calling from being flipkart. And we will not take it back, Just go to MI service center. Then i said what is 10 days replacement warranty. He said - No warranty. This is the phone number from which i got called - +[protected]. Now i feel like cheated. They are selling defective phone and dont want to take it back.
I believe their technician will not visited as he said on that unknown phone number and will file a false report of visiting in their system and will show the case as resolved and this is how they will save them self.

Flipkart Internet mobile phone lenovo phab 2 plus

I have ordered a mobile phone of lenovo model phab 2 plus of order no
OD110429039019235000, but when I start using that phone the same day the battery is draining so fast even the battery is of 4000 maH, even the mobile phone is charging sio fast so I give a replacement requisition on next day now they are saying there is some problem in setting please check setting and update that setting and update the phone, the problem will get resolved.
I want to ask what the hell is setting connected with battery life and quick draining of battery, now I want the replacement and they are not giving.

Flipkart Internet samsung 128gb micro sd card

Sir,
I have purchased a samsung 128 gb evo plus micro sdxc uhs-i card through flipkart vide tax invoice no. F0yqi00217-[protected] dated 19-01-2017.
But i am sorry to write you that the above sd card got corrupted itself. I tried every method get it detected, but failed. I lost my valuable data in it.
As per the warranty policy, i contacted the samsung india, and send the micro sd card for replacement. I am surprised that samsung india has denied to replace the card as it is not made for sale india, by the samsung.
Again i contacted flipkart and shared the all conversations had with the samsung india. But flipkart tight lipped over the issue.
When i remind them again and again they replied that since the product was delivered to you on january 20, 2017, it has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not able to fulfil your request for replacement.
You are requested to please help me to replacement of corrupted sd card and oblige.

I bought a tablet (I Kall N1 (2+16GB) with 4G VOLTE 16 GB 8 inch with Wi-Fi+4G) and ignored the slight lines on screen. After using it, the quality of product was very bad. poor camera, hanging problem and handsfree was defected and a massive heating problem. when we asked to return the product, flipkart team refused and said it can only be replaced (order ID OD109871531791125000 dated 4th Aug.17) . At the time of replacing, seller’s executive highlighted the lines on the screen which we avoided so he rejected to replace it and advised my kid to recontact flipkart to replace it again. Customer care lines are always busy. After so many communications, Mr. Abhinav, executive called and assured me he will refund my product and advised me do not accept seller’s product (replacement) and tell him we cancelled it (for refund purpose) and another flipkart courier person will come and receive the product and I did the same( Executive sent an email on 22.08.17 with Return id : [protected]). After that no action has been taken. I again wrote a mail regarding this issue and then got a call from flipkart. They said they will not refund the product but can replace it. My product is still lying with me in a dump position(almost one month). Now after so many communications, posts on social media could not find any result so in an irritating mood I thought I should use it on 5th Sept’17 when I was trying to charge it, that was not charging, product totally dead flipkart sent person for collecting he said he has complaint of damage product not dead product and contacted flipkart now they said it can’t returned they can only replace it see the return policy or seller’s policy then why they gave return id and assured they will return, because the need of 4g product I bought 4g mobile for other site because that time flipkart was very surely mentioned that they can return it. Now why should I keep both product why should waste money for same kind of items. Now they are forcefully imposing their item saying they will not return only replace. Just called in your customer care centre spoke with your customer care
executive Rajat for this long time issue. But he is not willing to resolve
this and had not given me any ticket (Complaint No.) and advised me to
write a mail to you. Unable to understand how much time should I spend for
this return. Its above one month and just playing replacement or retrun
game with you unprofessional people ...one courier person comes and refused
and the same procedure occurs again and again and results are still there.
I have an urgent requirement of this product but flipkart just wasted time
after that took another product fropm the professional site in which I
don't have any issue so that don't required this defulty piece and not
interested for replacement.

In my email of 5th September I clearly mentioned all the issues which I was
facing (hanging, handsfree, heating problem etc.) and at the last part I
clearly mentioned that now my product is dead. But today on 7th September
your courier person came and arguing (that time I was in office and was in
meeting, my kid was at home) that he had complaint of only damaged product
but its dead and he again kept the product I requested him to take it back
but he said I will not take, contact to our customer care centre. Its
literally harassing. Unable to understand coordination/communication in
between Flipkart own team. I am total fed up from the last month.

Ms. Kaur if you see my order it is clearly shown that my product is

I bought a tablet (I Kall N1 (2+16GB) with 4G VOLTE 16 GB 8 inch with Wi-Fi+4G) and ignored the slight lines on screen. After using it, the quality of product was very bad. poor camera, hanging problem and handsfree was defected and a massive heating problem. when we asked to return the product, flipkart team refused and said it can only be replaced (order ID OD109871531791125000 dated 4th Aug.17) . At the time of replacing, seller’s executive highlighted the lines on the screen which we avoided so he rejected to replace it and advised my kid to recontact flipkart to replace it again. Customer care lines are always busy. After so many communications, Mr. Abhinav, executive called and assured me he will refund my product and advised me do not accept seller’s product (replacement) and tell him we cancelled it (for refund purpose) and another flipkart courier person will come and receive the product and I did the same( Executive sent an email on 22.08.17 with Return id : [protected]). After that no action has been taken. I again wrote a mail regarding this issue and then got a call from flipkart. They said they will not refund the product but can replace it. My product is still lying with me in a dump position(almost one month). Now after so many communications, posts on social media could not find any result so in an irritating mood I thought I should use it on 5th Sept’17 when I was trying to charge it, that was not charging, product totally dead flipkart sent person for collecting he said he has complaint of damage product not dead product and contacted flipkart now they said it can’t returned they can only replace it see the return policy or seller’s policy then why they gave return id and assured they will return, because the need of 4g product I bought 4g mobile for other site because that time flipkart was very surely mentioned that they can return it. Now why should I keep both product why should waste money for same kind of items. Now they are forcefully imposing their item saying they will not return only replace. Was that commitment not discussed with flipkart and seller? Why you people making your customers fool? I clearly mentioned I have requirement of the item and can't wait long so bought from other site, and don't have extra money to keep both products.

Why you people declaring return approved now why should I read the return policy while I bought another product? Why you forcefully imposing the product.

Mr. Rohit,

Just called in your customer care centre spoke with your customer care
executive Rajat for this long time issue. But he is not willing to resolve
this and had not given me any ticket (Complaint No.) and advised me to
write a mail to you. Unable to understand how much time should I spend for
this return. Its above one month and just playing replacement or retrun
game with you unprofessional people ...one courier person comes and refused
and the same procedure occurs again and again and results are still there.
I have an urgent requirement of this product but flipkart just wasted time
after that took another product fropm the professional site in which I
don't have any issue so that don't required this defulty piece and not
interested for replacement.

Again Flipkart and its courier person disappointed me.

In my email of 5th September I clearly mentioned all the issues which I was
facing (hanging, handsfree, heating problem etc.) and at the last part I
clearly mentioned that now my product is dead. But today on 7th September
your courier person came and arguing (that time I was in office and was in
meeting, my kid was at home) that he had complaint of only damaged product
but its dead and he again kept the product I requested him to take it back
but he said I will not take, contact to our customer care centre. Its
literally harassing. Unable to understand coordination/communication in
between Flipkart own team. I am total fed up from the last month.

Flipkart Internet product not delivered & order cancelled without any information

ordered a Lenevo Vibe K5 note & a Intex power bank on 06-oct-2016 under the big billion days offer on flipkart. The order no. was OD307260896480970000 and OD307260896480970001 respectively.

I paid the amount of Rs. 11608 for both the products via my SBI debit card. The expected delivery date was 19-oct-2016. I was tracking the product. It was about to reach.
Suddenly on 15-Oct-2016 they cancelled the order without any information. This was intolerable after 9-10 days how could they cancel the order ? After making so many calls to flipkart customer care, they stated that your pincode is not valid, we can't deliver the product on the given address & will refund the amount.
This is not fair & if the pincode or address was unreachable why did flipkart approved it at the time of ordering & making payment ?
However, They also approved the address & pincode I entered ( earlier I have got many products delivered on that address through other shopping sites). I urgently needed the product but now I want proper reason along with my REFUND instantly with the interest & flipkart should stop such scams. My Money was blocked for more than 10 days due to this & don't know how much time it will take to get refund & I was confined in order to take delivery, waited unnecessarily.
Total wastage of my time, money. Flipkart should compensate.

Flipkart Internet not happy

I have ordered from this website only because they had really nice prices.
It took a very long time to receive my order and they were not helpful at all and were no able to provide me any information about my order.
One moment I even thought that Flipkart just scammed me and stole my money, but then my order finally arrived and I was extremely happy. Opened the package and it looked nice, but when I tried to turn it on I found out that it was not working. Thought the battery was dead, but when I tried to charge my phone nothing happened and there was the same black screen.
Total waste of money.

Flipkart Internet bad service

Hi,
As the item is not available elsewhere, I was forced buy jbl j04b on Flipkart dated 17 march, they charged me an extra 50 bucks for shipping it to Hyderabad, estimated date of delivery was on 2 April (half month after charging me for shipping), the item was delivered to me today (21 march) but no Flipkart packing instead in a Nokia mobile cover taped and after unboxing the external cover, I was really surprised to see an opened and old used JBL package with all dust, after taking an effort of cleaning stuff realized the item was used because of scratches on the item.

Immediately called Flipkart customer service center and she arranged a return request for me, but after a through search in the box THINGS ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT IN THERE

FOUND A RETURN RECEIPT OF PREVIOUS OWNER WITH A REASON ITEM MISSING, ALSO FOUND OLD CUSTOMER INVOICE AND MY INVOICE TOGETHER

contacted customer service and asked for an immediate refund and a annoying answer to me was to first return the item and wait for 5 working days for a refund as per the policy, and for a replacement asked me to wait for 24 hours to initiate a replacement process after cancelling return request, when I asked him to connect me to his lead he disconnected the call after a while.

Again I called customer service and this time representative did not provide earlier rep name/ legion id to complaint about this but transferred me to a lead

though I was yelling at him, lead/person politely asked me to wait for some time so that their team will resolve the issue soon, I also informed that i need an immediate refund or 2 day delivery for a new product still he politely said cannot assure but surely Flipkart team will reach you soon.

Flipkart Internet order not delivered shown as delivered on flipkart website

An order for Samsung microwave was placed on Flipkart with order no. OD205432012645584000. When I checked flipkart' website on 12.3.16 regarding status of delivery, It showed product has been delivered on 11.3.16, (a photo from Flipkart website attached herewith) which was not the case. I did not receive any order. When I called on customer care on 12.3.16 to raise this complaint, I was told that I will get reply by 2.30 pm on 12.3.16 and a reference no. IN1603122040029777962 Was given to me. I again called up Flipkart in the evening on 12.3.16 as nobody called me at the promised time. An official named Akash promised me that he will look into the issue personally and will reply by 2 pm on 13.3.16. The Flipkart team did not call me at the promised time again on 13.3.16. I again called Flipkart and spoke to Gaurav, who did not the status of the order and started making excuses and asking for more time for revert. When I asked him to cancel the order and refund my money, he denied to do that. He also denied me to transfer call to his senior official. It's been 36 hours and I still don't know the status of my order. I asked te Flipkart team for the proof of delivery as well but they denied to give that also. Worst experience from customer care team of any company. Please help.
