Temu Opinion on TEMU

I'm very sorry to hear that some of you are having trouble with this company. I believe they have great products & after comparing similar items on other sites, I'm very happy with their prices. I was kind of curious about where this company is located after receiving my first order. If I had anything bad to say about this company, it would be that they need to disclose their location. I don't think that would keep people from ordering from them. As for customer service, I have no complaints. I received my second order from them today (4/1/23) only to find that they sent me the wrong order. I was initially upset but after spending over as half hour in the chat room, the issue was resolved and my account was credited immediately. The chat room person was very patient and once I told her I wanted to know exactly how was and when issue was going to get resolved she offered a refund and told me she mark my refund urgent and like I said it truly was. I did find the the chat room evasive at first but once she realized I wanted my specific questions answered meaning exactly how what and when she was more than helpful. Mistakes are made all the time but I truly believe that this company will resolve issues and I am very satisfied with how they handle my issue." I believe this company is reputable with good customer service and great products and prices.

Temu Unbelievably Beautiful

My name is Debbie and this is my very first time shopping with Temu. I was skeptical when l first came across this website and wondered how can they afford to sell things so cheap, including jewelry, like rings,for instance, which l was interested in purchasing,when they look so beautiful in the pictures? I thought they must just make them look really good in the pictures somehow and then when you get the rings they are nothing more than poor quality,cheap cracker jack trinkets. But the more l read about Temu and the more l kept looking at the beautiful pictures l decided to order 6 rings and 2 pendants. I just received my order today from Temu and l was totally surprised and thoroughly delighted with my purchases. The rings far exceeded my expectations and are stunningly beautiful and of superior quality and even more beautiful than in the pictures. They do not look cheap at all, in fact, on the contrary,they look a lot like the real thing. The attention to detail on a lot of the rings and the sparkle of the stones is exquisite, enhancing their beauty and making them look real and expensive. I was blown away and will definitely tell others about Temu and hope to do more shopping with Temu myself soon. I am sure l will be getting lots of compliments on my new rings and the cute cat pendant l purchased too. Thank-you so much, l love all of them! I couldn't be happier.

Temu Great company, take the chance

I am very pleased with Temu. I have purchased 188 items since Dec. 3rd with 8 orders. My first order was before Christmas and because I figured this was coming out of China I didnt expect it by Christmas. It came by the 17th. I have purchased mainly inexpensive stuff. Socks, artificial floral, hair pieces and accessories,Christmas stocking stuffers, household items, and some clothes and shoes. I was hesitant with my first order because I had never heard of them, but they had a Christmas projector light that I wanted for a good price, so I took the chance. I'm really glad I did. They can have really great prices, the shipping has been like any other store and I've been really happy with my purchases. You really need to READ the description. Sizes are in cm most of the time and not in inches so again READ the description. The clothes are probably out of China and run small. I'm 5'2" and 150 and bought a dress in xxl and it was still a little tight, but it really is pretty. I've bought a couple pairs of shoes and they run true. You should read the item reviews, some will have photos and you get get a better idea about what you're buying. I've been given 2 promo credits and received both with no problems. I have had no problems with Temu, I have been a little disappointed with some items, but it's because I didn't READ the description. Their artificial floral stuff is amazing, very realistic. Go ahead and try it, I don't think you'll be disappointed

Temu Very surprised

I had read the bad reviews, and then there were a few good ones. So I looked and found so many reasonable priced items that I figured why the hell I will try them. My main items purchased were hair clips and dog clothes. The dog clothes were some of the exact ones on ebay and soo soo very much cheaper. One of the dog clothes I had just ordered from a lady on ebay and it arrived and was absolutely adorable. So when I found the exact picture of the item I had just bought for 11.00 and Temu had it for 1.88 I thought why not order more dog items and see. So I did and I am so very happy I did. I got 7 outfits for what would have cost me 70.00 or more on ebay or amazon. I paid 12.00. The hair clips are the big claw ones that you get at Walmart for 7 or 8 dollars. I gave 88 cents. Yes 88 cents. Some were in the dollar range. But they are well made and heavy claw clips. So I would say why not try a few of their items. I did and am happy I did. I can save so much money. You may wait a week or two for delivery but to save this much I will plan ahead for when I need the items and get them early. Until I have a bad experience which I don't really see happening as they update you daily of the progress of the shipment including when the items are on their flight to the US and then on to Jamica NY to the customs facility to then be transferred to USPS for delivery.Please try this. I did not do it on their app, I did it on the computer and have had no problems.

Temu Good deals and ability to cancel items

I have got the warmest pajamas (blanket items and pajama sets) ever from TEMU, very important in the Upper Midwest U.S. I have also got a shawl that wasn't as depicted and accidentally ordered some items that weren't what I thought they were, but I was able to cancel the latter after discovering the Shop Reviews. If you click on the Shop icon (seller) under "Reviews," you can read many more reviews than are displayed under the item description. There is more time to cancel items on this site than usual, though there are sometimes limited refund options. Sometimes they will only give a partial refund and partial store credit, but if you do receive the item, one item per order can be returned for a full refund. Now, I always read the Shop Reviews before making a purchase, and I am generally satisfied with what I receive. I love that I can purchase a pet toy at an affordable price every time I make an order. My pampered cats are used to receiving treats and food in the mail, and are disappointed when I order clothes or other items and there is nothing in the package for them. When I had children at home, it was the same story. I have not bought cat toys in a while because most sites charge $7-15 for them, which is ridiculous! I wish every store had pet items for.40-$1.70 I could add to every order, like I do at TEMU. It doesn't take much to make them happy, but they even have pet tunnels, activity and mechanical toys for well under $10. Pets are family!

Temu Addictive

I LOVE me some temu, Temu is where's it at, Get you some temu, download that app lol. I'm not going lie it's addictive, everytime you here that ding notification just wanna shop, Im up to my 4th or 5th order.

I seen complaints but Like any site you have to be realistic and use common sense look at shop reviews and customer reviews as they are not the same thing, each seller on temu is different not just one general person so the quality is going to varied.

Shipping -Theres multi shipping company they use, depending on product location could be in muliti places and your location is hows it's determined. Like most of my packages arrive early within 4-7 business days if postal delivery, other carriers have their own time frame so it could be 7-10 you need to look down at estimate delivery time they give you while ordering it tells you how long or order early so it can arrive on time they notify every step of the way. Don't buy stuff you need immediately.

Products- I don't care what nobody says if you spend a dollar or 2 don't be expecting high quality premium stuff all the time, its going break or work like a cost a dollar sometimes... No different discount stores it varies.
Everything I bought came exactly as pictured, quality varied depending on the seller for example I bought a cosmetic bag cost $10 it's amazing, came exactly as shown, no defects, brand new smell I like, perfect in size, nothing leaks out it's waterproof, fantastic.
I bought clothes sizing is tricky because you have measure yourself sometimes you can order a size down varied on item, Quality is great, cost me $10-15 dollars, wash up well without fading or tearing apart, didn't shrink in the dryer. Don't expect the exact pic as it's a copy of what the picture looks like but still great and colors are vibrant and bueatiful. I did buy some bottle stopper tops and can covers for.98 cent when I tell you they work amazing, I was like let's get it temu. Exactly as pictured, quality and all.

Pricing - pricing varied, typically low as.89 cent til 100s depending on product, they have deals all the time, no need to worry about that, always free shipping.

Overall I'm very pleased with temu, and will continue to support there business for very long long time.

Temu Buggy Coding Prevents New Registrations

Their website and app are poorly coded, because they will not recognise my perfectly valid email address as valid, which is preventing me from registering. When I try to contact them, they require me to sign in first, which I obviously can't do because I can't register - which is why I am trying to contact them! I tried reaching out on social media, explaining the problem, but all they do is tell me to contact support through the website, which I still can't do as they won't allow me to register a valid email address! Utterly hopeless.

Recommendation: Avoid. If they can't even code a simple registration form properly, god knows how poor their data security is.

Temu Scammers and phishers

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. THEY STEAL CREDIT CARD and personal info.

After already charging my card, I could see the charge on my Wells Fargo account, these crooks try to get you to send them a statement. I actually did send them a statement with my financial info redacted and they wanted more. I tried working with them but they insist on recieving a statement with personal financial info on it. I hope the authorites take them down soon before more people are hurt. I intend to report them to several federal and state agencies.

Recommendation: DO NOT USE, Temu is "to good to be true'"

I order some items from temu,they supposed to be delivered at 9th to 19th ..next day i got text from evri as their delivery partner they are delivering my products today ,i was waiting whole day they did not deliver aben they put picture of my area and said I’m not home.they didn’t even enterd my building.after next 4 days same they text me morning thet r delivering my products but end of the day cancel it,after that i contacted evri they said they losy my item i should contact with temu,i continued contact with them wjth live agent as they don’t have phone call service,everyone ignore me about my products and wasting my time,telling me refund after 19th.they don’t want to u ndersstand anything

Recommendation: Pls avoid scump conpany

Temu OK, change of experience

So I posted a prior review of how they bait and switch with coupons, offers... and when you have a very favorable order, they use "piggyship" independent drivers that conveniently "lose" the order. I got a prompt refund and was lied to that the products were no longer available. I tried calling this Piggyship company at the number given: it goes to a dead line on verizon and immediately to VM at all hours from a landline. Well, turns out, if you find Piggyship's email and send them instructions on how to direct their independent drivers, the order will arrive. So, 4 stars ultimately but one star off for the hassle of writing Temu, piggyship, etc.

Recommendation: Problems with delivery, EMAIL, DO NOT CALL, them.

Temu Bait and switch, scammy heavy marketing

Ordered a few items with good delivery and about 75% decent quality especially relative to price. I decided to use some of their coupons to order more. The package was to be delivered by PiggyShip. Well, they claimed they 'couldn't access' my house, after several Temu deliveries went without a problem. I called the shipper's number... it's not real. Verizon can't connect 90% of the time and if you call on a land line, it goes right to a generic voicemail. I contacted Temu, I requested a re-order, but they said the items were no longer available. Outright lie: I checked at that moment they told me and all were in stock... but at much higher prices and with my coupons expired. NOW I understand their business model: bait and switch. App deleted.

Recommendation: Stay. Away.

So, yes. They are incredibly responsive through their app. Temu is not like Aliexpress where when you buy something and find it's a Chinese scam, they got your money and they don't care. Temu actually seems to care, at least for now in their early stages of growth. We'll see how they are when they get to be as big as Amazon. For now, they promptly responded when I began using their chat function and they promptly refunded me the order. Further, they contacted the shipper who "magically" found the order and just as magically discovered how to deliver to my house (like all the prior deliveries did without a problem). The order arrived... I had both a refund and the order. SO: I tried to pay Temu. Temu had no way for me to pay them unless I ordered more stuff... so they would rather give me a free order and have me order more stuff than let me simply pay them what I owed. Yes, I ordered more stuff.

Temu Temu Review: Unreliable Coupon Policy and Poor Customer Service

Temu is a website that I recently used to make a purchase. I had a coupon for $30 off my next purchase, which I received after making a prior sale over $180. The coupon stated that all I had to do was spend $30.01 to redeem it. However, when I tried to place an order for $34, Temu refused to accept it because they required at least $40 to ship. I had to add a $24 item to my cart to bring the total over $50, which violated the terms of the coupon.

When I received my order, I found that some of the items were damaged or the wrong size. I tried to return them, but Temu's system automatically deducted a percentage of the coupon value from the total refund amount. This was not fair, as the terms of the coupon stated that it was a refund of cash, not a discount. Even though I had exceeded the terms of the coupon, Temu was not honoring it appropriately.

To make matters worse, when I tried to get a refund, Temu held back as much as 50% of the refund amount. This is a clear case of consumer fraud, and I was very disappointed with the customer service. I had to wait a long time on hold for no help.

Overall, I would not recommend using Temu. They do not honor their coupons appropriately, and their customer service is not helpful. If you are looking for a reliable online retailer, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Temu Temu Review: A Promising New Online Shopping Platform with Room for Improvement

I recently stumbled upon Temu, a brand new company according to Google. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by their services. In comparison to other popular online shopping platforms such as Wish, Ali Express, and eBay, Temu stands out because they ship out immediately. This is a huge plus point as no one wants to wait months for their order to arrive. They also offer free shipping, which is a great bonus.

However, there are a few areas where Temu could improve. Firstly, they do not have a "save for later" list. This can be a hassle for customers who are interested in purchasing items under a certain price point and want to load up their carts for maximum sales. A "save for later" list would be a great addition as people tend to forget and are busy with their daily lives. Additionally, a "favorites" list would be helpful for customers who really like a particular item. This would help sellers to keep track of what people like and ensure that the item remains in stock.

One of the biggest advantages of Temu is that they use USPS for shipping. This is great news as many people dislike FedEx and UPS as they tend to be slow. However, Temu needs to ditch their shipping partner as it is slowing down deliveries. People are on a shopping spree and want their stuff as soon as possible. If too many days go by, they start to get annoyed and wonder where their order is. Therefore, it is important for Temu to ensure that their deliveries are prompt and efficient.

Another area where Temu could improve is by listing the ingredients of their cosmetics, especially powders. Many people do not want talc in their eye shadows and face powders. As a consumer, I would not buy any of these items unless I can see what's in it. Therefore, it is important for sellers to list the ingredients of their products.

Overall, I am impressed with Temu and I am rooting for them. However, I recently faced an issue where my packages were sitting with their shipping partners for several days with no movement. Despite repeated requests to contact their shipping partners to have my packages handed off to USPS, there was no response. They did offer me a credit if my packages were delivered late, but I would prefer a refund instead. Additionally, their customer service is lacking and their attitude is poor and unhelpful. Another downside is their $10 order minimum. Despite these issues, refunds are easy to obtain.

In conclusion, Temu has a lot of potential and if they listen to what consumers want, they will keep coming back and buying. If they can do better than Wish, Ali Express, and eBay, they will come out on top.

Temu Temu Review: Pleasantly Surprised with Quality and Delivery Time

I recently made a purchase from Temu and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. I ordered a variety of items including two happy faced novelty plant pots, two soft gnome kitchen themed decor pieces, and a pair of embroidered slingback sandals. When I received my package, I was pleased to find that everything was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

The plant pots were smaller than what I had initially thought, but I made sure to read the full item description and carefully examine all of the pictures provided. One of the pictures included measurements, so I was not surprised by their size. Despite their smaller size, they were absolutely adorable and exactly what I expected.

The gnome decorations were super cute and seemed to be well made. The quality of the stitching and materials was very good and there were no rips, tears, or soiling. The shoes were absolutely beautiful and the embroidery was well done without any loose threads or mis-stitching. They fit well and were comfortable to wear. The only downside was the slingback faux leather strap, which felt a bit flimsy. However, upon closer examination, it appeared that it could be replaced fairly easily if needed.

Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of my purchase. I have shopped at several different overseas sites in the past and have received the wrong items, poor quality items, or items that simply never showed up. However, with Temu, I received my package after only 5 business days, which was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely be willing to order from Temu again in the future.

One thing to keep in mind when shopping at Temu is to carefully read the product descriptions and look at all of the pictures provided. Don't assume any details that aren't written and make sure to check the sizing guides and reviews as well. Setting your expectations with clear product descriptions is super important. Temu Temu Review: Good Products at Great Prices, But Watch Out for Third Party Apps and Slow Shipping

Me and my daughter have ordered from Temu a few times now and we've had some good experiences and some not so good ones. Let me start with the good. I got a vegetable chopper that works just like they said it would. I have trouble putting on my socks and shoes, so I ordered some inexpensive items from Temu that help me out and they work great. Definitely worth the money. I also got a device that connects my phone to my car's Android Auto wirelessly. It looks just like one I saw on Amazon, but it was less than half the price. I was pleasantly surprised that it works even better than I expected. I love it!
Now for the not so good. I bought a smart watch for $11 and, well, you get what you pay for. It has some nice features, but it answers phone calls even when I don't want it to. The only way to stop it is to completely disable the feature. I went back to using my Amazfit watch, but I did love the metallic watch band that came with the Temu watch. So I guess it was worth it for that purpose. But don't buy the watch itself, it's poor quality. And when I was setting up the watch app, there was an option to increase the watch's functions through a third party software. But when I entered my debit/credit card info to verify my registration, I ended up with charges for dating or escort services on both my cards! The third party app tried to scam me! I had to cancel both cards and order new ones, which was a hassle. Temu should really check to make sure the third party apps they offer are trustworthy. Don't make my mistake, never use your card info to register for anything!
My daughter ordered a beautiful shirt, but it was much smaller than she expected. She wears an American 5X and was expecting a shirt that size to fit. It must be Asian 5X, which is much smaller. She would have returned it for a refund, but it happened to fit my wife, so they were both happy in the end. But my daughter now knows she can't trust Temu's sizes to fit her, regardless of their claims that sizes listed are for the American consumer. After her experience, I would think twice about ordering clothes or shoes from Temu. Luckily, I don't use Temu for those items.
Lastly, shipping can take a while. Don't order from Temu if you need things quickly. We've gotten everything we ordered within the time frame they promised, and they haven't sent us any incorrect items. But it can take weeks, whereas Amazon or Walmart usually deliver within a week. If items are coming from China, I guess it's normal for it to take that long. Just don't expect speedy delivery.
Overall, I'm happy with Temu, believe it or not. They have some good products at great prices, but there are some things to watch out for. Just be careful with third party apps and don't expect speedy shipping.

Temu Temu Review: Lightning Deals, Price Adjustments, and Glue Galore!

Hey there, I want to talk to all the angry reviewers out there who only ordered once from Temu and didn't have a perfect experience. Look, I get it. You found an amazing deal on a bunch of stuff, probably 1/10th the price of Amazon and even cheaper than Walmart. And you assumed that, like Amazon, you would get your stuff in a week tops. But that's just not how it works.

Most of Temu's inventory is direct from manufacturers in China, so it has to go through customs and inspections. That's why they ship it in soft plastic bags instead of boxes. It's cheaper and China has different rules about sending packages to the US without inspecting every item first. So, there are delays.

But, I've personally made 3 or 4 large orders and I love the lightning deals. They've arrived quickly, on average, and one even split into 3 separate orders due to the contents of different natures. But, I had another order beat that split one by a week. I got the $5 off and it was no big deal.

If they don't refund your money, make sure you haven't let the time expire. And, besides the lightning deals and credits and dollars off already bargain prices, they offer price adjustments for anything you buy that goes cheaper in 30 days or less. Lots of stores do this, but they don't have it built into the receipt. Just click refund or adjustment and they scan everything so you don't have to.

I just got a $20 refund from my last order just in price adjustments and it was over 30 days since I ordered, so they must go by the day delivered. That's a score!

Also, on the same order, one of my wifi repeaters decided it was done with my on-again, off-again internet relationship with my main modem and refused to connect. So, I requested a return and they refunded the money and then told me to keep the thing. That's great because I have no way to get to the UPS store without bribing my landlady for a ride.

For the money spent on any given thing, I would say it's totally worth it. I'm getting tools, clothes, makeup, adhesives, tape, etc. Speaking of sticky things, the Kafatur AB metal weld glue is 100% amazing and exactly as advertised. I am so in love with all the glue products from Kafatur.

My only complaint is that they blow up the picture so much that I really have to pay attention to the measurements. I got these LED lights for my RV and they will work, but they are just 1/2 the size I expected. But again, that's on me.

My advice is to not hold it against them for getting slammed with new business, running out of stock, and hitting delays in shipping. I would bet every single thing you ordered was inspected by hand. And if they are dodgy about why your order was delayed or refunded, maybe you ordered something their security at customs decided not to send to America. And why would Temu want anyone knowing that can happen?

Anyway, that's my $9.99 opinion. I'm going to go play with my diamond drill bits that go through cinder blocks like butter and browse for other things that I didn't know existed and now must have in my life.

Temu Terrible experience with temu: non-deliveries, no customer support, and child labor allegations

I had a terrible experience with Temu. I ordered some products from their website, but I never received them. They split my package into three, and all three were tracked as delivered, but I never received them. I work from home, and so do my neighbors, so we would have noticed if three packages were delivered to our small building. I tried to contact Speedx, the courier, but they never answered my calls or returned my messages. I left 63 messages, but no one ever got back to me.

I also had trouble contacting Temu. They have non-deliverable email addresses on their website and in their emails to me. I tested each one and finally found one that worked. I sent 74 emails asking for a refund or the products, but I never got a response. I ordered more than three months ago, and I still haven't received anything.

Recently, I received an email from a "Temu rep" saying that the packages were delivered and they could only give me $8 back. They also said it would take 12-15 weeks for the refund to go through. I couldn't believe it. I tried to find a Speedx office, but I couldn't find one. I also couldn't get a rep to talk to me. The "Temu rep" said that no one had received my emails, but they were still going to refund me $8. It didn't make any sense.

I'm so frustrated with Temu. They're just out for your money and don't care about their customers. They have no customer support lines, and their store is run by a courier that steals their clients' goods and lies about deliveries. One of the couriers even left my package at the wrong address and claimed it was delivered. It's ridiculous.

Dealing with this order has cost me so much time and money. It's given me a headache that won't go away, and it's affected my mental health. I'm always on edge, thinking that I hear a delivery truck or someone coming towards me with my packages. It's made me irritable all the time, and I hate being taken advantage of.

To make matters worse, I just read an article that says Temu supports child labor and that the products are made in hot, unsafe conditions by young children who work 12-16 hour days for pennies. It's disgusting. I feel like a fool for shopping at Temu, and I'm angry that there are no laws protecting us from companies like this.

Overall, my experience with Temu was terrible. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Temu Temu Review: Buyer Beware - Scamming and Poor Quality Products

Temu is a website that is similar to Wish, but unfortunately, it is not a good one. There are a few good things, but most of the items are just plain bad. If you are planning to buy something expensive, you better hope that you use PayPal, or else it will be hard to get a refund. I learned this the hard way. I mostly ordered little trinkets like jewelry, and most of the gold jewelry looked horrible with an orange color to it and a plastic feel like most fake gold necklaces. I should have known better, but it's like it's such a good deal and it's so tempting. It does add up though, and not all the jewelry is bad. Rings are usually good.

I had a bad experience with the more expensive items that I ordered. They were not expensive per se, but they are expensive for their site. I ordered 3 muscle massagers and a light saber. They were in two different orders to take advantage of the first-time customer promotional coupons. I do this all the time where I sign up with another email to get promotional coupons. I think a lot of people do this, and I don't think there is any shame in doing this because it is not illegal to do, and there are not even any terms against doing this.

The three muscle massagers came out to about $40 for all three of them, and I didn't get any of them. The bag dimensions on the website said it would be 19" x 15", and when the bag came, I knew that there was no way that they were in there. The bag that came was about 6" x 5", and it did contain the other items I ordered, which were all pretty bad as well. The ones I was looking forward to the most were the muscle massagers as I planned on putting one in my car, one in my office, and one at home. If you know these typically cost over $50 each on Amazon, and most of them are made with the same internal components, so I knew that these are all made in China, and I knew that I had gotten a good deal, and I was really looking forward to it. So those didn't come.

I spoke to Temu on their site, and they transferred me from person to person. Nobody ever apologized to me, and they said the supervisor would get back to me in 48 hours, which never happened. I mean, there's no excuse for that. If you don't plan to send somebody their items, you refund them right away. There's just no excuse. That is just flat out scamming. It is stealing, and if it were up to me, I'd have people like this charged. Even though it would be something minor like petty theft, which is a misdemeanor in most areas, it would still teach them a lesson so they stop doing this to people because these people don't just do this to me. They do it to a lot of people, and a lot of people don't make a big deal about it!

Then I had the light saber on another order, which was something like $35. I have one already, and my nephew really loves it, so I thought I would get another one for him, but that wasn't the case. I'm just gonna end it with that and thankfully say that I got my money back through PayPal. But I will never order from this company again. And I would suggest you guys follow my lead, especially on bigger, more expensive items because I don't think you're gonna get them if you order them.

Refusing refunds and demanding returns of product which I explained were a gift sent to another country and they were very unhappy so binned the products. I explained Al this but still refused. It was supposed to deliver between 3 to 7 May.
Frequently I tried to call the driver, but he wasn't answering my calls.
Today I called J & T Express and informed them the same.
But still I didn't receive the delivery today.
Now it is scheduled for tomorrow.
Kindly do the needful and update me ASAP.
Hope I will get late delivery fee also.

Hey Shilda, make sure to keep in touch with J & T Express to stay updated on your package’s status. If there’s another delay, ask them about compensation for the late delivery. Keep records of all your calls and communications with them. This could be useful if you need to escalate the matter.

It’s quite disappointing to read your reply as I placed the order with Temu and it’s your responsibility to make sure that customer gets their order on time

I have no commitment with your courier team so how can I ask them about late delivery compensation

I got this info from Temu order sheet and not from any courier service

Temu not getting a refund into my paypal account

I was looking at an item on temu website . The next thing i know $103.98 was automatically taken out of my paypal account .I was given a refund . but not to my paypal account .When i look to see where my refund was , i wasgiven a number to type in.Then i find that the refund cant be found . all i want is the refund of $103.98 put back into my pay pa account , this has been going on since april19th 2024 .refund id is po-012-[protected]-D01. Temu Previous communication with so-called tume representative

I spoke with a little girl yesterday claiming to be part of TRMU customer service.

She said she could not find any orders from me. Over the lastv18 months I have placed so many orders it is impossible to count.

How could someone lie without conscious?

I have no idea which way to turn. This is the first I have tried to request a refund. Being in the military I was never able to do so. There are many other times I had mdse. to return but was not able to do so because of my location (out of the country) with the military.

After the last situation with someone refusing to help, I have lost a small fortune.

Temu ordered goods haven't arrived

i haven't received my goods that i ordered.its been a month since i ordered

this is my order number:PO-184-[protected]

when i try to track it it says my order number does not exist!

i ordered on the 13th of march 2024 and paid for the goods i also paid the required taxes today it is the 4th of April 2024 my order was supposed to arrive on the 2nd of April 2024.

Chat says I have several different accounts, maybe I do but I have tried logging in on them, but it keeps making me change my password and I still can't get in

Temu are scammers. There is no legitimate way to make a complaint. All the chat agents are bots and will not under any circumstance deal with your complaint.

I done a promotion thing which should have given me 10 free gifts because i folled the rules and i invited people via facebook. temu bot then turned round and said no one acepted the invites which i stated clearly no mention of any invites having to be accepted was in the rules it only stated share and invite to reduce cost to 0.

One of the bots even posted the 3 rules

Dear customer in Invite Friends & Get Free Gifts event ,

1. You must reduce the total price to zero by inviting friends within the specified time to claim free gifts.

2. Free gifts within the specified time can only be claimed after you've reduced the total price to zero.

3. After claiming your free gifts, they will be prepared for shipment, and the estimated delivery time will be provided.

Rule 1 clearly states invite friends nothing about them having to accept.

Temu's promotions are a scam 100000%

Also temu against my wishes credited £10 onto my account to which i asked for it to be removed and temu refuses because they are trying to buy my silence to which is not going to happen.

Temu Don't, just dont

Mega bait and switch schemes. Get bombarded with texts and emails multiple times in 1 day about spin off games, more items you need, etc. The items post a particular price, however when you make a selection to specify color, you are charged a higher price than posted. If an item lists a quantity like 10, COUNT it when you receive it. There are misprints on their site as to quantity or you lose items due to poor packaging. All orders are sent in plastic mailing bags WITHOUT padding, and that includes electronics. Although they pack your items so that electronics are covered by other items, the articles shift during delivery. So even if electronics are in a box, the box can be crushed or the item damaged from rough hanfling during shipment. Half of your order doesn't get filled because they claim they are out of the item, then you get enticements about other substitutes you may like, albeit at a different price. Then miraculously, after your order is placed, those missing items are suddenly in abundance and you can now add to your order. The products have been magnified. You get disappointed at delivery because what you thought is a standard sized item is a mini version. One instance is a circular ceiling mount with several hooks. Well don't use this to hold pots or pans- it is tiny, and at best it may be good for a few neck chains minus any heavy pendants. Some Items are ok and match their pictures, others don't. One CD/DVD player I bought to plug into a computer lists it as a 7 to 1, lauding it's many features. What I got is a minimal plastic laptop attachment with 4 USB ports. The site listed it for $25.48 and shows the player and 7 different adaptor cords, you only get 1 to tap into your laptop. When I went back on their web site to get the picture with it's associated price with all of the attachments, the listing is no longer there. You get an item that is cheaper than what you ordered, in price and in quality. The backpack cover picture on their site is not clear because it shows a black backpack in the picture. What you get is a cover similar to what you put on an exposed spare tire on the back of your vehicle, you might as well use a plastic bag and save your money. I ordered 2 different large capacity tote/ duffle type bags, 2 different listings, one claiming to be larger than the other. What I got was 2 identical bags. An item that is listed for a higher price early on their inventory is shown at a lower price further down if you keep scrolling. Many people don't keep scrolling, thinking they got a great price. Their 5 piece cotton fabrics look higher quality because of the metallic highlights. What you get is a cotton with a wider weave that does not match our common cottons. These 5 packs can be listed at $2.98, then $1.99, then $1.49 in the same order session. However they will tell you each price is an offer that only lasts for a few minutes more. Yet,
The sames prices were listed 2-3 days afterwards. There are No coupons anywhere on their site (or any other coupon sites on the web), yet when you complain and want to return an item, sometimes they'll say not to return and they will refund. Well you get refunded MINUS a coupon amount, so you only get a partial refund. What coupon and where? The crystals I ordered came without hanging cords. The crochet hooks, some shown in cases, came in plastic bags. The drills they offer, from manual to electric, are dangerous pieces of crap. Not only are they tiny, you get a limited number of drill bits that are small in gauge like a sewing needle. The drill bits constantly separate from the unit even if you tighten them as much as possible, they still come out, and can damage your project or injure you. The big extra sized storage totes are made out of the same stuff like the blue Walmart bags at the registers for 74c and aren't that sturdy. First, the seams aren't always sewn properly to catch all the pieces together so the seam can separate, also the fabric can get punctured and does tear. The majority of totes or duffles are standard nylon. There are several different knitting looms. The one I ordered showed the pegs in place ( looked like one solid unit) with a blue knitted item on it in progress. What I got was a loom with loose pegs. The loom and the pegs were in separate cellophane bags taped together but the cellophane bags with the pegs was torn open and was missing pegs. They were not in the shipping bag, but, in fact, were long gone before the item was packaged for shipping- so poor quality control. The portable urinal is nothing more than a poorly made funnel. The exit drain is smaller gauge than a standard sized drinking straw so whatever exits your body is going to build up rapidly and provide you with a bath you don't want. It might work well if you want to water an indoor plant at a slower rate. The security roller to block out sensitive data on your mail is only 1 1/4 " x 1 1/2" ( yes, less than 2 inches); you're going to get carpal tunnel syndrome from rolling this thing over your addresses and account numbers. The plastic rain deflectors for your vehicles side view mirrors is 7" at it's maximum length so it will not be suitable for trucks, you're basically diverting rain a little but not blocking it. If you email, you don't always get an appropriate answer with them missing the point on most problems. Yes, they don't want you to return faulty items because they are already inundated with their own crap. This place is like a shut down Asian flea market that got bought out by temu. I haven't found any item made in America. Instruction sheets are missing or they are so minimal they don't help. Most of the time the inserts just tells you the name of the product. I ordered twice because many were items I needed and I was interested in the quality, but no more, temu is not reliable and not honest with their bogus coupons. They have this astronomical amount of money listed that you supposedly saved- I don't know what they're using for comparison, just don't get fooled. Don't be like many other folks who buy junk off the clearance shelves because they have a red tag on them- many of those prices ARE the regular price only on a red sticker to lure you. Temu is a master bait and switch operation.
If you have money to blow and like to play Russian Roulette, then knock yourself out. As with any online merchandiser you are at the mercy of their hype, poor photography, or magnification. Face it, it's nothing more than a crap shoot. And for the few items I liked, it doesn't make up for the many things that were incomplete, cheap, or malfunctional.

Temu Ceramic heater

On 23/10/23 I ordered a white ceramic heater from Temu for €27.97. At first it worked fine, but since yesterday it only blows cold air, no heat at all.

Temu Not delivered and not refunded

Temu didn’t delivery my order and cannot refund me or resend my package as the Envri, the delivery company, said the package was delivered but I didn’t receive it, they’ve shown me a picture that it was left on the floor in front of my door which is 2 steps away from the sidewalk, they didn't ring the bell or knock the door. When I raise the issue with Temu, they said it isn’t their responsibility for this problem so it’s my loss. It’s like I just gave money to Temu because I end up without my order or refund. Also, lost my time on the customer chat.

Temu Faux stained glass ornament advertised as Lydhana glass.

I have already sent a complaint about this via my phone but had forgotten to include the name ‘Lydhana’ which was used as bait in the publicity.

I purchased 2 items before Christmas to give to my grandchildren. I was horribly deceived, disappointed and disillusioned by the plastic imitations I received which bear little resemblance to the advertised product.

I found a website under the name ‘Lydhana’ with a ‘Contact us’ section which looked promising but this has now disappeared.

I avoid internet shopping as there are so many scams and cons out there and I particularly avoid buying from China because of their appalling human rights abuses; in this case and many others, Temu or whoever pose as handcrafting companies from around the world.

It is disgraceful and unacceptable.
