Repeated unprofessional lack of communication from courier driver
So once again, we were tried to retrieve our parcel from the Shopee courier who never sent any message to us nor contacted us in any way. We had sent out several messages to other Shopee couriers to gain any information on where our parcel was located or who had the parcel but no response at all! And then we saw that the courier added a message in Shopee that he allegedly could not contact the recipient- NOT TRUE AT ALL! Our mobile had no missed calls nor text messages! We physically went to the Shopee hub to get our parcel. The Shopee hub refused to give us our parcel and said we have to contact the courier rider! They gave us the name and mobile of the courier [Julius Cielo, [protected]]. We tried calling him 3 times while at the Shopee hub and he hung up on us (witnessed by Shopee guard and Shopee employee laughing right in front of us,{have video}). Then the courier rider sent a text message saying his mobile had low power and he was in CEBU! Not sure why the Dumaguete courier rider was in Cebu instead of delivering our parcel to our Dumaguete address nor allowing us to just pick up our parcel at the Shopee hub. Then the Shopee Courier returned our parcel to the seller without allowing us to pick up the parcel after knowing we were physically there at the HUB requesting our parcel. Who wins with this type of business process?! This process seems void of any good communication and should not be expected nor accepted in any professional business online transactions! Since this seems to happen all too often and reporting it to Shopee seems laughable, we will simply thought its best to report these Shopee incidents to any and all who are equally disappointed with this issue. And most likely, we expect Shopee to block our purchases and/or cause issues with our deliveries like they have done to so many other customers who dared to complain. Seems childish...but still sadly realistic...=)
Seems like Shopee needs to have an alternative delivery outlet similar to LBC, where customer can pick up parcels safely without depending on irresponsible couriers...it could be as simple as a text message to the customer to retrieve their parcels within a certain time frame or it will be returned. seems like that would save both time and money and create a less hectic and challenging delivery schedule for both courier and recipient...

I felt cheated that this parcel show deliver but it was not. Adding on your colleague did a lousy job to "investigate".
All in all, there is no message to me that this parcel be arriving and there is no photo of it (see photo example) sent to me.
All walker will do this step to notifies buyer and obviously this walker is a cheat. Although the purchase it is not much but shopee integrity should not be compromise by such. Hope to hear from your side soon. Tks you

Shopee Review: Missing Items, Incomplete Refund, and Poor Customer Service
I recently bought some items from a store on Shopee (1buycar.ph), and I must say, I was not impressed with the experience. I ordered a total of 8 items, but when I received my package, there were only 6 pieces inside. I was quite disappointed, so I contacted the store through their chat system to inquire about the missing items. To my surprise, the store admitted that their shipping team made a mistake and couldn't count properly. I was quite annoyed, but I requested a refund, and the store agreed to refund me. However, when I checked the system, it only showed 1p refunded. I found this hilarious, but also frustrating, so I contacted the store again and complained to Shopee.
The store offered me a voucher that I could use to purchase items from their store, but unfortunately, they didn't have anything I wanted. Since I had a voucher, I couldn't use any free delivery vouchers either. This meant that if I wanted to purchase items worth 190p, I would have to pay an additional 100p for shipping. I was not happy about this, and I complained to Shopee, but all they did was send me links to their help center. I felt like they didn't care about my concerns, and I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
I have had similar experiences with other stores on Shopee, where items were missing or incomplete, and the sellers didn't take responsibility for their mistakes. This should have been a warning sign for me, but I gave other stores the benefit of the doubt. However, after this experience, I am now fully aware of how customers are treated on Shopee, and it's not good. The way they price their items also seems shady, as you can see from the attached photos.

Shopee Review: Beware of Seller IWEN2020 and Poor Customer Service
Shopee is a website that I would not recommend to anyone. If you decide to buy from them, please be careful of a seller named IWEN2020 (iwen2020). This seller has recently opened their shop on the platform and now offers over 900 products. They offer brand named products, but once you place an order, they replace it with a knock-off brand. I ordered a KRUPS 5-cup Coffee Maker, but was told that they would send me a knockoff instead. When I tried to cancel my order, they did not accept my cancellation request and instead sent me an incomprehensible canned response. I am currently working with Shopee to ensure that this seller cannot do this to anyone else.
As a first-time customer, I learned that Shopee cobbles a seller network together but operates with only nominal oversight. Their customer agents are helpful, but they cannot control situations like mine. Shopee takes no responsibility or accountability for seller behavior, which is not good business.
My first order was placed and paid for via mobile banking. I contacted customer service and spoke to a helpful representative who said she would send me directions for my refund. She stated that it would take 2-5 business days to transact. The email specifically requested me to provide my bank account name and account number in handwritten form. This is not acceptable, and no bank will say that it is. I will not follow the prescribed guidance.
The website is poorly designed and difficult to navigate. The FAQs are horrific, and the ordering protocols are unclear and poorly designed. It is easily among the worst eCommerce sites I have ever seen.
I will return to this review with details of the outcome and the refund once it is complete. I want to be sure that my experience is fully documented, and I am more than willing to take a little more of my valuable time to inform others of a recovery outcome.
Shopee's System is Not Secure: My Account Was Banned for No Reason
Shopee's system is not up to par and my personal information may not be safe in their hands. I had a bad experience with them when I created an account to purchase goods worth over 8K. I followed all the necessary steps, including linking my Google account, adding my credit card, and verifying the purchase with OTPs from my phone. The order appeared in My Purchases tab, but I did not receive an email confirmation. Instead, I received an email asking for email verification, which I complied with and received a 'success' message.
The next morning, I found that my account was banned without any explanation. I could not do a live chat with Shopee support because that feature is only accessible upon login. Their bot and help pages were not helpful in telling me why I was banned. I contacted the seller, and he confirmed that he had nothing to do with my banning and informed me that Shopee cancelled my order.
I filled up the appeal form as instructed, providing a photo of an ID and a selfie of me holding the ID. Hours later, a Shopee support person emailed me saying I was banned due to "Stolen Card." I was shocked because I was not using a stolen card. If what they meant was that my card information was stolen within their system, then it was a major security problem on their end.
The support person gave me a long list of requirements to appeal further, including a repetitive part from the previous appeal (photo of ID and selfie with the ID). Another silly requirement was an authorization letter from the card owner, which was me! She also told me to go to the live chat for further inquiries, but that chat was only available for non-banned users.
I am not going through the hoops they set up. I would rather go somewhere else to shop. Shopee should show me how they came to the conclusion that I am using a stolen card because this is a huge and false allegation. It is not fair to accuse me of something I did not do without any evidence.
Overall, my experience with Shopee was disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Their system is shoddy, and their customer support is not helpful. It is better to shop elsewhere where your personal information is safe and secure.
Shopee's Poor Customer Service and Suspicious Account Suspension
This is my first time writing a review, and unfortunately it's not a positive one. I had an experience with Shopee that I wouldn't want anyone else to go through, which is why I'm writing this review.
I read some reviews before making a purchase on Shopee, and I saw that some people had issues with refunds. I had to make a refund request last month, and the vendor approved it. However, Shopee failed to pick up the items for return and cancelled my refund request. This led to a series of complaints and response exchanges, with over 10 case numbers. Finally, they approved the refund, but then they decided to suspend my account. I've bought many things on Shopee, and this is only my second return due to a defective product. What's worse is that they said they couldn't disclose the suspicious activity that led to the suspension of my account. The supervisor, Anna, said that if I had read the terms in section 1.4, I would know that Shopee is free to change the account status however they see fit. I don't mind that, but at least tell me what I did wrong. Don't punish me without telling me what I did. I didn't curse or shout, I just made my demands firmly because that's my right as a customer. I also compared their customer service with Lazada, which I had a good experience with. If those are the reasons for suspending my account, don't you think there's something seriously wrong with the system in this company?
Buyer beware. With online shops, you're sometimes left helpless because there's no one to talk to. And with customer service people like the many I've spoken with, you're bound to hit a brick wall. They're poorly trained, not knowledgeable, operate within a box, and aren't empowered to make decisions. They're also arrogant and impolite, and not customer service oriented. Email responses and phone responses aren't synced, which results in miscommunication. Shopee may be an online shop, but the customers are real people. They're not robots, so your rules and service should take that into account. I hope someone from Shopee management reads this and makes improvements.
Frustrating Experience with Shopee's Customer Service and Courier Services
My experience with Shopee has been quite frustrating, especially when it comes to their customer service and courier services. I have been trying to resolve an issue for quite some time now, but it seems like nothing is being done to address it.
The customer service representatives are not very helpful, as they just keep repeating the same phrases over and over again. They claim to understand my situation because they are also buyers, but that doesn't really help me in any way. I have raised multiple cases and made several efforts to get my issue resolved, but nothing seems to be working.
I have provided them with my order ID and multiple case numbers, but they still haven't been able to resolve the issue. When I ask them about the courier, they just say that they are on top of the situation, but I don't see any progress being made. If the courier is not responding, they should take the initiative to follow up and find out what's going on. As a buyer, I expect them to protect my rights and ensure that my issue is resolved.
The courier services are also quite incompetent. I received another order from overseas with a different order number, but it arrived on time. However, my order with the IDBPV was not included in the delivery, even though both orders were going to the same address. The sorting process seems to be flawed, and I don't understand why my order was left out. I don't want to accuse anyone of doing it on purpose, but it's quite suspicious.
I have been complaining about this issue for a long time now, but nothing seems to be happening. The courier from Bulacan is not responding, and I haven't received any updates or reports. I am getting quite frustrated with the lack of action being taken. I even offered to pick up the item myself if nobody is willing to take action.
The delivery was supposed to be on December 15th, but it still hasn't arrived. I don't know what to do anymore, and I am starting to think that someone is intentionally causing this delay. I hope that someone takes action soon and resolves this issue once and for all.
Shopee Review: Convenient Online Shopping for Rural Dwellers
Living in the countryside has its perks, but shopping can be a real challenge. The nearest mall is an hour away, so I don't really bother going there. That's why I'm so grateful for Shopee.
Shopee has a vast selection of products, ranging from supplements to cooking oil, storage boxes to pet food, furniture to appliances, swimsuits to dresses, and meats to plant seeds. The list goes on and on. You can find almost anything you need on Shopee.
I've read some comments about the quality of products being subpar and sellers being unaccommodating. While this can be true, it really depends on the shop or seller you're dealing with. Shopee is like a shopping mall with many stores and stalls. It's crucial to check the product details and comments before making a purchase. The prices are reasonable and often cheap, but you can't expect top-notch quality from inexpensive products. In other words, you get what you pay for.
Shopee also has a credit system called SPaylater, which I find very convenient. I don't have to use my credit card as often because of this. I'm not sure if this is available to all users or just Silver Members, as I've only started using it this month. For more information, I suggest checking out their FAQs section.
The Refund system is surprisingly efficient. I once had an order missing an item, and I received a refund within a week. The money was automatically returned to "My Wallet."
In my video, you'll see the unboxing of my latest purchases. Most of them were well-packaged, but not all. Most of them arrived within four days, but shipping times depend on the seller and product availability. Again, I urge you to read the details and comments to set proper expectations.
I prefer using the website on my laptop because it's easier to compare prices on a bigger screen. When I'm ready to checkout, I switch to the app on my smartphone because it's more efficient.
Shopee has many features that you can take advantage of, but I'll let you explore them on your own. Don't forget to enjoy the experience!
Overall, I give Shopee four stars for its pricing, convenience, and wide range of products and services.

Disappointing Experience with Shopee's Refund Policy: Misleading Information and Delayed Process
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience on Shopee. I mean, I never thought I'd have to resort to social media just to get my refund back. It's been a real headache and it's honestly ruined my week. I feel like I've been cheated and misled by their refund policy. I mean, come on, it's not that hard to give someone their hard-earned money back, right?
So here's the deal. I cancelled my order on June 17, 2021, and according to their app and website, I should have received my refund within 3 days. But boy, was I wrong. It's been 7 days and I still haven't received my refund. I've been emailing their customer service team and they keep giving me different answers. One person said it would take 7 working days, another said 48 hours, and another said 1 day. And to top it all off, their system rejected my active bank account details for no reason. Like, what the heck?
One of their agents even told me that the refund would be auto-triggered back to my account, but then my bank details got rejected by their system. It's all just a bunch of lies and misleading information. And now they're telling me that the refund is still in progress and that I should check back after July 9, 2021. Like, seriously? I don't think I can trust them anymore.
I've been assigned to their management team and they told me that the refund process would take another 5 working days. That's just ridiculous. They're holding onto my money for their own sake and it's not fair to me as a customer. And now they're telling me to wait even longer? I don't think so.
If I don't receive my refund by July 7, 2021, I'm going to have to take this matter to the local authorities. I just want my money back and I don't want to deal with this anymore. Shopee needs to step up their game and stop misleading their customers with false information. It's just not right.
Shopee's Misleading Return Policy for Monitors: A Nightmare Experience
So, I was browsing through Shopee and decided to buy a monitor. However, I changed my mind and tried to cancel the order, but to my surprise, it was no longer possible. I thought it was not a big deal since the monitor came with a 15-day return policy, which was advertised just below the picture and description of the product in the Shopee app. Little did I know that returning the monitor would be a nightmare.
After the item was delivered, I decided to return it. I contacted customer service and eventually received an email with a link to a website that stated Shopee was not accepting returns for any electronic items, including monitors. I was shocked and disappointed. I couldn't believe that the second-largest e-commerce business in SG could pull off such a thing. It was a fantastic play, Shopee! Nicely done.
I want to congratulate and thank Shopee for misleading its customers by advertising a 15-day return policy under items and later sending out links saying that monitors were excluded from all returns and refunds. It was a master play, indeed. But seriously, how was I supposed to know that there was no 15-day return policy if it was advertised under the item?
Although this wrongful advertisement is borderline fraudulent, I guess someone at Shopee figured that no one would take them to court over a $600 monitor. The level of sophistication of this scam is impressive.
While I am waiting for customer service to come around, I guess Shopee is already throwing the next party with Christiano. I will have to take a $150 loss by selling the monitor on Carousell, but at least I know that I have contributed to the next advertisement where Christiano Ronaldo dances and sings Shopee. It's worth it.
I also want to thank Shopee for this awesome experience. I will truly return as a customer, seeing how happy they made me with this, my first purchase on the Shopee app. I can truly recommend Shopee to all of you who love to run through endless hoops when something is not as planned. Who even wants an Amazon-like customer service experience when Shopee truly brings this experience to a whole new level? Trust me, you don't want to miss out on it if you love to receive rejections from customer service, weird hang-ups, and all that stuff. Shop, shop, shop Shopee!

Disappointed with Shopee's Bills Promo Voucher: No Cashback Coins Received
I had a really bad experience with Shopee (shopee.ph) today. I tried to avail of their bills promo voucher of 25% cashback, maximum 200 coins. I loaded via gcash and made a transfer fund to my Shopee account to pay my Meralco bill. Upon processing, I clicked the 25% cashback promo, and it was stated that I was supposed to receive 200 coins when I proceeded, so I clicked checkout.
However, after payment was done, a screen with the message "voucher already claimed" appeared, followed by a screen with "order received." Then, I did not receive any cashback coins. As in ZERO coins. I contacted the live chat immediately to notify them of what happened, but the agent insisted that I may have checked out without clicking the promo. But I am 101% sure I clicked it because the reason why I paid via Shopee pay is to avail the 200 coins cashback!
The agent also said that the promo was all consumed and limited, but how come it was all consumed when such a voucher was available prior to payment!? I want to refund my payment! I really wanted to refund PHP 1868, for today is the first time I used Shopee pay - you may check my account to validate it... But it ended so miserably, disappointed & stressful!
I never used any vouchers on bills, never did I pay bills payment before, so it's impossible that it was "ALL CLAIMED today." I want to cancel my bills payment made today to avail of other vouchers available or give me the 200 coins due to my transaction. It was all a system error on your side, so don't blame such an error on your customers! I did click available vouchers as your buyer, but you did not give me the coins I was supposed to receive after sending you payment.
I will not receive my order that you sent to my account; you rather return my cash payment or give me 200 coins I was supposed to receive from your side! I was really disappointed with my first transaction with Shopee pay. I even mentioned your promo to my sisters and told them to avail the promo too... But this happened to me today, and I am really shaking now and crying for such a failed transaction with you!
I attached the screenshots of 3 vouchers available that I availed before checkout, but said claimed already after payment was done, then Shopee pay balance turns zero balance, then no coins ever to receive. I also attached the screenshot of the transaction with order receive - but I don't want to receive it - process my refund request or give me 200 coins either.
I am serious with my complaint. If not, I will not waste my time explaining to you what happened with my Shopee transaction, sending you emails, or chatting with your live agents. I really wanted to claim such a voucher, woke up early this morning to get gcash load, activate my Shopee pay today, then transfer PHP 1866 from another account to proceed with the pay bills transaction. But it ended so miserably today. I did not expect it to happen, and I am so sad about how your live chat customer service charged me the blame of error instead of your system error.
Please reply immediately. I am serious about my complaint. I need your actions about this matter.
Shopee Review: Beware of Scams and Poor Customer Service
I recently had a terrible experience with Shopee, and I want to warn others about the potential for scams on their platform. I purchased some items, but soon realized that I had entered the wrong address for delivery. I immediately contacted the seller to ask if I could cancel and reorder with the correct address, but they refused and told me to deal with Shopee instead.
I called Shopee and spoke to someone on January 17th, who told me to contact them again when the items reached their Singapore warehouse to request a change of address. This was a stressful and frustrating process, especially since I had multiple items to keep track of. When the first item arrived in Singapore, I reminded the agent online about the change of address, and they assured me that it would be taken care of. However, the item was still sent to the wrong address.
I contacted Shopee again and wrote an email, but received no response from a manager despite multiple requests. I spoke to four different agents on their chat and three over the phone, constantly providing my case ID and requesting a manager to speak to me. None of my requests were replied to, and I felt like I was at the mercy of the platform and overseas sellers.
Finally, I demanded that a manager call me back within an hour, and they did. However, they only offered me basic solutions and told me that changing the address was on a best effort basis. This was unacceptable, especially since I had given them more than two weeks notice of the change. I requested a refund, but the seller refused.
To make matters worse, I accidentally clicked "receive" for the second item, which I hadn't actually received. When I called Shopee to rectify the mistake, they told me that they couldn't do anything about it. I felt cheated and hopeless.
Even after all of my efforts to seek assistance, the last item was still sent to the wrong address. I acknowledge that I entered the wrong address, but I did everything I could to fix the mistake and no one took my case seriously enough. I urge others to be cautious when using Shopee, as they may not be able to manage a simple request like changing an address.
Shopee Malaysia Review: Unprofessional and Untrustworthy Shopping Platform
I recently had an experience with Shopee Malaysia (shopee.com.my) and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. While some people may have had good experiences with their purchases, I was not so lucky. I received damaged items and even the wrong items, and when I tried to get help from Shopee, I was left to deal with the seller on my own.
The sellers on Shopee are very defensive and often reject return and refund requests, or offer only a small amount of money to encourage you to keep the items. This can be frustrating and disappointing, especially when you have spent your hard-earned money on something that is not up to par.
If you do decide to return an item, Shopee only allows 3 days, including weekends, to do so. If you miss this deadline, your case is cancelled and you are left to deal with the issue on your own. This can be difficult, especially if you have a busy schedule or live far away from the post office.
Another issue I had with Shopee was with their product rating system. The ratings are managed by the seller, which means they can delete any negative reviews. This is not fair to buyers who rely on honest feedback to make informed decisions about their purchases. When I tried to report this issue to Shopee customer service, I was told to question the seller directly. This is not helpful and does not solve the problem.
Speaking of customer service, I must say that my experience with Shopee's customer service representative, Suganty, was not a good one. She was not helpful and sounded frustrated, which only added to my frustration with the whole situation.

Shopee Malaysia Review: Disappointing Experience with Unresponsive Seller and Poor Policies
I recently made a purchase on Shopee Malaysia and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. I spent a few hundred ringgit on an item and was disappointed to find that the seller was unresponsive when I tried to follow up on the shipping status. After waiting for two weeks, I decided to cancel the order, but the seller only responded to my chat after I made the request. To my dismay, they informed me that they would not cancel my order because it was already in the process of being shipped.
To make matters worse, the extended Shopee guarantee had already expired and the seller had still not shipped out my order by the date that the Shopee system had promised to 'automatically' cancel my order. However, there was no automatic cancellation at all. I contacted the Shopee team and was told that I had to wait for another 10 days. The lady I spoke to assured me that if the item was still not shipped out by then, the system would 'automatically cancel' my order. But this turned out to be a complete joke. The system never automatically cancels your order, and if the seller refuses to accept your cancellation request, you can say goodbye to your money.
Honestly, I would recommend going with Lazada instead of Shopee when it comes to issues like this. They have better policies in place to protect buyers. Shopee, on the other hand, was a complete disappointment. *thumbs-down
Disappointing Experience with Shopee Malaysia's Customer Service: A Review
Shopee Malaysia (shopee.com.my) is a shopping platform that has been causing me a lot of trouble lately. I have had several issues with my orders and have had to call their customer service multiple times. Unfortunately, my experience with their agents has been nothing but frustrating.
The first time I called, I was a bit confused about how to handle my order problems. I was directed to a second agent who ended up dropping my call. I tried again and spoke to a third agent, but halfway through the conversation, the call was dropped again. Today, I called for the fourth time and was told to activate my Shopee Pay account if I had paid through a retail store. I followed the instructions and activated my account, but the agent then told me that he couldn't give me my refund through Shopee Pay and that I had to provide my bank account details. When I asked why, he just dropped my call.
To make matters worse, I experienced a website crash after paying over RM200 for my orders. Shopee didn't even bother to explain why it happened, so I had to pay at the retail store instead. I recently had my second refund issue with Shopee Malaysia and it was not a pleasant experience. I received a defective item and provided images and video proof, but it was not helpful to my case. The seller provided bad service and even threatened me with a bad rating if I did not remove the refund request. Throughout the whole event, the seller never apologized for the bad item they sent. Their customer service manner was really bad and it was a humiliating experience.
To make matters worse, Shopee proposed a solution to return RM200 and keep the defective item, which I found to be unacceptable. The product I bought was worth RM291 and I'm not sure if this was the best solution they could come up with. It was only informed to me and there was no policy of protection for the buyer. It seemed like an agreement between the seller and the platform to make the decision.
After this bad experience, I won't be continuing to use Shopee platform. The refund system takes a lot of time and is very time-consuming. I have to say that Lazada did a much more efficient job on their refund system. As a buyer, I feel much more safe and protected when shopping on Lazada. These are just my two cents on the matter.

To make matters worse, when I tried to leave a review to warn other buyers about this vendor, I discovered that the item was no longer listed. It was clear to me that the seller's intention was to deceive people and then shut down their store to avoid any repercussions.
The whole point of Shopee holding the payment is to protect both the buyer and the seller from being scammed when buying things online. However, in my case, this system failed me. I felt that I would have been better off buying the Graphic Novels from a physical bookstore.
As a result of this experience, I have lost trust in Shopee and online shopping in general. It is disappointing to see that some unscrupulous vendors and money-grabbing platforms are not interested in building a good online business. I hope that Shopee will take steps to improve their system and prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.
Shopee Malaysia's Poor Customer Service and Irresponsible Handling of Refund Issue
I made a purchase on Shopee Malaysia (shopee.com.my) on February 10th, 2023 from a seller named LuLuMall. Unfortunately, the seller did not send out my parcel and the system automatically cancelled my order on February 16th, 2023. I have had previous experience with Shopee's cancellation policy, which states that they will make a refund within 7-14 working days. So, I waited for two weeks for Shopee to make an auto refund to my bank account.
However, after two weeks, I still did not receive my refund from Shopee. I contacted the seller and they informed me that they had already refunded my money and asked me to check with Shopee. I gave Shopee a month's time to process my refund, but still did not receive any refund from them. Shopee requested me to send my bank account details and bank statements to them for verification and processing of the refund. They asked me to wait for 3-5 working days and then again for another 3-5 working days. But, even after that, I did not receive my refund money.
I tried to contact Shopee's customer service through email, phone calls, and live chat, but there was no proper follow-up or customer support. They always gave me a lot of reasons and excuses, saying that they needed to make a record and send it to their team for processing and checking. They asked me to wait for another 3-5 working days every time I asked them about my refund. It was frustrating to keep waiting for so long and not receiving any proper response from them.
It has been more than a month since I made the purchase, and until today, March 26th, 2023, I am still waiting for my refund. Every time I call Shopee's customer service, they give me the same excuses and ask me to wait for another 3-5 working days. This is not acceptable. Shopee did not take any action to settle this issue and was irresponsible in handling my case. I feel cheated and scammed by this experience.
In conclusion, I would not recommend Shopee Malaysia (shopee.com.my) to anyone. Their customer service is poor, and they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. It is better to avoid such sellers and platforms that do not value their customers.

Shopee Malaysia's Customer Service: A Nightmare Experience
Shopee Malaysia, oh boy, where do I even begin? Let me tell you, their customer service team is a real piece of work. I mean, seriously, they are the worst! If you ever have to deal with these incompetent humans, my advice is to bring in KPDNHEP and NCCC as early as possible via e-complaint. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
So, here's what happened. I ordered an item from a seller, but unfortunately, I received the wrong size. Obviously, I opened a dispute and requested a full refund and return of the item to the seller. Seems pretty straightforward, right? Wrong. This agent named "Wani" was assigned to my case, and let me tell you, she was a real piece of work. Instead of giving me a full refund and accepting the return of the item, she only gave me a partial refund and asked me to keep the item since it was still in good condition. Are you kidding me, Auntie?! Why on earth would I want to keep a wrong size item, even if it's in super condition?! It's just ridiculous!
But wait, it gets even better. This "Wani" person had the audacity to notify me about her ridiculous solution only after the deadline! Meaning, I was forced to accept the offered solution without being given a chance to disagree! Can you believe the nerve of these people?! It's just shameless!
After going back and forth with emails, "Wani" finally agreed to fully refund my order after returning the item to the seller. But the nightmare didn't end there. Even after providing all the required information, these agents "Wani, Syahidah, Farid Sazali" kept delaying the refund for weeks! I mean, come on, monkeys, if you can't keep your promise, don't make one in the first place. It's just plain dishonest and cheating people's trust and money. And let me tell you, you'll get hell for that.
To all the Shopee staff out there, listen up. You guys seriously lack sincerity, honesty, basic human courtesy, and common sense in your job. If you continue with this attitude, you won't go far anywhere. So, do yourselves a favor and step up your game. Your customers deserve better than this.

I've been scammed out of R5000 on 02 June 2024. I registered on shopee to make extra income. You complete task to make a profit. Lost Items
Ive been using Shopee for my online order. All along I have no issues either with the orders or J&T. However since Jan 2024, orders which assigned to J&T was missing. 3 times parcel lost. and J&T doesnt even bother to update not a single thing. and this is a huge dissapointment for us buyers. and just recently, ive make a new order. assigned to J&T. It was happened long time ago last june 2023. About the parcel that I delivered but the cs refused to accept because accrding to him he found another cellphone which is lower price. Then Shopee asked me to verify my account with an email address that has not existed for over 2 years.
