Shopee No possibility to contact Shopee Thailand in English anymore

I Have a problem with cancellations done by some sellers(who are suddenly suspended) and money placed in my wallet. I cannot open and make a Wallet so I try to reach Shoper Thailand but it is Impossible suddenly. I Call, no one answering I tried Line no reply. I tried chat but it is only in Thai and has no live agent. I am very desperate about this situation I am a customer and I can not reach Shopee Thailand completely. Shopee Thailand is very difficult to deal with for English speaking already, but this makes it worse.Please help me out give a way to get in touch with Shopee Thailand in English for helping me with my issue. Thanks

Herewith I comment on my own conplaint. It turned out that Shopee was simply unreachable even the chat in Thai not had live agent answer. I kept on trying and longtime later I finally got a hold on an agent in chat who helped me out. My money will be later transferred to my bank because I can not have Shopee wallet as foreinger in Thailand. Only with Thai id.it can be opened. So it is solved. I can not find sn option to tell solved in my profile so I write it here now. Thank you anyway that you exist!

Shopee Shopee fraud. Seller changed advert after dispatch.

Hi,

When I originally saw the advert the advert showed a picture of a dehydrator, videos of a dehydrator and a title in bold letters stating that it was a dehydrator. So when i placed my order there was only a dehydrator listed in the photos, video and title, there was no option to select a different product nor any pictures relating to the wrong product i received. Once the order was placed and I agreed to purchase I received the confirmation (See attached picture 1) Please notice on this picture that there is no option to choose between products! I was absent for delivery so my wife took the package in. On returning I noticed that the item was very small and once I opened it I realised I had been sent the wrong item. My wife is Vietnamese so she rang the shop immediately and spoke to a lady on the phone (I have phone records showing the calls took place). The woman on the phone was very nice and said that they would send out the correct item the following week and we could simply swap it with the delivery driver. That was on friday, so on monday we rang for an update and the lady said not to worry, it would be delivered this week. On wednesday we rang again and again the lady said not to worry it was on its way. On friday afternoon the item had still not arrived so we rang again, this time the woman was very rude and stated that it was our fault and that she isn't sending anything and she never said she was sending anything! (I have this information on text messages attached for you). The conversation broke down at this point, the lady said that we chose the wrong item, so I checked. The advert had been changed (see picture 2 and compare with picture 1. Picture two now shows a different picture and there is now the option of different variations), there was now an extra picture and a drop down menu for two items! Clearly you can see that after i placed the order for a dehydrator the seller accepted the money and then added variations to the advert! A classic scam! Eventually after lots of correspondence the lady agreed on a refund at our expense, I agreed this as I wanted to get this over with. So she told us to send the item back for COD. So we did this at our expense, after a week we checked with the post office and they confirmed that the item had been refused. I contacted the shop and the lady said I was lying and that her warehouse worker had taken money and given it to the driver. I explained this can not be true as I have the package in my hands. She refused this (despite being sent photos)! (The records of this are all on Shopee Chat. She then told me after lots of conversation that her warehouse worker had left the company. Then the warehouse worker was sick. Eventually things got heated and I informed them that I will call the police. At this point they blocked me on Shopee.

I know that shoppee can check the activity on adverts and amendments made on them by sellers, please do this. Clearly they have been stringing me along so that I couldn't file a refund with your company. I have everything attached for you.

I also noticed that they have been operating for 3 years and have 28 1 star reviews on similar cases! And if you look at all the 5 star reviews they are by the same people over and over again, clearly a scam! They do the same on Lazada and I will be informing them also. I am in the process of reporting this to the ministry or eCommerce also.

I'm sure you can assist in this case for me, it is a little complicated but with just some basic investigation into the activities on the account and their adverts will reveal all.

I have attached a whole catalogue of pictures for you, please also access my private messages on shopee, i give full authorisation to you.

I'm sure you will help with this investigation to the highest standard of your ability, I originate from England and online fraud happens there also, however the companies there realised long ago the important negative impact fraud has on customers trust with a company.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund as i couldnt use the refund option because the seller told me three times to wait for a replacement. If this is not possible now, I would like this to be investigated as fraudulent activity.

Shopee Ability to continue cod ordering...

In November of last year, we suffered a death in our immediate family. At that time there were 3 orders that were yet to be delivered via Shopee, all of which were ordered, as we have done years, to be COD orders. The deliveries began arriving the day after the aforementioned death and the person that responded to the delivery attempt, told the delivery agent that to the best of his knowledge the order had been cancelled. He did not embellish that the cancellation was due to the death. This was repeated on the other two deliveres which arrived within days of the first attempted delivery.

Since then, when I go on Shopee to reorder things which I have done for several years, I receive a notice that I can no longer request COD shipment, due to the previous cancellations. I would like this resolved and to be once again allowed to order with a COD payment basis. I think that the accumulation of all my orders in the past which were paid for in this manner over the years, combined with the circumstances around the November 2022 deliveries should be sufficient to have my account returned to COD approved status.

I should add, that subsequent to being "banned" from COD delivers by Shopee, we have turned to Lazada with our online ordering. We have not encountered any problems with any of the many, many orders that we have processed since November of 2022.

Shopee A delivery dispute that’s being unfairly dismissed repeatedly

My case (ref:[protected]) involves the following;

This is the scenario. The courier person claims to hv dropped off the parcel outside the grill of my apartment unit which is accessible to any public member.

It’s not a secured place. I’ve checked with my family members & no doorbell was ringed & I didn’t get a call before the delivery or during the delivery - I only rcvd a WhatsApp msg containing a pic of the item in front of my grill (which I’m not going to be able to check immediately)

I don’t know if the item was stolen from the location it was placed or if the courier officer took it back after taking a pic. One thing I’m 100% sure is

1) I (and everyone in my house) did not sign any delivery acceptance form or proof of delivery.

2) The item was not placed in my house compound or porch (where it’s considered secure)

3) the item was placed in a way where it is available to be stolen

This is something I’ve paid delivery for. Shouldn’t I receive the item in hand or at least with the surety that it’s not stolen?

Shopee Return for refund due to wrong item received

I ordered a vitaplus 3 box of Guyabano and 2 box of Melon flavor that supposed to support my Health conditions but it turns out for me to get stressed and fed up for the service.

The items was recieved a few days ago after I ordered it but when I unpacked it, I received a 3 box of Dalandan Flavor and 2 melons which that is not my order.

I file a return for refund and sent out a pictures as a proof and the seller agreed that I can return it but Shopee easily rejected it in just 1 click without thingking my situations. I've been trying to chase it into different live chat supports and after how many days patiently waiting, Thats it. Easily saying your claims is rejected and they closed the case. And Me, paying for 2000+ for wrong item!. YOUR SERVICE IS A NIGHTMARE that affects my mental health.

2nd attempt of my return that finally approved and received a notification via shopee applications. When I'm about to return it, The MLhuiller is asking for the return approval confirmation via email and refusing the approval of my return using Shopee app. So inaccurate process. So i wasted my time and money for my fare carrying a heavy item returning it back to my house and spoke to multiple live chat support and to the Manager that was so unhelpful

Shopee Refund with incomplete item

The seller is so rule with empty promise deliver date screw up, rearranging for the resending, asking me to make another full payment for releasing the missing item, asking for refund but push back the blame to shopee for the refunding or elsa report it. Please arrange a call back to this number given +[protected] cause I could say for this company I mention with the dishonest service of putting up the scam for spoiling the name of the shopee plaform that I could provice the full detail message which chat with the seller side

Shopee Spaylater

Hi. Ive been using spaylater for quite a long time but this time its very unusual, I ordered a product which I used spaylater but I am being charged with only a week of using it which is not stated in their policy which covers a month coverage of lent money. Its only like 2 weeks or less. I hope you can take immediate action on this. Thank you!

Or better yet just moved the due on the day it was meant to be to count the whole month! I was not able to enjoy the perk of being lent to because I will already pay the item. I should just ordered it via cash on delivery so that I will not accumulate interest in such a very short period of time!

Desired outcome: id appreciate if you will move my due date for this late notice. i already paid my due on march 5. but i am being charged again for an order i just placed and received for only like 3 days!

Shopee Shopee unacceptable unprofessional delivery courier service

Hello all who have had interesting experiences with their parcels using Shopee Xpress Courier Service. We thought its best to share our recent experience with everyone this time since we have seen other bad experiences posted here. We have been using different online services to purchase goods for many years now and it seems delivery services are changing but not for the better. There was a time when there was good communication between vendor, customer and courier. We could reasonably track our parcels online and have a pretty good idea when the parcels will be delivered. Historical, we would get a text message with the courier name, phone number, tracking number and the amount of the parcel prior to delivery. Now it seems like we do not get any message from the Shopee courier or the Shopee message does not contain anything but a price. It’s very difficult to get a response from Shopee whether by phone, text or email! And if you are lucky to get through to inquire about a Shopee parcels current status, the Shopee courier service immediately asked for the tracking number that the courier driver did not share. If you offer a time when you will be available, the Shopee courier driver barely responds or ignores your message. And if the courier driver cannot find you at the time they arrive, they simply report the customer was not available or the customer requested a different location or time which is simply a lie! Seems like Shopee thinks that all customers should be just waiting at their address for their parcel to arrive. Well, in the real world where people have responsibilities and work for living, it’s probably difficult to just sit and wait for a parcel to arrive on whatever day or time the courier driver wants to deliver. Seems like ENTREGO, AP CARGO, LBC, 2GO, JRS and other courier services simply allow the customer to pick up their parcels if it may difficult to deliver to their address. Seems like if you go the Shopee HUB Depot, they are not very customer oriented and spend so much time trying to find specific parcels by tracking number. The management pretends to not be available though you can SEE them standing in the background! This last visit, we can see the staff franticly tossing through parcels to find our parcels- simply disturbing and unsettling for those customers whose parcels are being tossed around in the search. We have both video and photos to show our experience and the dialogue at the hub a few times now. We hope that this posting not only reaches others with similar experiences but also make Shopee aware that this is unacceptable, impractical or professional. Thank you for reading.

I bought a 365 days subscription service, once received the login id and password, the subscription left 51days, i have requested to cancel this deal because the service incomplete, but Shopee denied refunding and allowed the seller to renew the subscription when due after 51 days, it is ridiculous when the seller can refuse to renew, no body knows what will happen after 51 days later.

Shopee Customer service shopee irresponsible

My name Rajasegar a/l Ragavan justice regarding the Shopee customer service behalf of my return was not knowledgeable . After the return item received in good condition by the seller and seller still put dispute and the discussion are going on for two days . After two days no correct response from customer service and I ask them today . They give incorrect information about them self and use bad words . Shopee I bought a ice maker paid thru shoppee pay.I did not received the said item instead a shoe foam.ask for refund .until now no refund

I bought an ice maker last Dec 2022. I received a correct tracking order number with a shoe foam instead of ice maker.I paid thru shoppee pay amounting to P 2084.oo .I was to received the said product on Dec 28,2022.

I informed shoppee to hold payment since I did not receive the item unfortunately they still release the Money to the seller when I did not authorized. The send complain was still with in shoppee guarantee.until now I am now been complaining for over a month ( today is Feb. 11,2023) no acceptable answer from there end. They will just tel me they cant refund since the Money was paid to the seller with out my consent

Desired outcome: Refund the amount I paid P2,084.00 since I did not received the item I paid. Band the said seller

Shopee Bubs goat milk

I am extremely disappointed at the time Shopee Resolution team takes to follow up on a case and resolve an issue.
I purchased 4 tins of Bubs Goat Milk for my child on 31st December, 2022.
The item was supposed to have been delivered to me by 7th Jan 2023. There were no further shipping updates after 12th Jan 2023.

My child didn't have milk by then.
I took the following action
1. I proceeded to post a refund and cancel request on 16th Jan 2023 for the 4 tins I ordered on 31st Dec 2022
2. I ordered the product from another vendor on 16th February 2023
I had to make so many phone calls and messages. Each time they repeat the same thing - Give us 3 to 5 working days to get back to you. They never get back in the stipulated time. Each time a different person responds so there is no continuity and follow up.
I ended up purchasing the product from Lazada and they delivered the product to me in 3 working days.
I filed an refund request for the 2nd order. Again the same thing. No proper response from them. They ended up cancelling my second request and I still do not have the product.
By now I had spent more than RM1100 trying to source milk for my child
I have repeatedly told them I don't want the product anymore and to cancel and issue a refund. There is no response and its tiresome doing this.

Shopee Refund

Shopee didn't give my refund. I have ordered a defective product and it was delivered on January 10, 2022. It was just last month. So I file a refund and they approved it, because the item was proven to be defective. So, Shopee Dispute made me send back the item to the seller and told me to even pay for the shipping fee. They said that after the item got received by the seller, they will send my refund to my Shopee pay and even pay for the shipping fee on my behalf. The time that I was arranging the shipping of the item they were so cooperative, but after the item was successfully sent back to the seller I got no more response from them. I tried to send them emails regarding my case, but I got no response from them. It's been 13days but I can't still get my refund back. 😭

Desired outcome: Get my refund back, because the item was already received by the seller

Shopee has a terrible Customer Service personnel, I think they close to be a scammer.

Same experience with me. File a refund/return for a defective product. They acknowledged after almost a week they said that I can directly coordinate with seller…

Shopee Refunds/payment not received

I returned a damage item last 12/13/2022 as advice by Shopee's dispute team. They promised me a refund total of Php 2,342. I contacted shopee customers service several time but I always ended getting a promisw to get a refund after 7 days, and it's almost 2 months. Please help me with my refund. Shopee Rude rider

This rider is very rude and argumentative. He scolded my daughter when we had emergency and I wasn't able to leave money for the COD as we are rushing to the get medicine for my sick  youngest child.. My eldest daughter (17 yrs old) was alone that time and has no idea what to do next.. (this was previous order) Sinbhan nya ang anak ko "sa ssunod , sabihin mo sa mama mo wag oorder ng shopee kung walang pambayad" 

Today, as he is delivering another package, I asked him na huwag ng magsalita ng hindi maganda at makigpagtalo at magssermon sa anak ko or sa sinuman na pag ddeliveran nya. My voice was so humble and very low. He shouted with all his reasonings and complaints in his delivery. I choose COD because most of the time I am at home and I will not leave the house not until its important, I dont want to use my gcash to avoid any unsafe transaction and its my freedom to choose that payment channel  either ways. 

We are paying them just to "deliver" not to shout at us and sinabhan pa ako na : "SIGE MAM,  IREPORT NYO AKO SA SHOPEE AT IBBLOCK KO KAYO DITO SA APP " 
Sinbhan na sya ng asawa ko na bumaba na at umalis pero binuksan pa talaga nya ang pinto namin para sigaw sigawan ako.
Pinatawag ko ang guard namin at Security Officer pero bastos talaga ang rider na eto. 

Is this the right attitude of your riders? I want this person to be reprimanded. This is not good in your business.

Shopee Unauthorized Cancellation and Return of Order by Rider

I am writing to report an issue I recently encountered with one of your riders. On December 30, I placed an order on your platform with the tracking number SPEPH036880376981 and was expecting the package to be delivered. However, on December 18, I received notification that my order had been cancelled.

Upon further investigation, I discovered that the rider had returned the package to the seller without any prior notice or communication to me. I have not cancelled the order and I was waiting for the package since December 30.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and would like to request an investigation into this matter. I have been waiting for the package for 18 days, and it has caused me inconvenience. I hope that this issue will be resolved quickly and that appropriate action will be taken to ensure that this does not happen in the future.

Shopee Delivery throwing parcel at the door.

Hi,

Im a SHOPEE buyer from Singapore. This is my second time complaining the same delivery person. Chinese guy. He delivered my parcel at Block 621A, Tampines Street 61. His been throwing my parcel outside my door. This is not the first time i caught him. Video recorded from my video doorbell. As a delivery service, they should know how to handle customer parcel very carefully. What if the parcel is fragile and they just throw the parcel without feeling any guilt! Please send a warning message to this delivery person to STOP throwing parcel. As this is SECOND time im complaining about him. Picture and video done attached for your reference.

Shopee Shopee express delivery rider

I want to complain regarding sa delivery rider dito sa area namin, nag call siya na nasa store na daw siya na medjo malayo sa bahay namin and naki usap ako kung okay lang ideliver niya right infront kung saan yung delivery address na naka lagay sa order ko since may sakit ako at hindi ko siya mamemeet sa store, but he refused and said tignan niya. After that im still polite and ask kung saan na siya until afternoon. Ngayon around 6pm tinignan ko sa shopee app ko. at tinag niya na wala ako sa area, well in fact na nasa bahay lang ako nag hihintay ng call or update niya, after few minutes tinag niya ulet na out for delivery and again tinag na buyer refused to accept the order na wala manlang siyang tawag or text at wala po akong sinabing cancel order ko. Nakaka disappoint lang na may mga ganitong rider na hindi niya nagagampanan work niya ng maayos, kung sinabi po sana niya na tinatamad siya pumunta sa bahay namin e okay lang naman po at sisikapin ko na imeet siya kahit may sakit po ako. Napaka bastos, sayang ang oras na hinintay ko ang parcel ko at the same time hindi siya naawa sa seller na nag effort para ipadala din yung item. I hope mabigyan siya ng disciplinary action. Thank you. Below attached proof ng usapan namin and yung pag cancel niya ng order ko, kindly check the time. Again, thank you.

Shopee I haven't received my order for 2 weeks now.

I ordered a gift last Jan 1, 2023. Until now we havent receive the order. I spoke to someone from there customer service on chat. In my first time I talked to them, they said it would be delivery 24 to 72 hours. By that time, I agreed with the resolution. After more than 72 hours, I still havent receive my order I talked to someone again from chat agent provide a same info. I asked for supervisor again. Still doing the same thing. I waited another more than 72 hours, which I talked to them again. I spoke to a rude agent and fake supervisor. Until I ask a manager in order to escalate there attitude. This is not the service what I wanna get.
