I have not received my item that I was charged for. Didnt receive a tracking number or and follow up email about my order. I called and left voice messages, and also emailed several times. No response from the company via email or any contact.

Order with the dollar amount of $77.81 purchased four human hair Premium Duby Wigs. Once received, I tried to dye one of the wigs to a burgundy color, but it didn't take. I attempted again with a different dye brand, but still no success. I contacted Shoiphairwigs via email requesting at least a partial refund due to the wigs not being genuine human hair as advertised. They replied, saying they would consult the manufacturer. After back-and-forth communication, where they inquired about the dye used and suggested I had altered the product, I am now seeking a full or partial refund for what I consider deceptive advertising.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
