I could not send out a order on-line due to business system glitch on Jan 24, 2024. In next couple days, I called shoppers and tried everything I could per instructions from shoppers by e-mails and customer service. Finally I could send out the order successfully on Feb 12, 2024, However the promotion ended and product prices were increased. Before clicking the sending button, I called shoppers again and was told by customer service that the prices would be adjusted per discounted prices plus $50 bonus points per promotion on Jan 24 once I send out the order now. So I placed a order on Feb 12, 2024 and I also double checked with customer service after I received order I placed under shoppers promise. I was still promised by customer service that the $50 bonus point plus converted points from discounted prices (including compensation points due to inconvenience caused by shopper's system) would be put in my account by the first week of March. Until I saw a e-mail from shoppers today, I realized shoppers could not keep their promise to give me the promotion prices and points I was supposed to get on Jan 24. As a big company with good reputation, I do not think it is proper way to do business by fooling customer like this.
Claimed loss: I paid lots of time and energy on calling customer services and sending e-mails back and forth for nothing
Desired outcome: I hope any big company like shoppers should respect customers by keeping their promise in order to keep their reputation
