We went to Sill-Terhar Ford in Broomfield, Colorado on June 22 for my husband's 2016 ***. We told them that the Sunroof was making a weird noise when closing and one side was higher than the other. It was also leaking and not closing properly. They said that the Sunroof guides were broken and needed to be removed and replaced. They charged us $558.32 for parts, labor, and taxes. However, when we picked up the truck, the window still did not close properly. We didn't go back to complain because we had to go back to work. They gave us a verbal estimate of $4000.00+ to replace the tracking and motors, which we thought was too expensive. We took the truck to another company for a second opinion.

On Friday, August 14th, I called and left a message for a manager, but I didn't hear back from anyone. On Monday, August 14th, I went to Sill-TerHar to speak with the manager, but I was directed to Sean ***. When I tried to tell him my concerns and what the new company had told us, he became very defensive and accused me of calling him/them a "Liar!" He was very rude and defensive and said that the other company was "lying" about what they had found. I told him he was being very rude and asked to speak with the manager. Matt *** came to speak with me and said that he did not employ dishonest people and was quick to terminate anyone that was. We do not feel that we were treated properly and were charged for a repair that wasn't done or not completed.

We had the repairs done to our truck with the other company, and they found that Sill-Terhar had only put grease on the track, and the right side was still broken. They also left off the covers that were on the side of the tracks. They could not see that "guides" had been replaced.

I don't know what's going on with Sill-Terhar Motors, Inc. but they keep sending me these letters even though I told them to stop. It's getting really annoying because they come all the time, like once a week or more. I already told them I don't need a car and I don't want to use them, but they keep sending me these stupid letters. I tried to call them to ask them to stop, but they won't talk to me unless I give them my phone number, which I don't want to do. They already have my address, which I wish they didn't. It's just really frustrating and I wish they would leave me alone.

Sill-TerHar Motors keep sending me lots of letters every day about their dealerships. They've been doing it for months now. Today, I talked and emailed them to ask them to stop sending me these letters. They asked me for a good phone number to reach me at, but I said no because we don't need to talk about this over the phone. Plus, why would I give them my phone number when they're already sending me so many letters every day? I never asked for any information from Sill-TerHar, and I don't want to buy a car from them.

I got my car from SillTerHar in 2020 and it's been a real pain in the butt. They've tried to fix it under warranty, but the same problems keep popping up. My car's been in the shop a bunch of times and it's really starting to piss me off. I know I'm protected by some law or whatever, but I just want my car to work and be mine. I've had problems with the sunroof, the car's software, locking and unlocking, my keys not working, the gas tank sensor, the side view mirrors, the road sign display, Apple CarPlay, and the transmission slipping sometimes.

I buyed a car from Sil-TerHar Motors, a Volvo XC-60 2012 model, in 2014. Volvo say that CPO cars never had a big crash. But we just find out that the car was in a big accident before we buyed it, and they didn't tell us. The accident was in 2013, but Carfax only knew about it in 2018. When we tried to sell the car, a mechanic said it had damage from a big accident. We think Sil-TerHar Motors didn't do a good job inspecting the car and sold us a damaged car that didn't meet the CPO standards, which is a fraud. Sil-TerHar Motors said they aren't responsible and that they did the inspection according to CPO standards. Now we have a car that is worth much less than it should be, and it will cost us about $10k.
