service level
I have sent three birthday cards to three different oversea locations (HK, Sydney & Philadelphia) by regular airmail on late April. I was told at the SingPost counter, the Service Level for regular airmail will be 7-10 days. Up to now (as of 30 May), none of the recipients has received the mail from us !
This service level / performance has been happening (except Christmas) but this is the worse case in the last 15 months which I have been living in Singapore. I saw the outsourcing companies (?) to collect the mails / parcels from the post office staff. It is not impressed by how they handle the mails & parcels onto their trollies.
Wonder if there is any performance pledges & review for Singapore Post ?

It has not been resolved as they still have not received it since then... : (((
We have put down our sender address at the back, not return to us as well... !
May I know who I can talk to ?

Hi, Tsang. Please reach out to our CusCare hotline at 1605 for further assistance. Thanks.
no failed delivery notice and possible return of parcel
I am expecting a parcel from HK (Tracking reference: EA264018530HK) and was not notified that there was an attempted delivery on the 3 occasions: 09 May, 10 May and 18 May, and my husband was actually at home on all 3 days.
In my previous estate (Bendemeer), we had no such problems and the postman would always leave the delivery attempt notice slip under our door / call us on the contact number provided.
I called the Singpost customer service hotline today at 12.48pm and spoke with rep: Mr Amil, who informed me that my parcel may be returned to the sender in HK due to no response from us. I've requested for Mr Amil or his supervisor to stop the return and to call me today with an update.
I would really appreciate your urgent attention to this matter.
Thanks,
Lisa

items not delivered
I have sent out 36 documents via registered post to Philippines on 20 April 2018 and was confirmed by the staff that my items will be delivered to the door steps of my clients. But it's been more than a month and only 10 of them were delivered. When i contacted Singpost i was informed by the staff that Singpost is unable to trace any items that are 'outside of Singapore', and he is unable to provide me with the contact number of your phi counterparts (PHLpost). I had to search for the numbers online but it was not an international number. I also tried to email them but they were not responsive. Basically, your Philippines counterparts is uncontactable. When i tried tracking the parcels on PHLpost, non of them were 'delivered' and the system doesnt seems updated so i had to call all 36 of my clients to check and realised that only 10 received the items. My items are now stuck in Philippines and i have no way to trace my items despite paying hundreds of dollars for registered mails (since Singpost do not want to be responsible for them and their counterpart is non responsive and their tracking system is not updated).I am utterly disappointed by the level of service and professionalism of your organization. The entire experience with Singpost was not only unpleasant but stressful. Despite using all my resources, i am unable to trace my remainder 26 documents, thus, i have decided to redo them and resend them to Philippines via a more reliable service provide. I would appreciate if you can refund me for the 26 items. Thank you.

important letters not received
I was expecting letter from LTA. They told me they have posted out on 8 May 2018. Till to date, I still have yet to receive any letter from them. This is not the first time I encounter this matter.
Do you know that this has made troublesome for me to contact the govt bodies as they are hardly to contact them.
I have also contacted singpost and suppose to get back to me. Also no response from your side since 21 May 2018.
Therefore, I would like you to email me at [protected]@gmail.com with regards to this matter. Let me tell you again this is not the first time I have not receive important letters.
My address is at 346 yishun ave 11 #09-101 singapore 760346.

disrespecting customer
I m just trying to collect a parcel today at punggol 21 post office. But was told that i need to listen to a financial talk first. I told the staff that i m in a hurry but she insisted me to listen first. I was being brought to a counter and she inform the guy there that i m interested in their financial service. He asked me how he can help me puttimg me in a speechless moment. Thus, he made me log in into my cpf account to see what i need. He tried to sell the upgrade eldershield plan to me. As i see is already more than 10 mins, i told him i need to rush for work. However, he said he needs to ginish before letting me go. I told him i need to consider first and he can give me the plan he drawn out with his contact number for me to contact him later. His face was black and told me he cannot disclose such info. At that moment, i get it. Singpost is forcing the people to listen to such talk in 10 mins and by inputting fear and stating things that may not happen they expect customers to commit the insurance policy on the spot. I had not they are nice to provide educational knowledge to those who do not know. But ny not disclosing any written info or contacts after and expecting customers to commit the insurance policy on the spot, this seems like a scam. I do hope Singpost respect each person who walks into your post office and not use any tactics to tell customers they need to listen to a talk before collecting their parcel. There is no heart shown to help but just want to close a insurance policy on the spot in 10 mins.

My ordered product was send by the seller last 10 April 2018 but until now I haven't received the item. She sent me a proof of postage but I didn't receive any item. terrible delivery service
After being a victim of Speedpost's terrible delivery service 4th time, I finally decided to write down here since there is no specific procedure /forum where I could ask for feedback or file a complaint. Talking about the recent incident which happened just today, I was expecting a package to be delivered today and thus decided to wait at home until noon. After checking the status online, I was surprised to see the notice that Speedpost tried to deliver the package and it was unsuccessful because of no response from the receiver. This was really difficult to digest since was at home only and I did not receive any call or any sort of info.
After contacting the customer service I got to know that it's not in their procedure to call the person and inform about the delivery. I am supposed to self-collect the package from the mentioned POP.
How a person would get to know that there is a package delivery when you don't even bother to call or inform.
I had faced similar issues in the past as well but never cared to waste my time writing to anybody, but this time it crossed the threshold.
Speedpost need to have a forum where a person can really share the real reviews about their customer/delivery service.

missing mails for the past half year
Hi,
I stayed at Blk 642 Yishun Street 61. Since October 2017, I have a lot of missing mails especially bank and credit card statements which made me missed payment deadlines and incurred charges imposed by the banks. As these are all normal mails, I know there is no way to check. But please try to inform the postman to be more careful when slotting letters into the mailboxes as I have been receiving mails which are meant for my neighbours in my mailbox.
For your info, I am still waiting for some mails which the banks told me already mailed out more than 2 weeks ago.
Hope that this will improve as we don't have these type of problems a few years back.
Thanks for your attention in this matter.

rude delivery guy
Tracking number: LZSGL0000657812
Rude driver when answering my call today at 5.30pm.
I understood I have missed his call in the day because I have work to attend to.
All I did is to call back to confirm on my delivery.
Also he just left without leaving any message card which was mentioned in the sms, if delivery fail, a message card or slip will present in the letter box.
I asking gently for a redelivery and he getting rude reply at him.
I do not know his name, all I know is this guy suppose to deliver my item as per tracking number above.
Kindly expertise this and have my package redelivered.
I requesting a number to talk to and also please change the contact number to [protected].
Not everybody can pick up call during working hour.
Thanks.

redirecting mail - singpost made my wait longer for mail for their own mistake
I am very disappointed with Singpost service. On 20 April 2018 (Friday), I received a registered article advice from my mum. My mum said she was at home but the postman did not wait longer than 5 minutes for an elderly person open the door to receive the mail, he just walked off with a register article advice.
On 22 April 2018 (Sunday) I did an online request to transfer this registered mail from Sengkang Central Post Office to Serangoon Central Post Office, which is near my office. I received an email confirmation informing me that it will take 3 working days for the transfer.
3 days later, on 25 April 2018 (Wednesday) I went to Serangoon Central Post Office. The staff told me the mail had not arrived & asked me to go back on Friday 27 April 2018. I went back on Friday & the staff told me the mail was delivered to Serangoon Gardens Post Office instead. The staff told me I can only collect my mail on 7 May 2018. This is ridiculous to me, my registered mail, supposed to arrive on 25 April 2018, can now only be collected on 7 May 2018 due to Singpost's mistake?
It is not the first time Singpost made such a mistake, the same thing happened 2 years ago when I ordered something from eBay. I had to take a cab during office hour to collect my parcel then but why should I be paying taxi fair for Singpost's mistake?
I called Singpost customer service, which is an overseas outsource centre, I had quite a hard time to explain to them what happened. The customer service told me they will look into the case & get back to me by end of the day. Later I received a call from Customer service, my hope was high, hoping Singpost will undo their mistake by arriving someone to pick up my mail at Serangoon Gardens Post Office & have it delivered to Serangoon Central Post Office, so that I can collect on Saturday morning. But I was wrong, all the can say is " I am very sorry... it will take 3 working days for investigation & also for the mail to be transferred..."
On 30 April 2018 (Monday), I went down to Serangoon Central Post Office, the staff told me the same thing, that I can only get my mail on 3 or 4 May 2018 which is at least more than a week. I am not sure if I will ultimately get my mail this week or not. Singpost is punishing me for their mistake!
I feel that there is no effort & attempt for Singpost undo their mistake. The 3 working days is the exact timing required/stated by them for a second round of redirecting mail. Singpost is merely playing delay-tactic. They have no intention to escalate this to a speed delivery service at their cost to undo their mistake. I am surprised that Singpost does not have strategic plan for such a situation & expect the public to patiently wait for the 3-working-day redirect mail protocol, despite the fact the mistake is made by Singpost.
I feel that I am being held ransom, at the mercy of Singpost as Singpost is the only monopoly for local postal service. I supposed Singpost cannot be bothered to improve their service. As much as possible I shall stay away from using unprofessional Singpost services.
Finally I collected the mail from Serangoon Central PO this afternoon [protected] - (9 days late). Customer Service called to confirm & said he will share my feedback which I think it is another lie of Singpost. The staff (Malay lady) at the Serangoon Central PO assured that as soon as they receive they will call me. As expected they did not. The Chinese lady did not even apologise when she handed the mail to me, no response her when I asked her "I thought you are supposed to call me...".
Really disappointed with Singpost' service for penalising customer having to wait for another 3 working days & more for Singpost's MISTAKE. Not even a word of apology from the staff. Singapost is really a 3rd world service in a 1st world country. Sigh... how can our country progress with such an organisation...
Again I would like to stress my disappointment for Singpost not making effort to undo their mistakes & at the same time not owning up to their mistakes. Again Singpost wants to sweep this matter under the carpet, my article number is RC261481805SG, if Singpost still have the heart to look into this matter & retrain their staff & relook into undoing their mistakes in future, rather than making customer "pay" for their mistakes for wanting for another 3 working days or more!

speedpost delivery
Hello
A case has been opened Re: [CAS-2254656-M7B8H0]: New ticket created- CRM:[protected]
I find it unacceptable that despite waiting the whole day as advised via phone yesterday, , initially they said 9-11 am then when I followed up at 1230 they said before 6 pm and when I checked the status. This is what I got
UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY OFFICE CLOSED. At 430 pm
We waited while day for nothing and it was made to appear we were not at home as delivery was unsuccessful
Upon checking with customer service, we were then told the delivery was not even attempted( you can review the transcript of the chat with your customer service agent Anisha Patel)
This is the second time of delivery attempt, the first time they delivered they claimed we rejected the delivery even though no one came to out house
I notice a pattern on our package deliveries, It seems the postman will always say delivery attempted but unsuccessful and have our packages forwarded to pop station or post office even when our home is manned 24x7. And we receive all our other packages from other couriers without issue, only SingPost
Can I ask you to investigate this, as I'm not sure if the postman is even trying to deliver the package or just taking the easy way out by saying no one is at home
I'm happy to speak to any of your superiors on this matter

misdelivery
Hello, I had received singposts notifications on a Saturday (21 April 2018) that my parcel will be arriving. As such, I have stayed home to await the arrival. However, to my utter dismay, i received 4 unsuccessful delivery notifications during the day whilst sitting at home without the phone buzzer ringing (see attached). Adding to the disappointment, it is to my horror that when my husband went to pick up the items from the pop locker today (24 April 2018), the parcels were considerably large (see attached image) and he had to hoist the items all the way home.
I would like to bring to your attention that this failure to deliver the package to our doorstep has happened before. As you may see from your records, I have selected the option to "leave parcel at rise" for ALL singpost deliveries to my address. Regrettably, there have been multiple times where an unsuccessful delivery notice has been slotted into our letterbox in our estate instead of delivered to our door. Notwithstanding, there have been similar occurrences to the present complaint here, that a unsuccessful notification has been sent to my phone WITHOUT the deliveryman attempting to contact us first.
In light of the above events and in the particular ways they have happened, we would be grateful for this matter to be looked into and a review of the particular deliveryman(s) who is responsible for the delivery on Saturday on 21 April 2018 - particularly for the 4 items addressed to my residence (see attached for LZSG parcel references).
Look forward to hearing back from Singpost regarding further information on this issue so that we may understand the position. Thank you.
Best regards
Grace
delivery & customer service
I have a package coming in from the UK and everything was good until it entered SingPost domain;
1)
The package was handed over from UK Mail but it took 10 days and 1 call to Customer Service before it was reflected in SingPost system. In fact, the Customer Service member arrogantly told me that if I could trust the overseas Postal Service, then I could also trust SingPost. Yet he could not tell me where the package was. As mentioned, it took 10 days before showing up in SingPost system.
2)
After it was in the system, I kept checking daily when the package would be delivered. Then suddenly the SingPost system informed that they had made an unsuccessful delivery because the office was closed. That's a bit odd since I stay in an HDB flat! Also, I am not working at the moment and no one came to deliver anything.
3)
Then I made arrangements for redelivery for today (24 April). Now its 6.30pm and still no delivery. So I checked the SingPost website again but much to my surprise, the information is that the package was delivered successfully on the 23 April (yesterday). But we haven't received anything!
4)
Then I tried getting hold of SingPost customer service via their chat function (initially I tried calling them but waiting time so long). I was number 32 in the queue - never mind, it was online and I could do other things in the meantime. But once I got to be number 1 in the queue, I was kicked out of the system. This happened 4 times!
So I cant get hold of SingPost and my package with my medicine is nowhere to be found. SingPost, if you read this, don't reply me by saying that you are looking into this - we all are painfully aware you aren't doing anything to solve this.
Your team is already on the case!

From I heard the doorbell @ bedroom to reached at the gate took about less than 20 seconds!BUT this postlady had gone when i open the door!Luckly i shout out loud quickly, cos i can har she is waiting for the lift...after she my "hello", she return back from lift lobby and pass the Registered mail to me !If not i will need to take bus to post office n collect! This not the first time, the service Is really suck !(But the shipping service from tao bao using Singpost still ok)

customer service really bad
Dear SingPost and Mr Paul William Coutts,
I had spoken to one of your customer service officer the other day.
And I was advised by her to provide a screen shot of my last communication with the sender/seller.
As you can see I have been trying to contact the seller since 2 April after I was advised by your CS officer to get a compensation from them and my last email I have tried to reach them again was on 9 April but till now today is already 18 April I have yet to receive a reply from them.
And what I am most upset was that not only you guys have lost my parcel & when I called in the other time to ask one of your staff to check on the status of my parcel when it reach Singapore on 22 March. I was inform by him that he need to check with your processing team before he can get back to me and I have clearly requested him to call me back and get back to me on the status after he have done checking with the relevant team.
BUT after a week I did not receive any follow up from him and yet I have to trouble myself to call in again to get the status. And some more I was advised by the next CS officer that you guys have declared the parcel have lost!
Is this how you train your staff to serve your customer?! No need to follow up with your customer and ignore our request like nothing happen?!
How irresponsible your staff is and not mention when I speak to them they are like having attitude talking to us customer.

parcel delivered to wrong address
Parcel was delivered to wrong address, proof of delivery was a white door when my door is totally black. Called customer service five times and each time I was told to wait 2-3 working days while they raise an investigation. Not even going to talk about the fact that you guys made the poor postman pay for the lost parcel (yes it's his fault) but your customer service officers did absolutely nothing during those 3 working days nobody got back to me at all. Had to repeat my story five times to different people all to get nothing back at all. Completely disappointed and will not engage singpost at all if possible. Yes you are the provider of the nation's mail but you can't even get your [censor] together for the customer service of one single parcel.
Just checked the status of my parcel that was supposed to arrive last week and i was surprised when it said that it was DELIVERED. To whom ? The address in the parcel was correct and perfectly clear and nobody can tel, me know where is my parcel. It means that i will lost customers due to this delay. Thank you Speedpost
misplaced and wrongly allocated incoming mails -
Dear Singpost,
Our Postal Address : 5 Soon Lee Street, Pioneer Point #01-60 Singapore 627607.
For the benefit of all tenants and neighbors of Pioneer Point, we would like to feedback that - Singpost have been screwing up incoming mails.
In our letterbox, we have been receiving other units letters and vice versa.
All these misplaced letters in the mailbox could be important documents or even cheques.
Just last week itself, we have kindly return 3 mails to our neighbours, which they have mis-allocated to our letterbox.
And we also have kind neighbors returning rightful mails to our doorstep which they have received wrongly.
To add on, some of the intended mails to us were found in the dustbin. Likely postman had misplaced to someone else's mailbox, and the person dumped it away.
Appreciate if Singpost could check on the postman duties at our area to avoid recurring incidents. As it had happens multiple times within the month. As our firm has subsidiary which has 5 different units in the building, all have been facing similar issues of such.
The below picture is for reference only. As we do have other similar incidents too.
Thank you.
