Skims My biggest problem with the Skims company is their lack of customer service support

My biggest problem with the Skims company is their lack of customer service support. When an order is placed and not sent in a timely manner, they are essentially getting an interest free loan from their customer. I do have a problem with that but not as much as I do with the fact there is no way to reconcile the event. The email receipt has a customer service link, when I tried that I received an email saying "This is a system e-mail and not monitored." Then I tried a different customer service email wherein I requested a refund, I was told I can send the item back after I receive it, except that I won't ever receive it because they won't send it. If it was delayed in the mail I would understand that has nothing to do with the company. But my issue is that they never mailed the item I ordered, they're just keeping my money without sending me my order. Here is what the tracking says when I look it up:

If you shop with them you need to be aware that if you have an issue you won't have a way to resolve it. Don't shop with this company. If you want a Skims product, get it from Nordstrom, their customer service is top notch! Skims products are nice, I've ordered from them numerous times, but they are always very slow to send the order out. This time is even worse than the other times, I actually ordered on February 5th hoping for the item to get here in time for Valentine's Day, it's now February 25, smh

Skims An absolute horrible, anxiety-inducing nightmare!

An absolute horrible, anxiety-inducing nightmare! I am floored by the lack of professionality and communication from Skims. My package was marked as delivered on Saturday, April 24 but it never arrived. I did my due diligence of looking everywhere in my complex and contacting the front desk to ensure it hadn't been misplaced. When I contacted customer service, they sent me two links to file a claim and both links didn't work. The representative clearly didn't know what they were talking about and after I sent screenshots from UPS and USPS that pointed me toward a dead end, I pled for intervention from Skims and either a reshipment or a refund. They stopped answering. I texted the number on their site and NO RESPONSE. I submitted another contact form through the website hoping to connect to someone else who could help me with the this urgent matter and again, nothing. I am literally at a loss of almost $200 with no clothing to show for it! I have no idea what to do and feel like I'm being cheated out of a purchase I made through no fault of my own. I literally can't believe how negligent this business is and how they can possibly just stop responding to someone who never received their items, but was charged for them. I have sent 4 emails to the original representative I was working with since yesterday. How is this even possible? I live paycheck to paycheck and it's not like these items are cheap! Complaintsboard.com, I implore you to remove their A+ rating given the other horror stories explained on this website. My case in particular is so egregious and has practically been given 0 attention. At this point, I am literally at a loss of money with no direction or attempted resolution.

Skims I have bought quite a few pieces from Skims

I have bought quite a few pieces from Skims. I have spent a lot of money. I am finding that the more I buy, the more problems I have with this brand. I have finally decided to stop purchasing from Skims. The pieces are photographed to make them look very appealing for a good marketing strategy. The sizing guides are all over the place. A lot of online apparel companies use this trick to force you to return an item, at your cost for shipping fees (formerly known as: restocking fees), and order another size. Some customers are so frustrated that they refuse to pay the shipping fees and toss the item in the trash. Looking at a majority of Skims reviews, this is one of Kim Kardashian's biggest complaints from customers. The quality of her pieces are also a big issue. I have bought 5 bodysuits from Skims, and 3 of which have fallen apart. No refund was ever offered, and no exchange was ever offered. I hand washed them, and that was the deal breaker for Skims horrible customer service. I had already worn, hand washed, and hung the bodysuits to dry. Mind you, this was only one week after I had purchased them. The customer service rep took 2 weeks to return my email. Once she did, she was very rude, and blamed me for the poor quality. Kim should be ashamed of her dirty business practices, and the poor quality of her products. Once her young groupies start to age and mature, they will no longer be putting themselves into debt just to buy her junk! They are the majority of her customers. Kim rarely allows negative reviews on Skims website since her first, original reviews started. Look back at when she first started the business. The reviews were more negative. Now, she rarely shares reviews unless they are positive. She has removed poorly reviewed pieces off of Nordstrom's website, and then reposts them one week later. That enables her to start fresh with new reviews. I tested this process after myself and my sister has noticed that our reviews had been removed, and the item had been replaced later to await a new batch of reviews that I can only imagine are fake reviews from those closest to her. I spoke with Nordstrom's tech team, and they agree that the third party, along with Skims were in fact, removing and reposting items frequently. No more Skims, no more junk from someone that isn't an established clothing designer with good intentions! If I could give zero stars, I surely would!

Skims This is the worst Shapewear EVER

This is the worst Shapewear EVER. Whoever Kim K has running this for her are shady people. They delete all negative reviews and when you send a complaint, they ignore it! First of all, the shapewear I received was NOT a 2X. It was maybe an Extra small? I ordered the full body suit. My husband and I both looked at eachother when we pulled the shapewear put of the box like that can't be the right size. I looked at the label and sure enough, It had a 2X stitched in. I thought well, maybe it stretches like no other? So as I attempted to put it on, it was comical! My husband and I had a big laugh. The material was rough and almost plastic feeling. I want to state for the record that I usually wear an XL or 1X, so there is no way this was a 2X, NO WAY! So when I realized this wasn't going to fit, I decided it was going back. First I decided to have my 12 Year old daughter try it on. She where's a 14 in KIDS! She was able to get it on at least but the straps were cutting into her arm's and the whole suit was not comfortable. Her made her already tiny waist look bigger lol. She's like look mom, I look pregnant! At this point I'm thinking maybe they ran out of product and slapped a 2X inside. Knowing even if I send it back, they'll make money off of me (I'll get to that part). Prior to purchasing I'd watched influencers on YouTube give good reviews. I decided to look for reviews that were unlikely paid for by this product. Sure enough, I came across video after video of complaints about the sizing. one girl ordered 2 or the same item. and got 2 different sizes! Neither her size I might add. I paid $73 with tax and shipping. Guess how much I'm getting back on an item with the tags? That I've had in my possession less than 24 hours? I'm getting $52 back! They charge $6 for the return (so they say) but don't include the taxes or shipping u already paid! I buy shapewear all the time and u know what? I've never had a company ghost me EVER! They erase all bad reviews off of social media and ignore any complaints. They don't even attempt to resolve the issue. They make money off u the minute u order, even if you return it so they don't care about the customer. Don't even give u the option to exchange (not that I'd want to at this point) I'll continue to order from shapermint, an honest company! Also Shapermint's material is better, softer, true ro size, and has much more professional packaging. SKIMS is a scam! I don't even know if Kim is aware of how shady her business partners are. She should order as a ghost client and see what she gets! Then complain as a ghost client.

Skims Customer Service is horrible

Customer Service is horrible. I have yet to receive a response regarding my order refund and concerns. I have sent multiple emails. Hello, on 5/12, I placed an order totaling up to $154.08. Order number: XXXXXX. When my order arrived i decided to return them due to fit issues. I was originally only going to return a few items but ending up returning everything. Resulting in them charging me for two separate return slips. I sent an email asking them did I have to pay for two different return slips because I decided to just send everything back in one package. No Response. I resent the email, still, no response. Then on 5/27 I received an email informing me that they were only processing a refund ($75.32) for the items that I originally planned to send back instead of all of them. Even though I completed two return slips and sent everything back in one package. So I emailed them again stating: " Hello, on today, May 27th, I received an order notification for only two of the items in my order XXXXXX. However, I returned all of the items in which I purchased. I should be receiving the entire order amount. I have sent multiple emails regarding this order, and I have yet to receive any kind of feedback. I would like to continue to support this brand, however, customer service is horrible." Still, NO RESPONSE. I then resorted to using their website to submit a customer service form, I did this twice, and still I haven't received a response. Nor has my refund, from the email stating they processed my refund, been processed to my account. Please help me, I am at my wits end with their horrible customer service, and I have already sent them all of the items ordered back. I just want my money back.

Skims I have been trying to contact them about problems following my order and I can't get a response back which, at this point I want a refund

I have been trying to contact them about problems following my order and I can't get a response back which, at this point I want a refund. I ordered a cozy tank top, a cozy short and cosy knit robe in the color stone on may 27th for a total of 309,40 USD (or 438,97 cad in my case) that iI paid with my mastercard. Following the order I wrote them a email with my order number explaining that I wasn't sure if the tank top and the short will be the right size, because the smile/medium size run all the size to 4 to 8. So I explained my situation with my height and weight, because i normally run about 2 or 4 about the size and I wanted for them to fit me well. A girl named, *** responded to this message kindly but they only sent me the size chart that I was already aware and told me to get back to them went I would now what would be the right size. I thought they would put my order on hold also because they had my order number (***) and told me to take my time to get back to them with the final decision. Also after the size situation I wanted to change the shipping adress to a united states one because of the ridiculous fare they were charging me for it of $71 USD which normally company take care of after a certain amount. But sadly they shipped my order the next day I contacted them, which I didn't understood. I tried to contact them ever since and I got no answer, even after I received the order and the tank top is not the same color as the order piece.I even contacted them on their email for return and got no news from them. They keep sending me email news about skims but can't get a answer from them. I order a lot online, I never filed a complain and this is clearly my worst shopping experience, I never expected to go that way and I am really sad about it because I was so excited to order from skims but at the end of the day I am just annoyed and disappointed by it.

Skims I placed an order and it had FRONT OFFICE on the delivery address twice in all caps, but it was misdelivered.

I placed an order which was supposed to be delivered to FRONT OFFICE at my work twice in all caps, but the driver delivered it to the wrong address. I never received it and tracking shows it was misdelivered. The address is my work office at a packaging company, labeled in all caps to FRONT OFFICE to avoid confusion in the busy shipping area. Tracking indicates it wasn't delivered to FRONT OFFICE, but left at a back dock without a signature, which is unusual as UPS typically requires one. Customer service asked me to file a claim, which I found odd as the shipper usually handles such issues. After following the long instruction process, I didn't get a claim number. I sent screenshots to customer service with no response. I was told claims take 7-10 days and they will work towards a resolution, a phrase repeated in every email. I've been doing the work that most companies handle themselves in such situations. I just want my order of 2 bras without this hassle. This is disappointing customer service.

I was told by a rep for this company that I would get a full refund. I reached out several times and no one has responded to my email. Thank you for shopping with SKIMS. Skims Skims cancelled an order because, they said, the items were not yet released

Skims cancelled an order because, they said, the items were not yet released. They said the products I purchased on 6/26/22 would not be released until two days later on 6/28/22. Because I reached out to the company about a discount I was supposed to receive, they flagged my purchase and later cancelled it. However, the supervisor indicated that there were others whose purchases went through without cancellation. Because they cancelled/refunded my order instead of just holding my order, the refund amount did not go back to the original payment in time to re-order everything I wanted, and items sold out extremely quickly. Notably, I had to use multiple payment methods because my funds are still on hold, not allowing me to use my discount of 15%. Moreover, I was unable to get each of the items I wanted because my funds were on hold and because they were sold out. I also had to pay multiple fees for shipping due to having to create separate orders. This was an issue that was easily avoidable, and it was very upsetting to me that my account was flagged and purchase cancelled when I am the one who informed the company their swim released early. Essentially, they punished me for being honest, and that is upsetting. This isn't the first time I have had issues with my orders, but the previous ones were taken care of with mostly satisfactory results. I would like them to get me the items I missed out on because they canceled my initial order, and I would like them to refund me for the discounts I missed and shipping. It would be nice if they gave an extra courtesy discount for my trouble, for holding my funds, for the lack of appropriate customer service, and for the trouble I've gone through. If they couldn't offer more discount, I would accept the partial refund for having to overpay at minimum. I think they should make this right though, in the form of either a refund, a gift card, or credit. In the future, they should find a better solution to their mistakes.

Skims Returned items due to sizing issue

Returned items due to sizing issue. Package has not been accepted as delivered. Customer service not responding to emails. I purchased two items from Skims on May 27th. Order number ***. Order total $117.70. The package shipped on May 28th. I received the items on June 2nd. I tried them on. They were too large. I created a return through Skims on June 5th. I have all emails to prove these dates and confirmations. The return was dropped off at a USPS location and shipped on June 9th. According to the Skims website, I have up to 30 days after the ship date (May 28) to send a return back. It has now been over a week and a half, and the package has not been marked as delivered. According to the tracking number provided by the Skims-created return label, the package should have been delivered days ago. Upon tracking today, June 19th, the package seems to be in limbo. The last update was on June 16th, which said that the package is "in transit to next facility." It has been three days since the last update. It was in Chicago, IL on June 12th. The final destination is supposed to be Romeoville, IL. So I don't know why it hasn't been marked as arrived or delivered yet. I followed exact instructions for the return. And the package made it to IL, but it hasn't had any updates on the location for days. I have reached out to Skims customer service four times now. All of these contact attempts have been via email, since they do not have a phone number listed anywhere. I have not received a single response, and my 30 day return period is coming up soon. I am worried that I won't get my refund, but I do need that money, since it's over $100+. I did everything that I was supposed to do on my part, so I'm not sure what to do next. I need to know that I am getting my refund, since I do not have the items in my possession anymore. There is no reason I shouldn't get my money back, since I did return the items. It is not my fault that USPS hasn't delivered them or updated the tracking location yet. I filed a claim with USPS as well, but I have not heard anything. I just want to get my refund, since I returned the items and no longer have them. I did my part, and when I released the items to USPS, they became their responsibility.

I ordered some briefs and a sqare neck bodysuit. I recieve the bodysuit and it looks like it may be too small for a 2 yr child. The system must have glitched and somehow sent me a XXS when I chose Large. Maybe that was all they had left, but that should not have defaulted to sending me an XXS size. I now am expected to pay a $6 return shipping fee for their glitchy website and there is NO customer service phone number on the packing slips. I try to go to the website Https//:returns.skims.com and my computer security literally will not allow me to connect to it because it has been identified as a securtity threat. So, now you can have your browser hacked by their website as well...my computer does not do this to any onther shopping sites. So I have no way to return a $58 item and their added $6 for shipping. That is unacceptable for such a large a successful company not to provide a phone number to speak to someone, not everyone has time to jump thru hoops that they create, some of us already have a full time job.

Kim, your commercial is freaky nasty as hell. I would never buy anything from your company...You are not someone who anyone should consider you a role-model. That was disgusting how the whole world that you never were unaware until now, that doesn't say much about you as a person.
