Subject: Immediate Action Required - Unprofessional Conduct by Delivery Personnel
Dear Skip the Dishes,
I am writing to formally address an incident involving one of your delivery agents that occurred at the Victoria Building, located at 45875 Victoria Ave, Chilliwack, BC, V2P 0K1.
On June 26th, 2024, at approximately 21:05, our security cameras recorded your delivery personnel consuming peanuts and carelessly discarding the shells in the building’s parking area, elevator, and hallways during a McDonald’s delivery service.
The individual in question is a young adult male with glasses, driving a dark blue vehicle, license plate MT9-52W. We are in the process of obtaining the delivery bag and receipt from the tenant of Unit 301 for further identification.
Given the disregard for property cleanliness and the additional cleanup and surveillance efforts required, which amount to $75.00, we request that this delivery agent be prohibited from returning to our premises.
We have documented evidence in the form of photographs and video recordings to support this claim.
Please inform us of the measures your company will take to address this situation and prevent future occurrences.
