Sender send out the parcel on 20th Dec 2019 and the parcel arrived skynet outlet nearby my location on the 21st Dec 2019 and there is no more delivery stautus update already. When I called to skynet customer service on 26th Dec 2019 and their reason is lack of manpower to deliver the parcel so the parcel is still stuck at the outlet. I went to the outlet for 2 times and provide my details but they still cannot find the parcel and asked me to wait for their call. Until today, 3rd Jan 2020 I still not yet received their call. If my parcel really lost and I hope skynet will give a refund on this. Thanks.
