Slingo / Bear Group Slingo Fan

I absolutely love this site. Well done to whoever designed it!
It is very simple to use, slot screens are a reasonable size for my failing eyesight, there are no distracting, flashing animations, other than on the game your playing. I am prone to migraines so this is so much easier on the eye and it makes for a more relaxing game.
Although the site is very simple to navigate, it is still very comprehensive, giving easy access to all the information you are likely to need,
There are so many games to choose from.
Just one small suggestion Mr Slingo. If you can put the slot listing in alphabetical order, your site would be just perfect.

Slingo / Bear Group Funds vanishing

I logged out of the site with £25.60 and logged back in to £11.60. Days later, I finally get a response and they debit my account with £14.40... BONUS MONEY. You literally stole £15 from my account. Eventually, I contacted someone via fb and they toldme the vanishing funds were due to an expired promo. I have not been able to deposit in slingo for weeks due to deposit limits etc. The first deposit I was able to make was yesterday, 23/5/23 and I receieved my promo. It doesnt expire until tomorrow (26/5/23) AND THE PROMO WAS A BONUS OF £10

As you know, when playing, real money is played first and the bonus played when all real funds are used up. I logged back into £11.20... therefore my bonus £10 hadnt been used. I played the £1.20 real money and then the £10 bonus. The explanation im getting is that money vanished from my account as it was an expired bonus... that I purchased an hour before... which gave me a bonus of £10
You took £14.40 real cash and left me with £1.20 and ten pound bonus. You have paid me back the cash you took and said it was an expired promo u reinstated. There are no expired promo, that was not bonus money and I would like it paid back in the same form it was just taken... real cash

I have screen shots of my active bonuses and history of my bonuses,... also my mesages in chat and in messenger. Im livid that you just took money from my account and want to pay it back in bonus play. I will be escalating this matter further. The £14.40 shown in my active bonuses below is the payment sent to cover the real money taken from my account yesterday. I have not accepted it

As can be seen, there is no reason in my promos or bonuses, for my balance to change or for you to take money from my account. The fault is with ur site, u obviously see the £14.40 that was taken or u wouldnt have even issued it back in bonus play
There was no expired promotion, you simply took money from my account.

Slingo / Bear Group Casino/slots

I have used Slingo for slot gambling and I’ve have tried getting in contact with the company via email chat Facebook Twitter resolver and not one person wants to help me I keep getting fobbed off I have won 550 pounds and there seems to be no effort to pay my winnings there site is so crookid I would rather next time try my luck on a street scammer because I think I’d have a better chance of getting paid, it’s a joke I’ve seen numerous complaints made about this company after I made the stupid decision to deposit my money I really hope there is a decision we’re I get paid as I will be shutting the account down asoon as I get my money fast enough to take my money and send me emails about free spins etc but no sign of a payout

You have to go to your active bonuses and cancel them. You cant be paid out with an active bonus

Slingo / Bear Group Slingo company withdrawal

The system says it processed my withdrawal on 7 June, but it still hasn't appeared in my bank account. Today is 17 June.

I'm really concerned it may have gone to someone else. Sadly no reply to any emails or chat.

I would just like my withdrawal paid into my bank under human rights and civil law.

Slingo / Bear Group Withdrawal

I have been o slingo uk for a long time and not experienced any problems before

I bank with Natwest and apparently this is causing a problem with withdraws. I have a pending withdrawal of £200 and a further £500 that i wish to withdraw. I have sent numerous emails to slingo with no response. Today I received an email informing me that my email had not been delivered. I have tried to contact slingo by chat, with no success. Are you able to help?

Slingo / Bear Group Holding funds

Hi

I have for days been trying to give all information Slingo have asked for during this time I was still allowed to play my favourite game with my own money.

When I first joined I was using a card that I lost so I ordered a new one. Since then I have been uploading information but after many emails they still won't let me withdraw my winnings. I now just want my money back which I legally won. I don't know what else to do

Slingo / Bear Group I've deposited several times will not let me withdraw says I have 140 cash and 10 bonus

I've been playing games on slingo.

I've deposited around 30 pounds I won money last night will not let me with draw as I've still 10pounds bonus left but clearly says cash 140 I feel its a scam so easy to deposit I've contacted chat ignore sent emails ignored if I don't get an answer soon I'm going to trading standards.i have been trying to withdraw the money since 9pm last night.

Slingo / Bear Group Withdrawal of funds

I have £92 in my account I tried to withdraw and got a message saying they need to talk to me for more information I have sent multiple messages in the live chat and sent lots of emails but am getting nobreply at all. I have sent a pic of my passport and debit but nothing I cannot get past the message to do anything. Please can you help?

Slingo / Bear Group Awful

Useless website.
I have never met anyone from this website who was lucky enough to win something really decent. Plus, there are always problems with withdrawings or taking the money back.
It's just a huge and useless waste of money that should be totally ignored.
Don't invest your money in something that works hat terrible and looks more like a complete rip off than something honest with a good reputation. Stay away.

Slingo / Bear Group They changed the website and we lost our coins and ranking

My wife and I played bingo on the website www.slingo.com. We earned a lot of coins and ranking, but one day the company changed their policy and the whole website. They haven’t warned us, users, and we lost everything, what we have earned for these couple of years. It wasn’t fair, but the company didn’t care and they refused to provide any coins or ranking. They refused to restore what we had before. Awful attitude.

They just simply dont reply and i cant withdraw anything

They keep adding active bonuses like for example £0.46p which i cant cancel in order to withdraw

No other site has such nonsense

I have been playing Slingo forever. My favorite game is Mutiplayer Brazil. When I go to you web site and I hit online games. The pictures of the games do not show up and to play now does not show up so I can not play my favorite game. I want to know why?
