Smokers-Mall.com fraudulent sales

Below is the correspondence I've had with this company regarding the theft of my money. I strongly advise against doing any business with them.

Your company does realize that all of our correspondence is immediately copied in by my government since I reported this, right? And in your past correspondence, you stated that your company doesnt refund orders of such a small amount? Is it possible then that you would like to personally give me your own bank account information so I can just dip my hand in and retrieve my money, the money I work so very hard for?
In answer to your inquiry: NO. I do not want your company to reship my order. I do not want to wait 25 days for my own hard earned money to be refunded. Your company was so eager to accept my payment by phone with an immediatree yo call me if you need my guidance on e withdrawal from my bank account, I want an immediate refund. Immediate as in NOW. I truly hope I have been clear on this. Feel free to call me if you need my guidance on getting MY MONEY back to ME, my number is xxx xxx xxxx. But you already have that information right, along with my address and bank account information?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I'VE WAITED ALMOST A YEAR FOR MY REFUND.
HERE ARE SOME OF THE EMAILS THAT TRANSPIRED:

As you can see by the attached email, dated December 4, 2018, You said that a check for
$ 82.65 would be sent to me. I have allowed more than 15 - 25 business days for this check to reach me, as it is now February 20, 2019. Are you going to tell me that it was LOST or STOLEN like the cigarettes were. Now, WHERE'S MY CHECK!?!?!?

They responded:

Our processing company informed us that the check that was mailed to
you wasn't cleared. It seems it got lost in transit.
In order to solve this isue, they will resend the paper check to your
address. Please confirm once again the shipping address.

I wrote back:

YES YOU HAVE THE CORRECT ADDRESS AND
YOU KNOW YOU DO!

DON'T TELL ME IT "SEEMS" IT GOT LOST IN TRANSIT!
IT WAS NEVER SENT!

YOUR COMPANY IS THE WORST THERE IS!
LIE AFTER LIE AFTER LIE!

They answered one more time and then they stopped. I've written several times over the last few months, but no response.

Please don't order from this company. After repeated attempts at messaging, email, and calls to a number they provide which is NOT a working number, I am forced to go to bank and contest the charge (thankfully, I have a credit union), and I have reported this company to the Federal Trade Commission, the BBB, the Credit Bureau, FaceBook scam pages, my own customers ( I work for a business that deals in tobacco and tobacco pipes both state wide and internationally and I would hate for anyone to be scammed like I was). Good luck and stay safe, friends. Do NOT order from this unethical, fake business. I repeat, DO NOT ORDER!

Smokers-Mall.com cigarette products

I placed an order for 84 usd and never received any product reshot or refund I find this to only be classified as a scam and to be avoided at all cost ! Order at your own descrestion! I tried to reach out to this company and requested them to look into this and still nothing also I have sent many more emails and still have gotten no reshot no refund not even an apology-nothing another company that makes money unjustly without a care of the customer and how tight money is in this day and age maybe this website should be shutdown or somehow people could be informed of a possible scam we're you may not receive any product

Smokers-Mall.com I didn't get my cigarettes

I have bought three blocks of cigarettes from www.smokers-mall.com. I haven’t received any tracking number, because they stated that there were problems with technical support and USPS didn’t provide it. Also, I have waited too long and when didn’t get my order, I called to credit company and wanted to dispute the charge, but they said it was late. Don’t order from these thieves.

I placed my order in June 2018 order Nr.803316 . My Sub-Total: $ 276.00. I did not get my order and I did not get my money back. This company is FRAUD.

Do not buy from this "outfit". You will not receive you entire shipment and you will not get a refund. I have emailed them numerous times and they say that they are shipping, but I never receive. They should be put out business.

Total schmuck here. I placed my order in early July and finally contacted the email "help" who told me the items had been "lost or stolen" and they would file an urgent request for a new shipment. Sure. Ummmm. I am now out the $80 and worried about access to my checking account information. A bright side (I suppose) is that I stopped smoking while waiting, but it's hard! I'm guessing I've saved almost $150. Oxygen absorption up to 98%. Breathing better. Sense of smell coming back. So --- maybe it's worth feeling pixxed off if I can stay smoke free!

It has been almost three months since i placed my order. They no longer respond to my emails and there mail box is full by phone. i feel rediculous i didn't read the reviews first but I have requested a refund. we'll see.

I ordered 4 cartons of Davidoff Magnums $60.00 a carton plus $6.00 ea. for rush shipment. Not only have never recieved any cartons, now they have invaded my E-mail and erased all contact from our transaction. I had a notation and order number the day of my order, ord# 803178 that's gone, a later post showed usps tracking number my Post office says they never recieved it I know I never got anything except less money in my bank account. I was using the site and date of the order to E-mail them about my problems so now they have invaded my E-mail account and deleted all history of our transaction so I can't hit reply to E-mail and gripe in there face has now even that has been denied me. Everyone who has been cheated by these creeps needs to complain to the Federal Trade Commision they need tyo be forced offline where they can't scam U.S. citizens any more. Kill this company don't order from them any more, go to Cheap Cigarettes and ask for Scott you will have ordered from honest people, keep track of it and let you know when it hits the post office you will have to get a P.O. box $50.00 every 6 months but the post office will steal anything possible what they don't take kids or the people around you steal them off your front porch.

I was in the same situation. I ordered cigarettes from smokers-mall.com. Now it is 5 months when we are discussing about my orders. They find bunch of reasons for not to return your money. I ordered 5 cartons, and at present time I have 2 of them! And it is after 5 months! This company are cheaters! Do not make orders!

I ordered from this company for years and always got my orders in a reasonable amount of time but in the last year or two I've had nothing but trouble the last order I placed was for two cartons and I ordered them in the middle of October I did not end up receiving them until a couple of weeks ago it took me seven months to get them so unfortunately I will not be ordering from them anymore I do have to say they answered every email but there's still no reason why it should have taken that long not if they were really reshipping them out every time they said they were good luck

Smokers-Mall.com I thought that my payment failed, but they have taken double sum from me

I went to Smokers Mall and wanted to buy some stuff from them. I have placed the order and indicated my card details. But the payment didn’t go through. I emailed the customer services and the agent replied that I could call them. I did as he told me and placed the order. When I checked my account, I found out that they have taken double price from me. Thieves.

It's just a game for them, I ordered in January and they're still trying to tell me to wait! When I demanded a refund they said I need to show prof of purchase but yet they gave me a tracking #. ITS ALL A SCAM! I explained that I'm paraplegic and live on a very limited income and now I get no answer!
