I brought a picture in. I’m new to town from Las Vegas. She assured me that she could do it. My hair needed up yellow. Came back in she made it even worse. I said something immediately, she told me it would begin to wash out (the yellow). It’s been over a week and it’s only getting worse. She charged me $180. I really want to send pictures. This is exactly what images come up when you type in shadow roots gone wrong. I’m wearing hats every day. And having to pay $250 just to get started correcting this mess, the final price will come when we’re done as we don’t know how long it will take to correct. She knows she did a horrible job, she offered to put more toner on it… which is like putting a bandaid on a bullet wound and also shockingly lazy. Rather than fixing the problem. She didn’t tease the hair towards the scalp the second time causing a definite line. It literally looks like I attempted this myself for the first time a failed. I’m so embarrassed of my hair. And have to wait until the 28th to get it corrected at a much higher price. She already charged me over what a amateur should, as she clearly is. I’m 38 been doing blonde since 19. This is the worse, hands down. The 2 first photos are what my hair looks like one week post the second appointment (meant to correct the first), like I said it’s even worse. The two following photos are exactly the images I showed her, prior to beginning. I even came with instructions from my Vegas stylist (20 years) for lifting my hair.

Hey Blair, since the toner didn't work and the issue still isn’t resolved, you might want to reach out directly to the salon’s management or customer service to explain what happened and request a refund or additional corrective service at no cost. If they're not responsive, consider filing a complaint with your local consumer protection agency. Keep all your receipts and any correspondence as evidence. Switching to a more experienced stylist for the correction seems like your best bet to finally get the results you want.
