My experience with Sono Bello - Bellevue
I wanted to address my knee area.
I went to one place in 2016 and got a quote for treating just the knee area and anesthesia cost.
Then, I went to another place and the doctor at that facility told me she doesn't perform liposuction because she didn't want to [censored] people and promise what she can't deliver. Now, after what I have been through, I have to say, I have a lot of respect and appreciation for her honesty and I just wish more people be like her.
Then, I ended up at Sono Bello as my goal was to find a doctor that treats knee area and that would charge me less than the quote was that I received from the place that I went at first for knee area as I couldn't afford the first place
Sono Bello sales person, Bethany, lead me to believe that I can expect even a better outcome that I thought I could before I could hope for only if I add more areas to be treated together with the knee. While the price for treating my area of concern was cheaper in Sono Bello, than in another place, I ended up spending more before I was even able to realize it. As Bethany kept interrupting me every time, I showed a sign of hesitation, and changing the numbers on her computer by adding discounts and after procedure treatments (which no one otherwise buys anyway), but with the total amount, as I realized later, remaining the same.
Fast forward, the procedure performed at Sono Bello in Bellevue location by Dr. Sattler didn't yield the results that were promised. As per their satisfaction guarantee assurance policy, Sono Bello promised to redo the procedure at no cost.
(I omitted to make a long story short all the pain, lack of care, stress and humiliation - all that, what unfortunately not so many, besides who experienced that, seem to care about. Unless, of course, if we died during procedure, then it could be a medical malpractice as in case with patient of Dr. Sobrino, Aura Javellana, who died after the surgery in 2009 in Sono Bello in Bellevue.
I wrote a complaint to Sono Bello's customer care manager about my disappointment in seeing no results, no improvement in the area of my concern.
Dr. Sattler, who initially performed my surgery, refused to revise knee area as well as another second surgeon, who happened to be that Dr. Sobrino, whose patient died in 2009.
After being given the runaround for months, the customer care manager just stopped responding to my attempts to resolve the matter and their satisfaction guarantee promise was unfulfilled altogether. I went venting online, on multiple website. One of them was /link removed/ The website that doesn't delete reviews once its posted. It makes money by allowing companies to answer to negative reviews online for a fee and that way having a chance to clear their names. Once review is posted on /link removed/ it is no longer up to you to be able to remove or leave it online.
After some time, a new marketing director of Sono Bello, Stephenie Vizmanos, got in touch with me She said she sees my point that my complaint wasn't based on my subjective dissatisfaction of the final results, but based on not having any results at all. After she confirmed that doctors in Sono Bello refused to perform the revision surgery as per the agreement, she was going to do an exception from the policy and refund the money. However, I would have had to remove all negative reviews of Sono Bello that I posted.
That was the condition in Refund Agreement that she emailed me to sign. I scratch those lines and emailed her explaining her that I did delete almost all reviews I have posted online, but the review on scam report isn't in my hands anymore. Thus, that is the only reason why I wouldn't be able to fulfill the condition. I wanted to get my money back, so that I could pay for my revision surgery and forget about this Sono Bello's nightmare. But I don't think Sono Bello cares much about its terrifying reviews online, patient safety, or their business practices.
That emailed went unanswered as well as my follow-up calls. I exhausted all the options with good intentions at heart to resolve this issue for good, but there was no attempt from Sono Bello from that point on.
Therefore, I had to take a legal action, as so many people on here talk about it, but don't act on it.
In my opinion, majority negative online reviews have pretty much the same complaint:
a sales person uses high pressure sales tactics and promises anything to have you put money down because she has to hit her daily sales quota, then everything else is a lie afterwards. After thousands of dollars, some people have a disappointing results, some no results at all, or worst of all, infection, or body parts deformed. Then, patients with unresolved complaints get the runaround for months, or completely ignored by Sono Bello's customer care and practice managers, hoping that sooner or later you would have to give up.
As Edmund Burke said: "The only thing necessary for free triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing".

I did exactly as told and massage the areas every single day I also wore the garment all day-and-night for months afterwards I repeatedly told them that I was not healing in that area and was feeling a wierd
asensation in that area they then offered me the special package of the Venus treatment which is basically go once a week for 15 minutes and they put a heat ed vibrator on those areas it still did not take care of it I have had tests done on my stomach for other things and that scar tissue shows up I feel it every single minute of every single day there are areas on both sides 4 area's total that when I walk move sleep anything I can feel the sensation of the scarred tissue being pulled I am now 8 months after the surgery I still have to wear the garment at night because it wakes me up and I am uncomfortable sleeping with that sensation of the scarred tissue being pulled Again I have repeatedly told them about this and they keep telling me I'm healing properly it is then 8 months and I feel it every single minute of every single day I spoke to my primary doctor and she said I would have to live with it the only thing they could do is go back in and cut again which would just create more scar tissue it is unbelievable to me for the amount of money I spent that I now have to suffer with this throbbing pain every single day I would not recommend this to anybody I regret having the procedure done the Venus treatment is a waste of time it does nothing and again for 8 months I have massage that area and they keep telling me I'm healing great so wrong

March of 2017 I did the procedure and got a bad infection. I was sick for a long time. My body looks deformed and procedure did not work. I reached out to Sonobello up the on set of infection. Went back to Sonobello to see about infection and it was treated like it was miner. I even had to insist the Dr clean the deepest wound. I havnt been back sents due to trying to recover from infection and blood cell count. I need some relief from this high cost procedure.

This place is a scan and it starts with Casi the model sales lady. She is pushy and promises all kinds of things like a used car person! I'm so ashamed I wanted $14, 000 on a procedure that didn't change a single thing! Then they sold me Venus Legacy treatments which did nothing also! I wanted so badly to wear tank tops but still I would never show my arms! I'm heartbroken, stupid and broke. So many red flags with Casi! I know better than that! She made "calls", lowered and changed prices and had such immediate openings if I jumped on the deal that day!
Never will I send anyone to Edina Sono Bello! She said this would work great for me, i was the perfect candidate and my skin was perfect for a tight ending.

contradicting doctor recommendations
I just got done with my doctor consult. He told me the results I wanted are not achievable using Sona Bello techniques for my front and stomach areas.
He also told me to do my arms properly, I would need to cut off some of the skin, or it would be very saggy. Then they had me scheduled for one day, but he said there is no way he can do all that in one day.
So before I proceed, let me say "Thank You" for being honest.
When I told the sales person the doctor said he could not do what she told me could be done, she started doing a song and dance. Contradicting what the doctor said, and when I told her "you're" not a doctor, so how can you tell me what a doctor can and cant do?"
Then she told me, we don't even do the cutting away of extra skin on the arms, and they should need to do that. I had to point out again, "you're not a doctor, so how can you go against what the doctor said?"
She sending my info to a different doctor for a second opinion, and I'm not happy I'm not meeting him and being allowed to ask questions. If I don't see this doctor, see a clean bill of recommendations; this joker is not touching me! And I'm taking them to small claims court. What a ripoff! If you're product is good, you do not have to cut throat like this and harm folks! If they don't let me out of this operation, I'm going to warn the world. Get it together Sona Bello! I will youtube these folks! If a doctor says he can't because of the condition of my skin and whatnot, that should be good enough. I know it is for me.

Do not waste your money here! I've spent almost $8k to have a lumpy uneven stomach!
I had my abdomen and sides done 2 years ago. Tacoma washington location! Soon after the swelling went down I noticed the area around my right hip was uneven and assumed it would work itself out after time. I would ask about it every time I went in the office for the skin tightening treatments (I had 3 or 4) and was told it should go away and even out after 6 months. I called around my 10-11 month mark and was told to wait until after one year for final results. Well here I am two years later, and it's worse than ever. It looks like a weird almost perfect square that's extremely flat and everything sticks out around it.
I emailed liz explaining this to her and also sent multiple pictures (it got worse as I lost weight) on july 9th 2018 and she said "

Forty nine days went by and I had not received no phone call, no email, nothing. So of course I emailed her again letting her know it's been 49 days and nobody has called me. Her exact response.. "wait what? Let me look into this! I am so sorry"
And guess what.. That was august 27th and today is october 11th and do you think anyone has contacted me? Nope 45 days and no one has tried to get in contact with me. I mean why would they, they already got my money.
When I originally reached out I just wanted it fixed and now I don't want them to touch me! I will be posting about them on every social media platform possible and will be taking this real far! I'm just getting started!
I had the same experience with trying to get them to return my calls or email. Why would they indeed, they already got the money - the only thing they care about.

Basically I spent about 2000 on nothing. My chin and inner thighs did not look any better than before. This was summer of 2013. I wish I filed something against them. They wouldn't refund my money. They offered to go in again but I did not want the imcompenent doctor to touch me again. And I don't think he gave me enough numbing medicine bc it hurt!

I had my liposuction done in 2010. I requested general anesthesia but I was reassured that it's painless. I was sedated (ONLY) I had the stomach, thighs, back, hips and arms done. The liposuction procedure was very painful, especially around the stomach. I felt everything. I tried to inhale as much nitrous oxide hoping it would put me out but the doctor told me not to and turned it off for about couple of minutes. I was making faces and breathing heavily through my mouth coz of the pain then all of a sudden, in the middle of my liposuction, the doctor stopped then said, "it seems like I am hurting you, would you like me to stop and not continue on with this?" OMG, what the heck was I supposed to say? We have already started. Can you imagine what I was feeling when I was told that my surgery will be broken down into 3 sessions. I had to come back 2 more times (a month duration/session). After everything was done, few months later I noticed sections that obviously were missed, everything is so uneven. The over 10 sites where they were poking around, left keloids that looks like I had vaccinations on left and right side of my body, from my bra roll all the way to my thighs right above the knees. They are dark and raised. I paid $12, 000 "IN CASH". It took a long time to save that money for the liposuction. I dont mean to complain but I feel like I just handed them the money for nothing..the result SUCKS SO BAD! I have dots everywhere and they look really gross! I just want them to do fix me up and do something about the areas they obviously missed. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to have them fix me up and do a retouch? I cry every time I look in the mirror.

I finally got in contact with Dana and met with her and Dr. Bevins., First of all, may I remind you that it has always been over 105 degress here in AZ during this season. The whole meeting or appointment was completely a waste of time. I am more unhappy now than before I went to my appointment. As I have said in the beginning that I am not very happy with the unevenness of my body after the surgery and also the "keloid" dots I have all over my body. Before I came to the clinic, I was informed by Dana that similar patients have have the "keloid" problem and it was all taken care of free of charge. During the visit to the clinic, no one really cared what I was complaining about and all I was being told by the doctor (with Dana present) is that my body will never be even because it was uneven to begin with which didn't make any sense considering I paid $12, 000 in CASH to at least see a little better result. They kept telling me that if I wanted more fat sucked out that I needed to speak to a consultant to give me an estimate. I kept asking them why it wasn't all sucked out to begin with, which I had requested before the surgery. My surgery was broken down into 3 different times because of the amount of fluid that was allowed to be injected into me every surgery, painful but really no choice. I wouldn't have cared if I had to come back 10 times if needed, if only 1 of my thigh was the only thing that was done in one day as long as i know that at the end of all the painful surgery, that I will be happy with the result. Anyways, Dr. Bevins had to immediately leave the room (for another patient?) after saying what he needed to say with no concern for what ever else I have to say but I was able to say something about the keloid before he left and he said to discuss it with Dana, which I did but by this time she was having me buy this thing called "scar guard?"..I asked, do I have to pay for it.she said "yes, coz it's a brand new thing" that they just recently got in. I thought it was free, I said. She said it would be free if the doctor has to make incisions to try to correct them. I said, ok, then let's try to do that. She said for me to get dress while she talks to the doctor about it. I got dressed and waited ...and waited that I finally walked out in the lobby. As I got to the lobby, I saw the receptionist and she told me that Dana will be giving me a call. I said, NO, I was to wait til she finished talking to the doctor about it but she told me that Dana and the doctor had gone home 10 minutes prior to me coming out. I wanted to cry coz they made me feel so unimportant and waste of their time that they had to sneak out of the office so that they don't have to deal with me. I asked the receptionist to double check to see if she was still there...They were gone... I am outraged of how I was treated.
I have tried to contact James from regional office in New York but until now NO replies to my emails and no follow up calls from Dana

Hi I put a 500.00 dollar deposit down at the Pittsburgh office in cranberry on September 7. I changed my mind and called on the 10th. Christine informed me that corporate would handle it. I received a call from Donna on The 13 Th. She was asking me if she could help. I told he no that I just change my mind about the procedures. She said she would have to see how to handle the process. I called early this week and talked to Christine again.
I feel I am getting the run around it should not take this long to return my deposit. I paid with two separate cards. I lost one since then so the rerun of my deposit can go on my other card, Or you can pay with a check. Please call Maria Moio at [protected] so we can resolve this issue.
fraudulent company and doesn't care about people
I signed a contract for procedures on my arms and abdomen for $7, 000. I wanted it done quickly to enjoy my new body for the summer. I signed the contract on June 29th with surgery scheduled for July 13th. That night my father was in an accident and I knew I would not be able to go through with the procedure. I began calling that night to cancel my procedure. I was able to speak with someone on the 1-800 number, but she told me she could not refund my money and that I had to speak neither my representative. Because the company would not acknowledge my call until I was in the window of cancellation for only 50% refund, I was not able to receive a full refund.
My family experienced a tragedy and I immediately began calling to cancel, so I could get 100% refund. The contract does not state that the cancellation must be done within a certain amount of business days- it just states days.
This business is out to completely ruin people and does not care about people.

This company is a fraud. They took $10, 000 from me to do work on my thighs. My thighs look just like the did before the procedure. Dr Klein bedside manners stinks. Sahira the lady that does the consultation, fo believe nothing she says. All she wants is your money so she can get her Commission. I went back after all the swelling went down...Dr Klein said he can fix all the errors for a 70% discount. When I gave them $10, 000. The medication they give me before the procedure didn't work. I felt the discomfort while he perform the procedure. Dr. Klein left the room on two separate occasions while doing the procedure. It seems as he was getting frustrated because I moan when I felt some pain and at the end of the procedure he said get her up and walk out the room. The nurse came and I got dressed blood was all over me and the spanks she gave me. I asked for another she went and got me another spank. I set back there waiting on someone to come and say something else after getting dress. No one came so my husband and I said maybe that's it do we started walking down hall looking for a way out. Dr Klein appeared out of nowhere saying they will bring you a wheel chair to push me to my car so we went back to the room and waited. So when I went back for the follow-ups of course I was still swollen so they take pictures and they compared to swollen pictures with the before pictures and make it look like everything turned out well but once the swelling went down and my leg still appeared to be the same condition as it were before the surgery I was a very upset patient. They scheduled me for follow-ups with the doctor the doctor never showed up on two separate occasions and I mind you I drove 2 hours to get there. And then he finally came after waiting 3 to 4 hours on him to tell me he'll fix my thigs for a 70% discount. I wish I would give you another dime. So all the things that I was promised I never received they just took my $10, 000. Doing the consultation she told me that I receive 8 sessions of contouring and that he may have to do a second lipo once it heals. She wrote my consultation for abs upper abs lower abs and waist and all I'm getting is my thighs done. I've never inquired about abs but I guess that's how they were able to take $10, 000 from me and make it legit. The nurse staff was very friendly and helpful but that Dr. Klein bedside manner is awful and his thirst for more of my money for the botched procedure he performed is a disgrace and the company stood behind him.

I wrote an email on 07-06-2018. I was contacted someone from Sono Bello in Washington state. This is what I had written on that date.
I have not contacted Sono Bello on the advice of an attorney. He did tell me to see if I could get a full refund of the procedure. It turned out to be a disaster for me to the point I was admitted recently to the Portland VA due to dehydration and close to kidney failure for a week. I was released on Friday. It took Sono Bello five days later to have the balloons removed when they told me it would take place on Monday after I was released from the VA. Even then they screwed around three times to set up the appointments to have them removed. The attorney informed me that if I need assistance they would step in to help me. I do have all the emails correspondences between myself and the Sono Bello here in Portland, Oregon. The attorney asked me if I had any possible medical conditions in results from the Thin Air procedure.

liposuction
So i went in on June 12th 2018 for a liposuction and I had the most horrifying experience done by Dr Sobrino
Once he started working with my abdomen i inmediately knew I was in trouble, but I was already there so I tried to be brave and we kept going with the surgery, This dr does not use general anesthesia or enough local anesthesia so I was awake and aware of everything was going on during, the pain got so bad that i was crying loud, whining and moaning dr Sobrino was so irritated with my behavior that he said to me in a not to nice way, Alva why are you moaning I told him that the pain was unbereable an at that point I want him to stop and he kept going and me I kept beeing strong and put up with the pain, one of the nurses there was trying to give me some comfort and Dr Sobrino shut her off so she won't say anything to me, she was also new there and it was first day working at SONOBELLO, he kept going and me I keep sucking it up crying and moaning he had no compassion whatsoever, I had two knee replacements last year and I kept with the pain kept bending my leg and he push my knee hard so I can kept it straight, is been so soon that I can't see no results obviously, I just want to make sure that before you go there make sure to do some research and I'm sitting here at the office waiting for my follow up as I'm writing this!

I had my procedure at Sono Bello on November 15, 2017, performed by Talmage Raine. I elected to have liposuction on my upper abdomen, lower abdomen, wait and BBR. I was charged $1, 447.31 per area, $105 for Platinum Recovery Kit and $1, 295 for the Surgical Fee, which totals $7, 189.24, but I guess it was rounded in your favor to $7, 200.00. I paid $1, 000 on my credit card, and $6, 200 on my Care Credit account.
During my consultation with Kathy Neidert on October 24, 2017, she conducted my analysis and based on my height, weight and measurements, and determined that the surgeon will most likely have to perform 2 procedures in order to maximize my results. When I signed my agreement, I wrote in the agreement that there would be a 2nd date so that there would be no denying that she indicated that I would have 2 procedures.
When I went in for the consultation, there was another senior surgeon present who consulted with Dr. Raine and I distinctly remember him advising Dr. Raine to make an incision near my scapula on each side. The senior surgeon told me that they should be able to remove all of the desired fat in one procedure. I reluctantly agreed to move forward.
On the day of my procedure, I was coming from the washroom with the nurse and at that time, she asked Dr. Raine what medication he wanted administered. He looked a little surprised and told her that whatever they usually give patients. That stuck in my mind because it was a little alarming that the surgeon did not know what medications I should take in order to undergo the procedure. My hair comes to the middle of my back, so I had to ask for a cover for my hair, especially since I had not washed my hair that day. Once we went into the procedure room, she told me that it was too late and that I had to move my hair out of the way during the procedure.
One Dr. Raine started the procedure, experienced on a little discomfort. During the procedure, I watched and was a little concerned because I thought I would see more yellow fat instead of red fluid. Throughout the procedure, the doctor made some requests to the nurse, who had to continue to ask him to repeat himself. Near the end, the nurse finally told him that she was a little hard of hearing. She then started disconnecting devices and he told her to stop because he wasn't finished with them. It was a little stressful that he had to continuously ask her to perform certain tasks.
Once finished, she put on a garment that was baggy and too big and got me ready to leave.
Upon my one-week post-op appointment, I had not lost any weight and noticed absolutely no difference. I voiced my concern and a manager came into the room and told me that it was normal to have weight gain because of all of the fluids that were injected. I was concerned that there was a large collection of fluid in my lower abdomen and asked if I should get post-op massages. She told me that my body would absorb the fluid and the massages would cause more bruising and is not recommended. I followed all of the orders and suggestions to the letter. I then ordered a garment, and when I received it, it was different from what I ordered, but I could live with it. Within the first week, my nail punctured a hole in the garment.
At my 3-month post-op visit, there was absolutely no change from prior to the surgery. I looked exactly the same. When I met with the nurse, she became impatient with me because I voiced my dissatisfaction with my results and wanted to speak to management. The nurse became very rude and dismissive, which annoyed me even further. I then met with someone that presented herself to be a patient advocate. She told me that I had to wait for my 6 month appointment, but looked at my before and after photos and agreed that there was little if any improvement.
All along the way, I had been suffering from depression because I had decided to come to Sono Bello instead of going to Miami for my procedure. All of my friends that had gone to Miami had amazing results and I was left to have to look at a body that looked exactly the same day after day. I am having to pay back over $7, 000 in addition to the interest payments.
I called and left a message for Angela on o4/14 and requested that she call me back. I received a message from her on 04/18. When we finally connected on 04/23, and we discussed my options, she offered to move me to a different surgeon because a refund was not an option. After discussing further, I stated that I would like to have my complaint escalated to a manager. She told me that her Regional Manager would call me by the end of the week.
Today is May 4th and I have not received a call back.
I am livid and beyond words. I have been taken advantage of and at a minimum, most of the charges should be reversed. My back was not touched. I have hired a personal trainer in hopes that I could work a little harder to see some results. I cry in private almost daily, having to hide my depression from my 14 year old daughter.
I will send my pictures and story to any and everyone in hopes that Sono Bello is not able to take advantage of anyone else. This is disgraceful, unacceptable and if you have any morals and stand by your work, you will look at the photos and agree that I deserve a refund so that I can move on to other options. I do not want to go through this procedure again to realize the same unsuccessful results. I am having panic attacks just thinking about it. My heart is heavy because of Sono Bello and Dr. Raine.

On May 19, 2018, I had my 6 month post-op appointment. I have lost 4 lbs. Angela assured me that she would escalate my complaint and relay that the only resolution that I would accept is a refund. If the first surgery was performed with absolutely NO results and change in my body, I DO NOT want to ever be touched by anyone associated with Sono Bello.
I have given them the entire 6 months to get a resolution and nothing has happened. I have already contacted the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. I will be filing complaints with the IDFPR, Illinois Attorney General, Better Business Bureau and all associated Boards of Review and advocacy groups.
To completely ignore me is unacceptable.

Where do I start. Yes I got my lipo and ex on may 11th which the doctor did a good job, however let me tell you about the financial part. They are the worst. At my consultation they explained to me that they would my take out a certain amount on a certain date. We were fine with that. Since day one we had nothing but issues with sonobello financial team. They gave us a different price for the ex that was given in our consultation, the day before my surgery they said they need the first monthly payment before they do anything (which wasn't told to us) fine we paid it which is weird because I didn't even have anything done yet and we put a $500 deposit down. Now it's not even the end of may and they took another payment! Why are you double dipping sonobello! It's nothing but all bad for your financial part and I sure this department what makes you stay open... You need to do better!
under eye lift. $5k and a mess to repair. stay away!!
I had eye lift surgery last November. My right side has healed with a scar that left a lump at the corner of my eye and the skin is uneven like a shelf. I can't even hide it with make up. Actually make up makes it look worse because the skin is actually jutting out, like a shelf of skin! The left side has a scar line that looks like they drew it with an etch-a-sketch. DO NOT go here for any type of facial surgery! You will be sorry!

I just had a consult a few days ago with Colleen in their Beverly Hills office. This lady is a sales lady, she knows nothing about health, or surgery yet you have to have a consult with her, actually agree to pay for the 10k procedure first before you speak to a doctor..very [censor] backwards. The fees were way more than if you were to really go to a specialist's office like boutique ones just down the street in Beverly Hills..they charge anasthesia prices for local, oral (pennies) for percoset, vicodin or xanax..that is insane, they give you IV fluids, that is about 10/bucks a bag..2k for surgery..3k for procedure that is about 2 hours, 5k. Way overpriced and too mickey mouse of an operation. They let a sales person run the clinical side of things. She had the nerve to tell me that the doctor could spend 10 minutes with me in a week between his "busy schedule"..hey, if I am going to pay 10k, I expect to meet my doctor and speak with him or her specifically about things, not on the day of the procedure, this is how complaints get created. Do yourself a favor and run for the nearest surgeon who has a nurse or medical assistant maybe do your vitals but you get to actually speak with the doctor doing the surgery. Unprofessional and very much like a used car salesperson selling me a car, not a clinically appropriate consult for a surgery procedure affecting my sense of self esteem, body awareness, body love and relaxing confidence that I am in the right hands. The whole experience was not only unprofessional, it was surreal and very very much a waste of my time and an insult to my intelligence and sense of pride in making a good decision. I was not treated with respect, instead, she assumed I would do the procedures and just asked me when I would like to schedule it..really? Seriously? How tacky can you get. Pass and you, Sonno Bello get a huge F for Freaking Failure in convincing this smart, saavy lady that going here will be a good decision.
liposuction procedure
I paid over $10, 000 for their type of liposuction. After the procedures one side had not been done. After complaining I was told I would have to wait six months to have any correction. I was previously told that the procedures might have to be split into two operations that would occur within one month. So I was very shocked to hear the six month wait time. I asked that they compare the before photos to now which would clearly show that the one side was not done and not swollen. The love handles was the one area I pointed out during the consultation that really bothered me. So I am really upset that I am now lopsided. I have repeatedly asked how much additional cost I will have to pay for surgery to correct this area, that I already paid for, if I wait the six months. I can't get an answer from them. This is a new office that just opened in Indianapolis. If you consult with this office I would suggest that you tape the meeting. What you are told and what you get are two different animals.
