Me and my boy moved here in Feb 2022. We pay a lot for our place. We're going through a lot of stress, anxiety, and lack of sleep because of the people upstairs. The floors are super creaky and the family up there lets their kid run, jump, and bang all the time. We've complained a bunch of times through email and phone calls to the people in charge. The guy who fixes stuff also lied to the people in charge about how loud it is. I can't sleep because of the noise and my son who has autism is really anxious. We have a meeting with his disability worker on April 4th. The people in charge said we can move if we give them two months notice and an extra month of rent, plus lose our deposits. That's not fair. They should fix the problem and tell the people upstairs they might get kicked out. We're really upset and don't know what to do. Please help!
