mobily 4g router 2gb, per day 60gb per month unlimited speed for 17 months
I have never seen a cheater company like souq. i have purchased Mobily 4G router 2GB per day, 60 Gb per month for 17 months. earlier they did not activate my sim i could not use the internet even after paying full amount 1078 SR i could not use the internet for 2 weeks, after conscious calls and complaints to souq they activated my wifi sim. because of this i had to go so mental trauma and wastage of time and money. but still the problem does not end here when the internet started my speed was very bad, when i enquired the customer care they replied they have given me 1Gb i was shocked when i have payed for 60 Gb per month why I am getting 30 Gb per month. when i made a complaint again with n no of times calling to them they did not solve my problem but to my amaze they changed their online plan description which was showing in my order history. They have smartly changed my purchased product details from 2 GB per day to 100 mb. I fed up of souq. and i have been mentally harassed. If they dont solve my problem in 24 hours i have to take legal action against them. It is not about just 1078 SR but its matter of honesty and priniciples. Tariq
cannot deliver my shipment
To Whom it may concern I ordered a product last week. Today a guy calls me to say I must find someone who can tell him what is in the surrounding areas of the area I live in. I am only in this country for 2 months. Do you not have GPS? How do your deliver with no GPS? I did manage to find the number for the manager of the compound I stay in, However after trying to call the courier back with my airtime I had no answer. Disgusting customer service! Dear Concern, I have placed an order for Lenovo ideapad on 29-09-2015 but till 8th october-2015, status of item is ready for shipping. Hi..On September 20 I received an offer from Souq.com for ADHA Eid and I set an order with total amount of $ 195.25 paid with paypal . I tried to complete the purchase and checkout but I failed I've contacted the customer service and I've got two answer and they direct me to call the admin to resolve my issue. Then I was forced to open a dispute at the pay pal and I received the feed back from Souq that the amount of money is released and I can transfer it to my bank account however the payment was in $ and the refund offered in SR and discover there is a difference, What I am feeling and sure about that people (Not the company policy) is performing a kind of procrastination not only this every time I send a request or had any concern I never heard an answer and they close the complain and that is giving an indication that these people should not represent Souq. Until this moment I am waiting for the refund although the case has been raised to a claim at the paypal and I am keeping contacting the customer service in this regard with no benefits Your support first to advise the customer service to have a behavior that match with Souq image since they are the front line and to have seriously review and resolve our concerns, then your support to have an end for my existing concern. It's almost a year that i had patronized souq.com items due to its sale prices and easy access on acquiring it. but there was dishonesty in the delivery of the item.for instance, the item posted on website was a picture of an original sunglasses but upon delivery i find out that it wasn't.sending it back was difficult due to the nature of my work.second, i ordered a 20 kg. dumb bell, it was posted and indicated on the item seal with a "rubber grip" but it wasn't as indicated. sending it back was another embarrassing event considering its weight. this kind of business should have satisfied its customers.

After the payment there is error page come up and my order not issued.
The website shows there is a available balance and you can place the order. I tried to place order again the same error shows.

This is to bring to your notice that i have purchased a 4G data sim from Souq.com on 23-08-2015. Since then i am following with them to get it activated and unfortunately nothing is being done. I have paid SAR 960 for that sim. Now souq.com is neither solving my problem nor returning my money.

wrong delivery address
I had a 50 inch TV delivered to wrong address despite having pro-actively spoken to them. After becoming aware of the wrong delivery I called customer service and spoke to them several times and stressed many times that they had to fix the problem same day because I was traveling but they simply just ignored me although they had promised me several times on the phone. I never heard back from them before I submitted the feedback form. They don;t care about the feedback and will not compensate customers for the extra cost they have to fix their mistakes.

Pathetic customer service ever!
It's been over two months since I received a defective product from souq.com.
Souq.com picked up the defective item and promised to return my money. Upon umpteen follow-ups, I still havent received my money. Bascially, I have paid for an item that I never received.
Worst customer service and online shopping website ever. Will not recommend it to anyone.
terrible experience
There is no warranty on souq.com products, I had send a TV back for warranty claim, Souq.com cracked my tv screen and send it back and they deny it saying warranty is not valid . How i wish i could sue the concerned people. Also they are very smart there is no actual bill or warranty card that you get from them. i learnt a lesson after buying 11 items from them, although i found a two of them defective before i didnt complain thinking it could happen since one was a kids toy and other was a sunglass. As a matter of fact the souq.com delivery guys themselves claim that souq.com delivers duplicate products and they are regularly taking products back from customers rather than delivering
package is in abu dhabi but won't come to me
Alright, so 4 days ago I ordered a package from Souq.com. It is excpected to arrive in 3-5 buisness days, I know. But when I track my shipment, it says that it is in the Main Hub in Abu Dhabi. I don't know what it is doing there because the package is ready Souq just needs to get one of their workers to my house and that's it. But they wouldn't do that. Come on, Souq. You should get better employees.

I have bought one item from the website www.uae.souq.com. There was fake tracking number and the seller sent me email, but it was completely useless. I was shocked and tried to contact them. I sent emails and messages through the website. But he didn’t respond. It is impossible to solve your problems, if they don’t communicate with you. The customer services are completely useless thing and I won’t advise other people to deal with them.

Hi. I would like souq.com to know that your shipping partner Q-Express (which is a Souq.com group company) does not answer customer calls. I called them on [protected] which is the number mentioned in their notification SMS and on their website. No one picked up the call for 30 minutes and then I hung up. Souq.com has one of most worst courier service partner called QExpress.
The delivery boy was psycho who was abusing my wife over the phone for no reason as he couldn’t find my address. when I spoke to him Even i also felt how arrogant and any women can get scared as he spoke..
We have complained in the call center and waiting to see weather they I’ll take action against him or not..

Experiencing the exact same thing . I have an order cancelled on 02.07.18 and today is the 15th. They have still not come to pick up the item. Another item i paid for on 05.07.18 and now 10 days later still no sign of it. Souq and Qexpress are unable to help and are always pointing fingers at the other person. Most unhelpful people ever.
No one knows whats going on. Rumour is Qexpress has a HUGE backlog and thus the delays.
At the start of the month everything was perfect and spot on. ALL my small value items were delivered. Now one of the high value items that was supposed to be picked up for return as it was not as described, is still not being picked up. I cannot get my refund till it is picked up and they still have not turned up to collect the same.
SAD. I can never again recommend Souq to anyone. Really Really Really Bad. Souq only apoligises on the phone and in e-mails but nothing is being done and apparently, they cannot do anything.

Q-express is seemingly helpless as well and their customer service agents on the call (If you manage to get through after blowing most of your credit on waiting on the IVR) are very disinterested and fedup.
I vowed NEVER to use Souq and Q-Express again after the awful experience last year of waiting for a delivery for a special Birthday gift - which was becoming 3 weeks late and then actually never arrived! After getting the same old excuse of we cant guarantee the date but we can only estimate - I got so fed up I cancelled the order and got my money back (another long story) .. anyway time is a great healer ;) So I ordered 2 items last week which were 'estimated' delivery 7/7 - great ! It is now 11/7 and still no idea when it will be delivered - neither Souq.com or Q-Express can actually tell me WHEN - only that it is in Transit and we will do our best 'dear'. The items were purchased well ahead of time for an event - and it doesn't seem that they are going to arrive on time - or will they? No one has a clue.. seriously this is the LAST time - it would be quicker getting on a plane and collecting an item than waiting for these companies.
They are the WORST DELIVERY company I ever dealt with in my life. What a shame fro SOUQ.COM to deal with so unprofessional people. I hope that AMAZON will quickly save their reputation by total avoiding such bad delivery company.
Hi this is request to suoq.com to change your shipping partner. before few months orders delivery were very much accurate, but now we have to call them everytime and check with delivery process and still not receiving orders on right time and this problem occurred not only one or two times but its for everytime.

Souq.com is the most unprofessional e-commerce site i have ever dealt with. Placed an order for an HTC Mobile but when it was advertised as "in stock" on their website and after 3 days the order was cancelled by them with out informing ! ...Apparently they have suddenly realized after 3 days that the item is out of stock.The same happened with me when i ordered an Alarm clock and after 4 days it was shown as cancelled... Cheating is the word that comes to mind.
