After almost 2 years working for spark with more than a thousand trips made today I have been deactivated for the most absurd reason possible in fact it has no logic at all. I was working as usual when I noticed the phone was very slow and decided to uninstall the app and reinstall it again and surprise when I reopened spark I saw the sign that you have been deactivated. I called customer service and they told me that I should appeal and I did and they told me that I had failed the app standards. Inconceivable I have no words to describe such nonsense, but the worst is the treatment that walmart gives when you appeal frivolous, lack of communication without the slightest respect for those who work for them, you have no chance is an automatic closed system that does not value anything, and you are not a phone or an app you are a human being who lives on it. Walmart's bad practices towards independent contractors should be monitored by a third party or they will just run over everyone who works for them.
Claimed loss: I lost my job without explanation for no reason.
Walmart Spark app is actively kicking American citizens off the app and allowing immigrants on instead. I’ve been waiting to join the app for well over a year, meanwhile an immigrant who just arrived last month told me he was given access immediately after coming to the US.
