The complaint i have is on the pay the sparks is offering to its drivers. They often place "batched" orders of about 3 deliveries for an average of $7-$8 plus tips. Most often these deliveries are often very far, customers wont tip, so you end up making $8 or so per hour doing deliveries. Not to mention the wear and tear on your vehicle, the miles you are putting into it and with the price of gas and the distance traveled you literally end up doing these trips for free. There is often not enough info to locate apartments which adds to the delivery time and delays. In case of a return if for example a customer is not home you need to return item back to store and they wont pay you for the amount you would have otherwise gotten. Also a very big issue is orders are not routed to a customers nearest walmart. There could be a pick up scheduled and customer's address is on the other side of town where there is other walmarts nearby and they still want to pay only 7 dolllars to deliver. There is no such thing as weekly gas cards or incentives like that. Orders are often very large for one vehicle/person, it often takes several trips to drop off customers home and no type of cart is offered to assist drives its an own expense you have to make. For the amount of money walmart makes it should invest in its drivers this is a prime example of corporate greed.
Claimed loss: time, money, miles
Desired outcome: results, better pay and routing of orders
