Buyer beware! I signed up to receive home delivery of sparkletts water at the los angeles county fair. At first everything was good, then suddenly my ordered doubled without authorization. Then I started receiving cases of bottled water on my doorstep without authorization. When I cancelled the service, they increased the amount of plastic water jugs that I had onhand and charged me for them. They wouldn't pick up the full jugs of water that I didn"t order, they made me consume them and return empty jugs. The billing is so fraudulent. They increase orders and scam you.
When you call their main number to cancel service, good-luck! You won't find a prompt to reach a person, you have to go through a phone prompt and you better have your account number, because the service won't recognize your phone number.
I finally cancelled this service. I had to pay more money than I owed, but they are finally gone. I hate sparketts and would never ever order from them again!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
my name is Tommy Kearney. I work fo a class action lawfirm in downtown Los Angeles. Many consumers have been victims to this very same sparkletts business practice. Ifyou or anyone interested in this case and would like to participate, contact me at ttomk40@gmail.com, or call me at Ringler Kearney Alvarez LLP, at [protected]. I hope to hear from you.

I am interested, Are you still involved?
I also have sparkletts and when I signed up I signed a contract saying that my cooler rental would only be for $3 a month. then a couple months later I started noticing that my bill was getting higher and higher, I just thought it was due to me ordering more water, finally I asked them to send me a print out of what I am paying because it just seems like my bill wasnt going down when I would send the water jugs back. When I finally got a response from them my bill showed that my cooler rental had been changed to 9.75 a month and no one had told me. I called and asked them why would it change, they said they didnt have a clue. so I advised them that since I signed a contract to pay only $3 a month for the cooler that they have to abide by that. They were supposed to contact the manager and get back to me and I still havent heard anything yet. I called again today and the "new" rep said she was going to contact the manager again.
Im entering my first week of cancelling and already the credit ruining nightmare is staging itself. This after 2 years of service. We, too, began to see this energy charge show up first of this year. Bottle discrepancies. The scheduled pickup of our cooler came and went and there it is on our porch in an apartment complex. Brought it back in so it wont get ripped off. probably get charged for it. My account is locked down so we cannot see or dispute the final charges, if they are in fact final. Looks like even after cancelling our account can be a blank check for additions. WE NEED HELP HERE IN LAS VEGAS!
Glad to see there has been others who have had this issue. The CS is of no use, the local manager in Los Angeles doesn't care but to protect his staff. For such an old and established company, they have poor management and thus poor quality of employees. They were not marking returned bottles and began charging us for it. We've caught them several times already, and apparently the delivery man does not know how to count correctly. I guarantee he is selling it and pocketing the money himself.
Not only that, he had the audacity to complain about me to my employee. If you have a choice, do NOT use them. They are fraudulent, and should go out of business.
