Mountain valley delivery / water event / sparkletts - unacceptable

Completely disappointed with your service and primarily your delivery. When we were customers with Water Event, a delivery was never missed, appointment was never incorrectly scheduled, website was always correct, payment method easy and customer service was top notch.
Sparkletts/Primo has proven that you only bought out Mountain Valley Water rights and the Water Event customers for pure profit. You could care less about service and delivery. Your logistics department needs to take training from PRIME because they have it figured out. Water Event had it figured out. Even in February of 2020 when DFW was hit was a massive ice storm and power outages - Water Event took care of their customers as soon as the roads cleared. You have not kept your commitments that the advertising on your hold music states and you've proven that they are completely false.
The only thing great about Primo/Sparkletts are the wonderful people that you have answering the phones. Unfortunately, these individuals cannot effect change when it comes to delivery.
My husband and I have called several times with on-going issues and here we are again. Water was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I CANNOT SAY IT ENOUGH! WE RELY ON THIS WATER FOR HEALTH REASONS. My husband is disabled and we drink this water, cook with this water, and he has to brush his teeth with this water. He CANNOT use tap water. I am appalled that I am having to write this email for a lack of service. I want this message to make it all the way to the top and I won't stop until it does. As late as last night, I held on the phone (and I have screenshots to prove it) over 1 hour and 17 minutes. This is ridiculous and we still do not have water.
I have decided to contact the NEWs to draw attention to your lack of service, operational failures, and the fact that you do not stand by your delivery promises. This is ridiculous. For pure profit, you have sacrificed the needs of customers that are in critical condition. The same as a doctor that never comes to an ER to check on a patient. You have left us to stress about what are we going to do for water.
We've heard every excuse from you have people in training, you are short drivers, you have a new logistics manager, etc. This may all be true but NONE of this is our issue and it shows a lack of management, organization, vision, and speaks to the working conditions in which you subject your employees. I feel bad for them.
Your website is never accurate and we cannot rely on the information. For example - delivery scheduled for yesterday. We are still waiting and this is not the first time. Your processes are completely broken. I never received a call back last night. Where is our water? How can we ever rely on you? Still waiting on a returned call - unbelievable.
If I could get my water from Prime - I would. I can count on them and every other place that we conduct business with - you are unreliable. I will be sure that this complaint gets to your CEO, COO, and CFO.

Apparently this company can open an account without the Costco card holders consent
And then they send you to collections so they can ruin your credit, this company does no service they service them selves by stealing and ruining peoples credit history.
Complaint
I had an account with Sparkletts and ask the Co. to come pick up their equipment stating I could not afford it and to close my account, a lot of BS given; a lot of lip service with promises to come to pick up the equipment; lots of no shows by Sparkletts. No explanations Customer Service was lousy.
After about twenty calls to Sparkletts they inform me they were bought out to DS Services of America and it was the new Co. issue. I spoke to what I was told was the new owners and told basically too bad too sad; that they sent me to collections for no contact with them and delinquent payments and they could not do anything. The equipment is boxed up sitting in my garage ready to go back to the Company my credit is now with a bad review

Sparkletts water delivery
Sparkletts's has been double charging me not crediting the glass water bottles I have been leaving for them. They take the bottles but do not credit the bottle fee which amounts to 30.00 per bottle. They owe me hundreds of dollars and I can't get anyone to fix this. I have written to them and they just say it is a bottle charge but never address the issue...

Called to end water service, company made arrangements to pick up water cooler, never showed up, had to take day off work so that someone could be home. Called again, was told that they rescheduled pick up date, although I was not notified that they canceled pickup. Took another day off, no show again . Called third time to reschedule pickup, explained that I would leave on the porch . I could not afford miss 3 days off when they are a no show no call. Water cooler sat on porch for 2 weeks before it was finally gone. Then find out I'm in collections over a water cooler that they picked up. I don't understand how this can be done.

I lost my job due to covid I suffered a hardship so I contacted sparklett to please pick up machine, they left me a voice message stating to set machine outside and they will pick it up, it never got picked up. I then received a ticket from my hoa that this has to be removed off my porch I contacted sparklets again they keep giving me the run around, they never came and got it, then sent my account to collections and charged me 400 dollars for the same machine I asked them to pick up several times. Now here it is months later I am receiving harassing phone calls from collection agencies threating to report this item to my credit. I called back they schedule me for a pick up once again for Wednesday the 25 of August and still no pick up. I called back they said a branch manager will be reaching out with thin 24 hours still no reach out or no pick up just calls from a collection agency.
Desired outcome: pick up machine, I pay the 98.88 for my services and they pull my account from collections and remove from credit reporting
The phone service
My bill is past due because I don't have hours to sit on the phone waiting to speak to customer service. I've called several numbers. My account is locked. When I pay you all I'm done. I only order water when I need it I think that's the problem. I'm so tired of your voice messages. I can not log on to my account for whatever reason and no one I mean no one answers the phone in chicago. To get this last order I spoke with someone out of town who took my order. I want to pay you but can't reach anyone. When I was paying for years through my bank you changed your name without informing me. My bank and I went back and forth with ds water for weeks before I could get you paid. Customer care sucks. If I could get into my account I could pay. I don't even know why I'm locked out and no longer care, I just want to be done with DS!

Sparkletts
On multiple occasions our delivery gets missed, it gets rescheduled to Saturday (our company is not open Saturdays). I call in to reschedule and that delivery gets missed, I call in again and they say it will be a week before we get water. So two weeks late and we are out of water! This company sucks at customer service and when you get a reschedule - it does not matter because it will be missed anyway. Nobody takes any initiative at Sparkletts, nobody returns calls, and nobody listens to complaints. This company has no customer service! We will probably leave this service as it is the worst ever.
One more thing, when the pandemic hit, they just stopped servicing customers, no phone calls updates, letters anything. But they still charged a monthly service fee! Can you say SUCK SUCK SUCK?!?!?!?

Collection account paid and 7 years later they are still coming after me
My husband and I had water service at our home in CA ad when we moved to NV we cancelled the service shortly after. The equipment and bottles were returned and after months of dealing with their agents we paid the account off. Now, 7 years later, they show back up on my credit report as a new collection account. I've disputed the charge, sent in all of the proof of payment that I had at the time and now I don't have access to the records of that payment account since my husband passed away.
Desired outcome: remove this account from my credit report immediately
Water delivery
They wont let me cancel this service! There is no way to do it online, only way is to call. They wont answer the phone tho! I have been on hold multiple times for 1-2 hours just to be hung up on with no person ever coming to the phone. This HAS to be illegal I keep getting charged with no way to cancel. They also overbilled me and owe me $50 but I can't get a hold of anyone to find out what's going on with that either.

Stay away from this company. You cannot cancel the account. I have spent about 5 hours over the last month trying to contact them to no avail. They slam you with more water than you order. They do not credit you with the bottle deposits they slam you with. This is a prehistory business in need of a class action suit!
I have never called when there wasn't a ' heavy call volume. I have tried email and they will not return all emails.
Just stay away from them and avoid the days of wasted time you will inevitably encounter.

I have been a customer of Costco Water Delivery by Sierra Springs for 3-4 years. At first, customer service was great. But in the las year to 18 months the website has changed at least twice blocking my access to web service and it has been extremely difficult to contact CS by phone. The automated scheduling service is ackward and not reliable. I've gotten System is down message and greater than 15 min hold by phone. What gives?

DS Water Service
For 2 years now I have had DS Services delivering my water. for the first year I notice they were giving me purified instead of spring. Eveyrtime I called about this, they said the change had been made. It never was... so fina;lly I decided I was going to have this corrected on way or another. Well, they did. BHowever, they started charging me $3.00 more per bottole. This was even higher than the amount listed on the web site. When I confronted them about it (again repeatedly) they finally matched the web site price but not the price I from the original contract. They claimed because prices have changed.
See below I have included 3 screen shots of my invoice. The invoices make little sense and every month my bills get higher and higher. They have no explanation since I order the same thing (2 bottles) every month. Now I'm seeing a lot of complaints online all saying the same thing. I'm not playing this game. I want my money back. They can do it or I'll sue and the judge can do it.

Last summer I was pregnant with my second child so I decided to try to get water delivered to make things easier. Instead, even the first delivery was wrong. They said they would correct it and again brought the wrong amount of bottles and the wrong kind. Now, a year later they still have not done a single delivery correctly. The biggest problem now is that I called to cancel my delivery service back in February but for some reason, I still keep getting bottles. I also called to have the cooler picked up and empty bottles removed. However they haven't managed to get here (it is July) and I call every other day or sometimes every day to ask when they will pick up the equipment. I have been charged for water I didn't order and the cooler and the said they would refund the cooler charge but not the water. ? They also charged me a delivery fee. I said I would not be held responsible for what happens to the cooler if no one picked it up Because I have literally been asking for months and they Said if something happens to the cooler then I pay for the whole inflated price of it. They have also said they have no record of anyone speaking to me about the cooler aside from one time and that their delivery driver was scheduled to pick it up on June 23rd. But the cooler was outside and we were also home. If for some reason it wasn't outside, I had also told them to ring the bell. I have spent hours upon hours with these people. It is ludicrous.
I received water delivery today and the bottle we where going to pit in dispenser has foreign object in bottom
Today july 10 2020 we received water delivery from Sparkletts and when putting i bottle in water dispenser We notice pices of what looked like at the moment like pieces of a finger so i panicked !
I called costemer service and let them know what was happening and then transfered me to some one else so i can cancel my account ! Of course i didnt want any more water from them specially since it Covid-19 season and everything should be cleaner and better sanitized! Any way while on the phone husband takes out water bottle to sun to inspect it more... and find out its pices pf strawberry I mean still alarming but al least it was not flesh!🤦🏼♀️ We cancelled out account and are about to go get a water filtration system to do thing our self but still so so so sick to my stomach! What have we been drinking for 6+ years! I need help filling a report ! Asap!

I signed up for Sparkletts through Costco. I didn't mind paying 7 bucks per bottle but I saw a bill that should have been $28 turn into $48. How to cancel online service?
This week, I received a thread, my debit was use illegal used by intruder to my online account with sparkletts.com on the 8th of feb. And I did not allowed auto pay set. And the payment for feb 6 invoice is only $18.44. I do not want to pay additional apart from this amount. I have to use the rest amount of over at least $10 to buy medicine and food. Your staff is not helpful, they only can help me delete the existing card that had saved online that I requested to help ease my worry and concern. But they did not return the rest of the money to me, and instead they make a picture that I have to pay in advance for the current month bill that did announce on line in public on my website with water.com (or even paper invoice. This is sad and hopeless. And the account can not close and open a new one and the staff is not helping to give me back what my bill has to pay instead.
If you borrow from a financial company loan, you still have to pay a interest fee, how can sparklett do that to a small family in usa, it feels totally human trafficking and I am an immigrant from east china, this is very bad. If you wanted to do that choose others instead.
