The manger at speedway on Bradley rd and Detroit always has a bad attitude she is always standing behind the register alway haves a smart remark to customers I was a everyday customer to that store but as long as she is there I'll take my business to other gas stations I had walked in on my cellphone witch was a important phone call and when I got to the line she seen I was on my phone she asked me how I was doing I said fine how about your self the she stated taking all loud just being rude cause I was on the phone and on my way out the store I herd her say if they wanna be in there phone I'll be as loud as I can . She is just plain rude and ignorant
gas / rude and disrespectful
so I went to Speedway store number 0006585 and a gentleman named Philip GF was my representative at the register I asked for $20 on pump 12 when I came back out of the store that pump said out of service on the screen so I went back in and asked him to put it on a Nother pump there was a Nother lady there who told me pump 12 would work I came back out to my car tried to pack the premium gas I asked for in the pump did not work so I went back in the store and I asked him to put it on pump 10 so the lady who was in there said that pump 12 would still work even though the screen said out of service so I then went back out to my car and tried to pump the gas again and of course it did not work because the pump said out of service so I went back in the store and I asked the gentleman to put it on pump 10 the lady who is in there then became rude and disrespectful so I asked for my money back And proceeded to then go somewhere else I refuse to get gas at speedway due to this issue. Also I asked for premium gas 3 Times and this man still gave me the wrong grade in gas!
...I have no idea what this is about. Let me see if I can get this straight: You bought gas on 12, and it was out of order, so you moved to 10 and wanted premium but he gave you regular. Then this random lady shows up, tells you pump 12 does work, so you go back to 12 while still having your gas on regular at 10? Then it doesn't work, so you ask for it be on pump 10 and the random lady starts being rude to you? Do I have that right? Oh, and the guy still did regular three times when you said premium? That I can see as a complaint - was he slow? Dumb? Not paying attention? Who was this random lady and why did you listen her at all? She was clearly insane and unless she was threatening your life, I would have ignored her. She was probably drunk or on drugs.

On March 26, 2018 I visited your store in Wadesnoro, NC. I stopped to fill up my car. I drive a 2010 Honda Pilot and it was on 1/4 of a tank when I arrived. Upon filling my car I was charged $89.48 for 33.9 gallons of gas. The problem is that a 2010 Honda Pilot only holds a max of 21 gallons and I had a 1/4 of tank when I arrived. I was overcharged for 18 gallons of gas. I went into the store to bring it to their attention and was told the store manager was outside. I went outside and asked to speak with her. She said that pump is broken, sorry. I said that pump doesn't say it was broken there is nothing on it. She said she couldn't do anything and I needed to call customer service. She wrote down the number. I stepped outside to try to call and the number she gave me was a disconnected number. When I went back inside to let her know she laughed and said well that's the number they gave me. I then asked to speak to someone that could help. She said she was the manager and couldn't help. I asked to speak to the owner. She said its on the number I gave you, which I reminded was dicconnected. I then asked that she contact customer service using the store phone. After over 45 minutes on hold I spoke to someone and the claim #they gave me was 675617. The store Manager's name was Keisha Moore. The store number is 7998.
Ms. Moore was extremely rude intentionally unhelpful. I have not been contacted by Speedway regarding my claim and it has been over 2 months. I am requesting a refund for the 18 gallons of gas that I was over charged due to a broken pump.
You, sir, got played. A broken pump wouldn't start up at all. 18 gallons of gas is a lot to go missing, and 33.9 gallons would fill up a cargo truck. I don't see how you could have run 33.9 gallons and not know, seeing as the clip would have snapped up and stopped the gas, or it would have been all over ground. Once your tank is full, the gas cannot go in and would have literally spilled on the ground. Nice try, but there's reason she laughed at you and gave you a fake number. You are telling a fake story.

I was over charged at speedway gas station off w pond rd in Woodbridge no. For 23.44 when I told the attendant only 10.00 but I noticed he was not paying attention to his job because it went over what I said . I live on a certain amount of $ each week . I only put 10.00 in at a time when I get gas. Please help me get that amount back I only had a limited amount on my card now I have barley enough for the week because my car isn't good on gas and I need it for the week .
$23.44 sounds like a few things were purchased as well gas. Even not paying attention, the employee could not have made mistake like that. If you ran your card at the pump it keeps going until you stop, regardless if you tell the employee anything. He has ability to stop the pump at $10, but only if he's not doing another transaction at the time, and he's standing at the register with his entire attention on your pump and nothing else. So you either bought more stuff or ran your card at the pump, because 23.44 is not a number that would be put in for a prepay. 15, 20, 25, even... but not 23.44.
rude customer service and trashy looking employees
Every time I go to the speedway store on S. Burnett Rd in Springfield, Ohio there's a line out the door and there's only one or two registers open with at least one employee walking around the store doing nothing! The appearance of your employees is for lack of better words, disgraceful! Their hair and beards look unkept and they look like meth heads!
Sounds like you're mad about something, but you haven't said what. Line going out the door? Meth head looking employees? One walking around doing nothing? Are you sure? One or two registers being open sounds a little vague, as there is three registers but one is crammed with another. Effectively there is only two registers unless you get a couple of skinny people at one and two. Big fat guys mean there's only two until they leave, because they're shuffling aside with their big armfuls of soda and chips and donuts and such. But yeah, all that aside, what actually happened that you're upset about? I want to know because if I'm waiting in line I want to be aware of this thing so I can avoid it.
fountain drinks
For over a week, the speedway in Urbana, Ohio located at State Route 29 and US 36. The diet Pepsi dispenser has not worked for over a week. I am a customer who stops every morning to get a fountain drink and that Pepsi is what I drink. In order to be able to take advantage of the beverage reward program and low pricing on your fountain drinks, I have had to drive to the opposite side of town to your other Speedway location to get my morning drink. This has continually resulted in my getting to work at a later time than I would desire. Please find a different vendor to repair your machines and a timely manner or get the current vendor to do a better job. This has been a disappointing experience, since the majority of the rest of my Speedway experiences have been very good.

I am a frequent speedway shopper, I love the store in Wernersville. They're all very nice and it's very well kept up with. BUT, one employee who I believe her name is summer. Time and time again, her boyfriend is at the store with her. It doesn't seem fair to any other employee because I've seen him do her job for her. I've also seen them get into very heated arguments. That lead to her chasing him out of the store. This is very unprofessional and rude to the other crew members who have to deal with her storming out or yelling at her boyfriend across the store from the kitchen. This isn't the first time I've seen these things happen but I have realized the passed couple days he has been there faithfully with her. I do not want to go into a store to hear teenagers arguing and cursing, especially when one of them works there! That is not professional and it needs to be handled. This is a constant problem. I've asked my buddies if they have seen these two in that store and they knew exactly who I was referring too and that is sad!
regular size/ 12 oz. can pepsi
Always, well many times, not stocked in cooler. I could stop anywhere for gas but buy my fuel here as I also buy 2 cans of pepsi each time. Have put off complaining online but tired of making this stop only to see an empty space where the small/12 oz pepsi should be. Usually two workers so why not stock the cooler shelves?
The large can pepsi are usually on the shelves-only because they don't have the same appeal as the original 12 oz. Pepsi.
rude cashier
A boy name marquel that work the speedway on 304 Washington street in williamston nc at 4:26 6/1/2018.Was the rudest cashier I ever dealt with. Had to keep asking him to rurn the pump on because I couldn't pump my gas. It took me 3 attempts going back and forth in the store. I tried to explain to the other cashier what was wrong and he told her not to help me. He acted like he wanted to fight me. He kept yelling at me and snatched the register around being funny.I feel if you all can hire rude cashiers, then I will take my business elsewhere. I will not be going back to speedway again.

Was at pinconning michigan, was in there with my daughter was roughly 640pm its was steady not to busy, i very sorry that my card didnt swipe. And the cashier gets a additude, sorry that i use my food card because i guess it was a inconvenience to her, or she dont like people who get assistance.. I wanted to tell her that i work a full time job, as a assistant manager, and customer service is our top agenda! Im just tired of it being look down on because of a stupid card.. But thats the way i felt! but this isnt the first run in with this lady, and it wasnt like i wasnt buying something for my child as i have seen many do that get food assistance.. Very unprofessional when calling about coming in to work. I work cafe side and wouldn't let me speak to my manger. Cussing and hung up on me. Before hire I was warned by other employees of this general mangers behavior but felt no need to judge or go by their opinion until I seen her act out. Is rude to most employees on cafe side. Doesnt smile and very unprofessional.
fountain machine
I go to Speedway everyday. There are several Speedways in the area. Only two that I frequent are keep super clean. The fountain machine has been broken for a week at one of the brand new stores. The new lid holders are horrible. The lids are always stuck and come out damaged... And.. if they are located underneath the fountain machine they have soda spilled all over the lids making them dirty and sticky. The flooring ends up being sticky as well even if mopped because of the cleaning product used. Everyone's feet are sticking to the floor as they walk and making a squeaking sound. I know it is impossible to keep everything clean all the time but some of the locations are do bad I refuse to go in them.
I love to go to Speedyway because it has a great selection and the reward program is really nice.

I am writing this complain because, and or about 9:25pm on5/21/2018 at this location while waiting to pay for gas the attendant was doing something else. I told him three people are waiting . Out of a blue he stared cursing me infront of other people and continue to curse and said a lot of bad words trashing me like never been before (he happened to use Ethiopian language at all times which, I also speak)even after I went away to get my gas by using debit card. He even got out of the kiosk and threatened me saying, he is going to hit me. Finally I called a police to report the incident. I felt very shame on this location's customer service and would like to report it, so you can review the video of this activity to determine what is going on with this sick and belligerent person .

I use to be able to come in every morning and get myself an iced tea, last week it wasn't made it was 5:35 the girl working was very nice and apologized. She told me it is supposed to be made at 5:00am. Two days later I go in and there was no tea made.. Today I went in and there was no tea made. The employees are all very friendly and I don't mind stopping there every morning for my tea instead of going through a drive through like Macdonalds, but if I can't depend on there being tea every morning it is and has been a waste of my time to stop in. Could someone please look into this matter and maybe reinforce the teas being made at 5:00am. I could go to Sheetz but I do prefer this store and the employees. Thank you

Beware of Maria Pickering/ store manager. As a former employee I have experience a lot of drama, back stabbing and lie's with her and her side kick on day food Linda.
She has talked crap about my co-workers that I work with, but when they are there she is so nice to them and myself like were her best employee. Her and Linda feed off on one another and when something go's wrong in the store it's everybody's fault except there's. A lot of stress because of these two and Amanda on overnight's isn't any better. I feel Maria doesn't know what she is doing as far as a manager and I feel this is why when something go's wrong she blames everyone else. Her co-manager Nate is a new manager and is learning the rope's there, but his temper toward's employee's and customers is to be desired. This store need's help in the worst way inside and out. This store is marked as one of the worst store's. Best thing I ever did was leave just wish it was sooner

I was in store # 2230 to purchase some antacids. Upon looking at my choices there was a sticker/sign that had advertised buy 1, get one free on one specific antacid. I took the to the counter along with my others items I purchased and when it was wrung up it did not give me the advertised price. It charged me for each package. When I mentioned it to the cashier I was immediately told I was wrong and that her machine would have wrung it up. I then informed her that there was a sign in front that said buy 1 get 1 free. Very rudely I was once again told that her machine would have wrung it up if it was on sale. I then proceeded to go back to the isle and remove the sign/sticker and bring it to the cashier to show her. That is when I was told by the cashier that I was stupid (yes, I was actually called stupid by the employee) and her machine would have wrung it up. Then along with my antacid purchase I had purchased 2 tornaado's that were supposed to be bacon, egg and cheese. Well what I had actually gotten were 2 sausage, egg and cheese which I do not or will not eat. I am absolutely astonished to be called names or treated with such disrespect from one of your employees when the employee herself can't manage a simple task as to put the correct food in its labeled spot. So not only was I treated like complete garbage, I am out $2.12 and no breakfast for the day.
poor customer service
I have been coming to this location of Speedway for a very long time, and have for the most part had very good service. For the past 2 months I would say every morning that I come in here which is usually 5 days a week, there is only one register open with three or four employees on the clock. This is a very busy time for the store in which it is necessary to have more than one register open so that we don't have a line with more than a dozen people in it. There have been multiple occasions where the employees were rude about how long it was going to take and that it wasn't their problem that there was a line of people. I feel that if this company is going to pay three or four employees at one time there should be more than one on the register when you have people on a time limit to get to work. If this isn't resolved then I will just find somewhere else to shop thank you for your concern.
terrible customer service
On 5/17/2018 I entered the Speedway in Indianapolis at the Intersection of Kentucky and Mann Rd. Once I paid I continued to look at the cashier waiting on my receipt. He said "you can leave now" and I responded, "what about a receipt?" He said only if you request one. I asked then why does everyone else give you one at a cash register. Well we don't. They the one describing himself as the manager opens his mouth and spews his terrible customer service combative responses. These clowns have NO clue of the "customer is always right" or any other quality management system. They need to go and fast. I will not return until these two clowns are removed. This was the worst customer service experience I have had all year to date. Not impressed at all!
complaint about a speedway employee named tasia
I consider myself a regular customer at speedway store 7523 and every time I have gone into speedway when Tasia is working, she is very rude and has a nasty attitude towards almost everybody. Somebody needs to do something about it because that should never be acceptable on any job. All the other employees that work there are extremely kind and helpful. But due to me trying to make my point, I will not be going to that speedway again.
asking the difference in product
The workers at the speedway on tusc and the speedway on raff rd and southway are very rude and nasty..i spend money there everyday there is no reason to be rude or nasty when you are asked bout the difference in product.i thought explaining things in your store would be part of there job.youve probably lost 8-1000$ a month from me.you need workers that dnt get offended when asked to do there job.

Those are perhaps the most annoying people of all. They're overgrown children, never having learned any manners and thinking being rude is cute. She has no business being a manager, and it's wonder she even got promoted in the first place. Was she blowing the DM or something?
