I was in October 16 2023 at 2:47 store #68568, I was told I was able to return my order if it didn’t fit by rep#22. I returned the next day as the item did not fit. The manager Donovan Jackson on Friday at 11:30am that it was not returnable and to contact the support team [protected] and waited for 1:05 min until I gave in and left a message. Donovan provided me with his number also [protected]. I had a 4 year old with me and couldn’t wait any longer. The item we purchased was an XXL my husbands a Xl normally so maybe someone washed after, the cloak I bought would be way too heavy and long for the streets with my daughter. I called and left message on Friday, no return call, called Donovan Saturday with no response, called main line today 1:14 and returned call at 2:32 the peso. I spoke to put me on a 3 way call and then that person directed me to Donovan again. I was so clear on the purchase to be able to return, I was patient enough. Halifax Spirit you lost all respect of a customer, I hope you make it right. Donovan also mentioned if my husband can’t read, that’s his problem. My mouth dropped to the floor I can’t believe someone that states it can be return verbally impacts someone that can’t read btw not sure where we were able to read this anyway
