I bought in the beginning of october 2024 2 *lifetime keys of Office pro 2019. I redeemed them but could not use them because I had to wait one month because of Microsoft (because I changed cellular phone number in the same time).
I cannot find any track of these transactions in your site.StakeSocial. I do not find the redemption link nor the licence code, except that i kept a copy of the keys.
How can I install those 2 copiies of Office pro 2019 (on two different new computers).
This Week, my bank told me that an amount on a key Office 2019 has been taken from my bank account (26.37US$ ou 42.56$can). what happen to that new transaction paid for this week I do not have any trace of the transaction.
I would like to resolve this situation about the 3 keys Office pro 2019 lifetime keys. What could you do? What could ou should I do. I was all this time waiting one long month for Microsoft . I received the ok from Microsoft 3 or 4 days ago.
