greek yogurt with blueberries and strawberries
The strawberries (3) in my Greek yogurt were old, one was rotten. This wouldn't be so bad if I paid $2 or 3 for it. This yogurt was $5.29! A surprise? Yes because there was no price anywhere on it and it was one of the few healthy, non bread items. I am a regular Starbucks customer and I've never had a problem with any of their food or beverage items. I don't think this airport location is held to a Starbucks standards. I'm going to suggest to friends and family when they are in our airport they may want to head done to the other coffee shop, Seattle's Best is great coffee to.

It has been an on going problem for the past year the lids do not stay on the cups it has almost caused accidents more then once. The firl on the the top of the cups has not been being mad right to match the lids. And they just pop off and go everywhere. It has costed us money from Haven to eaither go home and get close and loose pay or buy an outfit. It just happen toy boss 10 min ago and it has ruined our day once again. Not to mention. How can every time we go to the aronld md Starbuck at 630am they never have dark coffie brewed and same problem with the one on mountain Rd Pasadena 6 30am no dark coffie waiting for it there regularly also. But ur cups need to be quality checked more often or u will find ur self in a law suit

I frequent this location often... For the 3rd time this week they have lost/forgotten my order... It started with young gentleman taking my order... read it straight off the menu, starting with the size... I ordered the cold foam cappuccino iced coffee recently added to your menu... apparently, they always having some issue with the POS system... At the time, I was the only one in line, figuring this would be a quick order to complete... for 8 solid minutes I waited for my order... I got to the point that I had to say something... I look over to the barista and asked her for the status of my order... she replied back that she lost the ticket... shocker! (with sarcasm)... she asked me for my order and I replied by reading it straight off the menu... she asked how do I want the order... and I pointed and once again read it off the menu board... As I waited, you can hear the manager complaning in the background about hours and whatever else that was on her mind... didn't really care to hear that... finally after 10 mins I received the order with attitude and a disgruntle look on her face...
This particular location for sometime seems as though its operated and treated as if its the red-headed-step-child... This is just one of my many unsatisfactory encounters at this particular location... Considering its at a prime location, one would think it would be operated like the locations in NYC.
I more than understand that this particular business has its stressful moments and etc, It just feels like I'm always inconviencing someone at this location with my order... not exactly the feeling I would like to feel when I frequent a place, especially when its not busy at the time.
I would like to be refunded for at least two of my previous orders... I've attached a picture, copy of proof, of purchase through my app banking statement... I enjoy the products that Starbucks has to offer, but don't care for the attitudes and inefficient ways of operation... Heck, they don't have to even acknowledge my presence or even smile... just want what I paid for.

Employee [protected] Amber provided terrible customer service. I was never thanked for my business and my order was not correct. The employees was gossiping with another worker the entire time I was there. Someone was collecting cash from the register st the time and appeared to be a manager of some sort. This person did not attempt to correct the employee on her service.

The customer service at this location is horrible. The people behind counter need additional training obviously, no hello, no thank you. Whole attitude says, " I hate my job, I don't care about you, go away"
What a let down for Starbucks.
When I swiped my phone to wrong thing, she waited until I walked away, then yelled out to me, then continued her miserable attitude. Again no pleasantries, no smile and no sign of caring about her job. Other 2 girls appeared to share same attitude.
The counter out front was spilling over with garbage.

I used to order an American Misto with Soy, then I decided to order a Café Misto with Soy (I thought the price would be less). For 3 days I ordered the Café Misto with Soy and was charged over $5 (closer to $6), today I ordered the Café Misto with Soy (with a more experienced employee) and was charged just over $3, also, she asked me what kind of coffee I wanted (e.g., Pike) and this was the first time I was asked what kind of coffee I wanted when ordering the Café Misto. I told the girl I have been overcharged all week and all she offered was a smile. I have been overcharged for my beverage for 3 days and would like to be reimbursed.

June 20, 2018: Barista, CRYSTAL likes to lecture and talk down to paying customers - and does it in a cocky and disrespectful way. She likes to put her own personal, sensitive needs in front of her job and those who pay her hourly wage. Management needs to reign that attitude in. Corporate complaint is next. She also told me to wait 10 minutes to mop up a small water spill at the front counter. No other baristas offered to help. Once cleaned up, she ignored me and went to the drive-thru.

The first time I had to return Starbucks coffee because of the blend. I was disappointed and so was my daughter. Our orders were Vanilla Latte and Caramel Macchiato, respectively. The server was visibly discourteous, non-chalant, unapologetic, unpleasant and slow. Her service was poor and a display that she did not like her job and was doing me, the customer, a favour. Her demeanour was clear and insulting. I made comment to my daughter that that was the worst Starbucks experience I ever had. The server made the coffee again and it was the same, unpalatable! My daughter replied that we were not in The Bahamas where our Starbucks experiences are always a "WOW"! In fact, all my Starbucks experiences were excellent up to this one. I spent 40 minutes in the store and finally walked away with reimbursement for my purchase. I ordered a Ultra Carmel Frappuccino without whip cream. 10 other customers were served before me with at least 4 being Frappuccino drinks. At the time I asked for my money back (after 35 minutes)preparation of my drink had not started. I was told an employee had made the drink with whip cream, was directed to throw it out, then the employee was confused and didn't make another.
The workforce in the store was extremely disorganized. When I entered there was a long line with three workers standing at one cash register, one employee taking shelf inventory and one worker making drinks. The employee that threw out the drink that was supposedly mine was filling powdered sugar shakers in the customer area when I first started waiting for my drink. He was using a large spoon to fill the shaker over a trash can. Nearly half of the material was going into the trash.

The Starbucks associate left the till to get something from a closet before my sale was completed and I had to ask the barista for my receipt. I purchased a Caesar salad and fruit cup but found out after the sale that they were out of forks. The hand-off and prep counters were dirty with wet paper towels by the ice bin. There were fruit flies hovering over the bar. Later, when I tried the fruit cup, the fruit tasted rotten and I had to throw it away. Overall, an awful experience (I used to be a Starbucks supervisor, too).

I went to the Starbucks located in City Center Square 1100 Main in Kansas City Missouri. I entered the store and was the only one there. The store clerk saw me and ignored me. Then four white people entered and the clerk had a change in attitude. She greeted the people, and took their order
I asked for a caramel iced Macchiato. The clerk stayed silent and never smiled. She then made my order. When I opened the lid, I stirred my drink and felt something hard. I took a spoon and lifted out a brown furry mouse covered in Green mold
I showed the clerk. She was expressionless. She said to me without making eye contact, maybe Starbucks isn't the place for your kind.

Your Starbuck in Spotsylvania Virginia (Southpoint) need additional training on customer services. I stop by your facility almost every morning and the service is crazy slow. I'm a commuter there is no reason why your must wait over 5 minutes for a cup of coffee when there is no one else in line. Please talk to you staff. Mornings are crazy! (4:30 a.m. customer)
sexual harassment / freezer worker is a pervert and harassing workers
The freezer worker in the starbucks at spring grove jewel osco is harassing girls on the daily. Someone very close to me works there and shes scared of him and so are the other baristas, he makes comments about their sexual parts even right to there face. He even told them that he tells them apart from their butts. This man is over 40 years old while the girls are all right out of highschool. They are too scared to submit complaints so im here doing it for them.

drive thru service sucks
First of all your starbucks is in the wrong location. Drive thru service is really slow and I am always waiting for at least 30 mins for a drink. This is unacceptable because drinks shouldn't be taking so long to make. The afternoons are a lot more busier at this location and there should be more employees working to please our needs. Please fix this problem as it is becoming an issue. I have been a customer for this store since it has been established and I do not want to choose another store for my food or drinks. Please fix this issue.

I am writing a complaint on one of the employees at starbucks john wayne airport, her employee # is 329679 amy.
At around 5:25pm I ordered a strawberry lemonade refresher and I told the barista that I would like to use my rewards twice! After scanning my app, she said that I still owe money. I questioned her as to why since I used my reward, she said she didn't hear me say it. Which I told her that I mentioned it twice.. And she was very adamant on to how she didn't hear me and gave me a death stare which I returned back so she knows that I can see her giving me a very dirty look. But she didn't even flinch and continue to stare me down! And just on a side note, she messed up the order of the person before me and I heard her apologize that she messed up because she's really tired to the other barista. Which probably why she wasn't paying attention when I tried to tell her that I would like to use my reward. She then gave me this long explanation on how it will take forever to correct it and how much of a hassle it is since she has to grab the manager to fix it. This behaviour is unacceptable and i'm very furious on how I was treated. This person should not be allowed to help customers, she's very rude and wouldn't accept her mistakes and continuously pinning her fault to the customer! I would have let it go and just pay what I owe if she just apologized in the beginning and admitted her mistake. This person should be disciplined or get fired on how she treats customers. I've never had in my life someone stare me down so bad that it made me so little when it wasn't even my fault in the first place. Please help me ensure that this lady get some discipline or training before she help other customers.

I was at ohare in terminal 3 with my headphones in. I was the only customer near by when I heard a manager named "dina" tell one of her employees that she has been sleeping with her boss named "brad" and that is the reason she gets everything she wants there. Although I had my headphones in, I wasn't listening to anything, I just keep them in for anxiety purposes. I assumed they did not think I was listening. I just don't think this was professional for a manager to discuss with anyone and the fact that there is hokey pokey happening within the company is disturbing. I hope this gets taken care of.

A few weeks back, i've witness a few customers treating store baristas horribly in those past weeks. I assume employers would be able to handle these kind of situations, but unfortunately, there wasn't any support available for the barista.
Early may, i've witnessed an elderly lady rant at a store barista about her frap being too sweet or something. The barista of course took the frap back and made her a new one, but the lady was murmuring disrespectful comments to the barista like "c'mon I paid you to do this. You should know this by now". It only made me furious, but I thought starbucks management would handle this kind of thing. After the lady got her order, I reassured the barista and told her she's doing great.
Mid may, i've witnessed a middle aged man in a way harassing the barista at cash. He behaved very creepy in a way by hitting on the barista that's taking his order.in fact, it seemed he was making the barista uncomfortable, asking her where abouts she lives. I was behind him and I glared at the guy. He got his order either way and proceeded. The reassured and talked about how creepy the guy is.
End of may literally a couple days ago, a difficult customer was being pretty rude to a fellow barista at the cash and production aisle. She made a bit of a seen by asking how the baristas are being "disrespectful" and not taking her order seriously, when the baristas have their hands full on other orders. It made me mad about how entitled she think she is. But what really made me realize was that the manager or anyone in power wasn't there to support the baristas. That made me furious, and makes me worry the overall health of baristas.
I hope management and corporations focuses more on the health of the baristas than the experience of the customers. Honestly, customers shouldn't really get this much benefits since most of them are pretty toxic and damaging to these employers.

This morning at 11:15 am 5/27/18 I went into the starbucks and at the counter I asked the lady behind the desk for help. The lady said"one minute".in an abrupt way. Just them the barista (a heavy set african american woman burst out laughing for approximately 30 seconds. All patrons looked at what the noise was about. I was very uncomfortable and felt embarrassed. This was not a welcoming friendly environment and I will avoid going into that location.

I am writing about a manager (his name is junior) who displayed unruly behavior towards myself. I approached this guy on 05/05/18 saturday afternoon after not being completely satisfied with the drinks we ordered. I told him politely that our drinks were not even at par and it taste bland and not great. He was just looking at me and said 'ok.' he told me that next time I should bring the drinks back and the body language he was projecting was very rude.
The person did not even apologize to me, so I said, sir, you're not gonna even apologize? Your employee is totally showing unacceptable behavior towards a customer which needs to be brought up and address if necessary. This is so disappointing for customers especially for a customer like me who comes to your store at least twice a day. Thank you for your time.

I waited for 5 minutes in the drive through before anyone even said hello and realized I was there. Then when I made my order I had to repeat it several times before she finally got it right. When I got to the window I waited again and received the wrong drink. I pointed it out and theb waited again for them to make me the right drink. It was the worst ive ever had. There was mostly ice and it had chunks and there was barely any flavor despite my extra sauce and shots added into it.
