The rudeness of the server, snatched money out of my hand, rude manner to start, ordered drinks.. Go wait. 20 mins later, one woman already complaining waiting 40.mins for a black coffee. When eventually got our caramel machs more like a lousy cappaciano than machiato. One was half full, and warm, other two, warm but a burnt taste, warm was drank so quick, other 2 were half drunk then chucked away. The vanilla bean frappe had no taste and more ice than milk and flavour. Didn't have time to go back and complain as had to board our plane. Worst bunch of people working there. Rude and need customer service training and definatley need barista training

on 5/29/17 1:57 pm we stopped at the New Stanton travel plaza to get a bite to eat and a drink. 2 of your employees (Peyton and Molly) were at counter. We asked about sandwiches and they rudely said "down below" when I told them there was no sandwiches there they said "we're out". I asked about a salad as an alternative and they both rolled their eyes (as if I was interupting whatever it was they were doing. One was at cash register the other on her phone. we ended up getting 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 cups of coffee. my chk # is 663. I just would like for someone to talk to these employees and their manners. If there was a faster place where we could've got food faster we would not have bought from your place of business. These youngens need to learn some manners and how to speak to customers in a more polite way.

I am a Canadian visiting Egypt. I was shocked by the level of service on multiple crucial aspects. To begin, the internet was not working. When i asked one of the waiters called Ahmed, he told me that it is not working for awhile. That resulted in major delay in reponding to my work emails. second, i went to sit in the top floor and after half an hour, approximately 2300 hours on Friday, May 26, 2017, the waiter came to me and told me that i have to move all my stuff ( my laptop, notes and book ) downstairs as they will be cleaning this sections. He said that this is the daily routine. please note that there was no signs indicating that.FInally, a waiter approached my at 0145 of Satuday May 27 and asked me to leave as they will be closing at 0200 hours. Please note that the working hours on the internet states that they work 24 hours 7 days a week and i have planned accordingly. I had a terrible experience and I asking for changes to be made adn the resposible to be held accountable.

Went to order lemon cake and Peppermint Mocha before my flight at the George Bush Intercontinental Airport. The cashier was really polite and was training. He made an error but the supervisor/senior staff assisted him with the transaction. Although it took longer than should I didn't mind as I understand when training it takes a bit longer.
Once I've gotten my food and Mocha I walked away and not until later got a chance to taste it. The Mocha tasted terrible, it tasted off and I am guessing the milk was bad. After a few sips I threw it in the garbage. I hadn't the time to return it. Also most people shy away from having things remade due to fear. It was the worst I've had, and believe me when I say Peppermint Mocha is my favourite and I've had it in other cities in US and Canada, even one the night before at the same airport. It could also be that I ordered a skinny and they used whole milk, I'm not certain, but I had stomache problems the next day. The trainee and supervisor didn't make it, there was another young barista who was making them.
I know sometimes things happen, but not having my Mocha fix before a long flight is truly disappointing.
starbucks app card usage down at least 3 weeks
I have not been able to use my starbucks card to pay for purchases and get my star points at least 3 weeks. I fly pretty much every week and stop by this starbucks before boarding for water, drinks and sometimes snacks. I have to pay with cash or credit card since they are not able to accept my card or app for payment. How long does it take to get this resolved. Missing out on a lot of star points and not happy.
starbuck's venti cup integrity, hot beverages, collapsing
1.) the first instance, I purchased a pike coffee, I took it to the service bar and added the half and half, when I picked up the cup to walk out of the door to my car, the cup integrity collapse and I ended up flinging the hot coffee into a corner. Fortunately, neither I or any of your other patrons where scaled.
2.) about a month ago, I went into my local starbuck's as per usual, and I got a venti latte hot beverage with two raw sugars. I took it to my car and as I am driving I went to take a sip from it and again the cup collapse and began dumping scalding hot coffee on my shirt and jean pant leg.
Starbuck's Executive Response: "...While I cannot speak for the interaction that you had with the partner at your store concerning our cups, I would like you to know that we were not able to identify any wide spread issues that would indicate that our cups are not meeting safety standards. While the details of these investigations are considered proprietary information, I can assure you that steps have been taken by our quality team to ensure that our cups meet safety standards. I would like to share with you that we are currently in the process of testing new cup varieties as we are constantly looking into new ways to develop our cups and lids. Please know that your feedback has been considered as we look for new options in the framework of our cups..." Since Starbuck's is anxious to bring this to a resolution, if anyone else has encountered this same issue or currently requests a double cup, like I do to avoid cup collapse, I have enclosed the contact information below.

I want to add my name to the list of complaints! I'm waiting to hear if they will cover the cost of cleaning my vehicle that reeks of coffee (90 degree heat outside isn't helping). I need my new vehicle cleaned & 1 item replaced. Spoke with managers at 2 of the Starbucks and they say this is a KNOWN problem- cups collapsing, lids popping off, lids being too tight to fit cups, etc. Management is telling them its a supplier issue as they have changed suppliers 3 or 4 times already and are trying to find one that can produce a quality cup. This is unacceptable IMO.
I have had two Venti cups collapse on me as well. Both times I spilled hot coffee on myself. I have never had a problem with tall or grande cups. In my opinion the taller cups lack structural integrity when full.

I have been having this issue lately with the cups, they collapse and spill the coffee on me and my car. Ridiculous.
I just bought a latte this morning (for my wife) and when I went to hand it to her, the cup COLLAPSED, spilling hot latte all over the inside of my NEW car. After cleaning up the spilled coffee, we figured out that the problem was either the cup isn't as strong as thev'e bit in the past or the top wasn't put on properly. The barrister also didn't put a sleeve on the cup - I had to ask for one.
I'm hoping that my wife will finally decide that your coffee just isn't worth the price, and she'll let me make it at home.
Same thing happened to me and Starbucks was rude and refused to do anything about the damages to my new car. The console had to be removed and cleaned. The coffee had reached the electrical components but no damage. I asked them to pay for work and refused. They asked me if I took pictures. I said no I was too busy trying to clean up the hot vanilla Latta in the console, on my leather seats and me.

Dear sir/madam,
For your information, this is a complaint about a starbucks product. According to a store manager in a starbucks shop in winterthur, zurich (situated within the railway station) who confirmed to me, that their 'espresso decaf espresso roast dark' pods are no longer available due to limited customer demand, which is actually complete nonsense and a contradiction in terms, because he then stated that a number of other customers where requesting for exactly the same product as well on numerous occasions! So clearly, there is great consumer demand as people are obviously missing these pods too, apart from myself!
Therefore, surely, limited customer demand cannot possibly be the reason!
As the store manager also put it, limited demand also being the reason why, apparently, all stores are no longer delivered with these decaf pods, much to my dismay and huge dissatisfaction.
However, what annoys me even more is the fact that head quarter appears to have completely failed to pass down this information to their stores thus store staff not being able to properly explain the reason why this particular product being out of stock since months!
Another reason why I am rather upset and actually quite angry about being that I have made a large order at that winterthur store over an entire month ago, specifically requesting for a large order of these decaf pods - and even left my contact details for a callback, once relevant pods would arrive in store.
I had been waiting for this callback ever since and never received any call whatsoever.
Only when I took the trouble to actually travel all the way to winterthur and visit that shop in person did I eventually learn from the manager ricci, that they had not received a delivery for three weeks and that he would contact head quarter on my behalf to enquire what exactly the issue was with these pods and if there being the possibility for customers to actually order this product off starbucks directly, rather than via their stores.
That conversation between that shop manager and myself was already an entire week ago and I have not heard from him since!
I do not know how the information/communication flow is actually working within their organisation - or evidently not really at all, however, I am still waiting for a) an answer from that manager as to what the current state of affairs is with regard to my decaf pods and b) I absolutely want a redress or some sort of compensation for the inconvenience caused by extra having to visit the shop and the totally unacceptable long wait for an answer that I never actually received since initial request made!
Another matter that absolutely annoys me as well is the fact that starbucks launched an espresso machine not so long ago, that is specifically customised for these particular espresso pods. Because I am generally not only a great fan of starbucks coffee outlets but more importantly, an ardent coffee lover, I obviously had to acquire one of these espresso machines myself (and my partner, too!). An investment, by the way, that I now very much regret. What exactly is the point of having a new espresso machine if starbucks no longer produces my most favoured decaf pods?
I am absolutely infuriated and I want a solution from starbucks for the huge disappointment and inconvenience caused, as well as an appropriate compensation for not only for all the trouble I experienced but also for having purchased a machine of theirs that is now absolutely reduntant since they appear to no longer produce these 'espresso decaf espresso roast dark' pods!
Would you kindly pass this complaint on to starbucks and ask them to have the decency to, first of all, respond to my message as well as, explaining to me what exactly the situation is regarding the 'espresso decaf' pods that I so very much love and most importantly, compensation I believe to be entitled to, please?

I went in today and ordered a s'mores frapp. My favorite drink that's only around this time of the year. Everything is great till I get home and removed the lid to mix the whip cream when I noticed something stuck in the cup moving around. Point my flashlight at it and I found that a cockroach was living on my cup! How disgusting!? This could've caused severe health purposes. Super upset about this.

I have frequented this starbucks a few times as I am the hobby airport very regularly. The morning crew is almost always rude, short and unfriendly... So unlike independent starbucks locations. This time in particular I ordered my drink: a single shot in a grande cup with extra water. The employee taking my order said "you want what?". Then when the employee making the order started, she looked at the notes on the cup and said "what is this?" the first employee then rolled her eyes and said "yes, I know." I don't know what is going on, but this is over the top even for these normally rude employees.
Someone from starbucks needs to secret shop here in the morning and view first hand who and how the brand is being represented.

I always go to starbucks every morning and the past 2 times today and yesterday the service was not what it is usually with the smiley faces and good attitudes. It was very rude and not only that but I order the same drink a venti triple peppermint mocha and the past two days it has been wrong they gave me white chocolate mocha and buy the time I notice it im already on the freeway to go to work. This is very frustrating especially when you are a loyal customer and have the same routine everyday and then you have to throw your coffee away and waste 6.70 on something you cant drink. I just wanted you to know what I have been dealing with im not sure the starbucks I know there is several in marysville but it is the brand new one I believe its on 4th st.

I ordered a vente nonfat mocha and was charged for white mocha.
Upon picking up my mocha, I told the male barista I did not order white mocha and it should be 6.30. He told d.P. She over charged me.. Her reply was they are both the same price and walked away. I don't want to make a scene over 40 cents, but an apology or acknowledgement would have been appropriate.
A refund of $9.90 cad would be appreciated.
Very disappointed.

On saturday may 6 @1029 am I was served by bobbie (117986). I asked for a cold brew coffee grande and she informed me that they were out of cold brew. She suggested an iced coffee with a shot of espresso, which I declined and told her I did not wish to pay for an additional shot. I ordered the regular iced coffee, and queried about the size of the cup in her hand, since it looked like a tall not grande size cup. She told me "I know my cups" and walked away. I said attitude was not necessary. She then replied "you have attitude". I told her I was not going to entertain that line of conversation. I then ordered petite vanilla bean scones (3). She told me they were out of those too though there were several in the display case. Bobbie then said "aw i'm sorry you're having a bad day". I wasn't bobbie until I met you.

The starbucks store in atlanta, ga (buckhead) piedmont rd. Has a awful manager. She smiles in your face but lies about why she does stuff. For example, there are only two plugs outside the store so when the store is full some people will go outside and plug in, but now they cannot. She has currently placed covers over the plugs because she claims a person was sitting in their car using an extension cord to charge their laptop so she had the only two plugs outside covered. She also chain up the chairs at night to keep customers from sitting outside at night to use the internet. But now she has put the chairs in the store at night so no one can sit outside and use the internet. This manager is doing to much. She claims its for the safety of the store but that is a lie. She is a racist and she discriminate against certain people. And the district manager is allowing this to happen. She is a puppet.

This was by far the worst and only starbucks drink I will never purchase again. It is also the only drink I have ever complained about. It has a sour taste/smell and it looks a lot different than it tastes. I felt like it was rotten. Also it took me 30 mins to find this website when I should just be able to submit a complaint directly though the website, I didn't need to search through the help box which doesn't even work and then I had to go through google to get to this site which I don't even know if its real. The manager came behind me and said that was not good for others to see so I make it were the people in the room could not be seen just the room I know the man that complain about it his rude and nasty to people when I complain about him nothing is said or done

On saturday april 1 2017, I took my 1 year old with me to get a coffee at the above location star bucks. I live in smyrna, we don't have a star bucks in smyrna. I go through the drive through at this location on my way to the university for nursing that is attending that's how I knew of its location. This particular day I went inside with my 1 year old son. I bought a coffee and a danish, feed the danish to my son. Then decided to let him walk around outdoors for a few minutes, he wasn't ready to be strapped back in his car seat for the drive back to smyrna. I didn't have his stroller so we walked around for at the most 15 minutes. I headed back to my car to find a boot on my tire. Going back inside star bucks, I was told I needed to talk to the man in the parking lot that was in charge of doing this, they said they had nothing to do with it. I found the man, he pointed to the sign saying this is reserved for star buck customers. I said I am, with my coffee still im hand, ice not even melted. He pointed again to the sign and said, all cars will be booted if you leave the property without your car. I had to go over to the sign to read that part, that part was in small print. He told me it would be 50.00 to remove the boot. I began to cry and tryed to reason with him. I was only walking outside in area for at tops 15 minutes, I didn't stop anyplace, had no shopping bags ect, just my son in my arms which was now crying because he was alarmed when he seen me crying. Another customer came out of i'm bucks, came over and asked out of concern because he could see me crying with my 1 year old in my arms, he asked what was going on? I told him, he also walked over to the sign, came back and said the same thing I did, that print is to small from where this car is parked. He also tryed to reason with him, this is rediculious, she has a child. I explained I don't have 50.00 cash on me and my credit card is at home, I only came out to get a coffee and some fresh air with my son. My parents live in mi, i'm only here in ga attending the chamberlin college of nursing. My significant other was at work. So there I was in tears and stranded with my son and it was almost dark. The man that put the boot on didn't care one ounce! The other customer also trying to reason with him on my behalf ended up paying him the 50.00, a complete stranger. I got his number to pay him back. I was sick to my stomach, I can not believe that myself along with my 1 year old had to endure such an aweful experiance. I stopped at starbucks located inside lake forest travel 3 on 04 mar 17 @ 1734hrs to order 2 venti coffees. The employee was unfriendly/rude, when I asked for more half/half creamer he asked for the old container rinsed it out (not washed) then refilled it with creamer. I'm sure in the food service industry this is definitely considered unsanitary. The condiment area was soiled with coffee/sugar making it difficult to place my lid down. I ordered a blueberry muffin and a grande chai latte around 11:30 am on thursday, march 2, 2017 at the starbucks in auburn, indiana located at 1049 w 7th street. I paid with my debit card but did not get it back. I did not realize this until I got home, about 90 min away. When I called to confirm, they just told me to come back and get it and didn't even offer me a free drink for the inconvenience. When I asked for one, they said, "i'd have to ask my manager.. Sorry, this happens sometimes". They were not willing to send it to me either, "that's not safe". I don't think that was acceptable customer service. I have to wait a week before I am back in town. That is one week without my debit card. At the very least, I would like a gift card in the amount of my transaction.

I have ordered three bags of starbucks coffee from their online store and my order arrived pretty fast but one bag was damaged. It was half empty.
I contacted starbucks and was expecting to get some help. Starbucks disappointed me a lot, they simply said that there was nothing they could do. I wasn't expecting that kind of answer from such a well known and respected company! I always thought that starbucks care a lot about its customers, but after what had happened I think they care only about money. I don't think that i'll buy anything from their online store ever again. Very poor service and total disrespect.
