Starbucks stores in my area constantly running out of drink ingredients
I have filed numerous complaints with customer service about Starbucks in my area (Covina, CA) frequently running out of ingredients for drinks a nd the issue does not get resolved. I have been promised a call from Regional Manager, but I receive no call back. The issue continues. Just this week I drove to my local Starbucks on Azusa in the city of Covina, CA, waited in long line only to be told when I arrived at the order screen that they ran out of soy milk, kiwi for star drink and coconut milk. I drove to two neighboring Starbucks only to be told the same thing. I am promised a call from the Regional Manager, which I never receive. So disappointed in Starbucks on how unreliable Starbucks has been in making sure customers get the drink they desire. I am so frustrated that I am getting ready to boycott Starbucks.

We live in NE Tacoma, there was several of the Starbucks robbed. Hoyt and Twin lakes. They since have closed the lobbies and changed their hours without it reflecting on the mobile app. The app still has not changed which means if you use the app to order to pick it up, one has to go through the drive through line. By the time you get through it's cold. So my suggestion to you is kindly shut the app down until your customers can go in to quickly pick up their orders Thank you for your time.

Went though drive thro ordered ice coffee with cream and sugar. pay for my ice coffee no straw. Get home no sugar. Would like if they pay attention to customer when they take there orders. Thank you
Service Bullying
I had an employee make several remarks about me being rude on day of pics of dirty bathroom.
I spoke to the Shift Sup, & DM today. DM started out by saying that I could not speak about bullying or shooting, again the middle of the conversation and again at the end!
I left the store feeling not heard again.
Not resolved.
I will not be back
Desired outcome: I phone call from someone that this situation was taken care of inside and it wouldn't hapoenagaun and sorry for the name calling.
Lack of product
I am a senior. The nearest location is 81952 Highway 111, Indio, CA 92201. They always seem to be either out of Cups or Lids or even Creamers and certain Coffee. This happens at least twice a week. Since I do not drive much I am limited to this particular store. But is is ridiculous that they always Lack the above. It happens more often than not. I work in the trucking industry, and purchious starbucks coffee thermoses, for travel. They are a great product, I went to a starbucks on the 16 street mall. On January 9, 2020, at approximately 8:49pm a friend and I went to the Starbucks located at 1-65 Dusk Drive, Brampton Ontario Canada.
Hot cup of tea spilled on my hand by staff.
Process not followed by staff on how to serve the tea.
No first aid or burn protocol administered.
Sought medical treatment and provide Dr. report to Starbucks.
Permanent scarring and discoloration.
Company has continually tried not to accept liability for what happened.
Company request a demand letter for injury and reneged on the amount that I requested.
Company claimed that the demand letter should have not been requested but it was.
CEO requested that K. address the matter and communicated with me for months until he requested the demand letter from myself.
No accountability by this company for such a serious accident, treated like a second class citizen.
I need further treatment for the discoloration and scarring.

Waited in line at your drive-thru to order...I've attached a picture of the paper I found taped to your order screen. This is the third time I have came here only to be told the things I cannot order due to ingredients not being available. There is a serious problem going on here that needs addressed immediately.
