GOOD DAY SIR/MA'AM,
I am contacting you in reference to a request that was made by my son 2 months ago and most recently by myself a week ago. My son is trying to update his military clearance and his driving history, as well as my reflecting a non-moving violation on a vehicle that was once in my name but signed over to him.
My mother was the primary policy holder at that time, but she expired in January 2018. Because we are stationed in a different state, I do not have access to those records without traveling to Arkansas. However, I did reach out to her agent, Mr. Archie Sanders. Mr. Sanders had his office manager provide me with my mother's policy number and then advised me to contact your customer service representatives to retrieve the documentation needed. He advised that State Farm would have it archive but with the policy number they should be able to pull it up immediately and send us the information we need it which was coverage for 2018 through 2019 on the 2000 Ford Crown Victoria and the 2007 Saturn Ion.
I waited on hold over an hour for a representative to reach out to your claims department because they did not have the power of attorney on file that had been submitted to three of your agents in 2021 and uploaded through my son's portal. He also provided the power of attorney directly via email, and none of the POA could be found, but they were all accessible in 2021. It is something that needs to be corrected because I should not have had to wait for the representative to verify the power of attorney when it was something we put in place 2 years ago. The POA and death Certificate were sent to your claims department multiple times.
It's been over a month since he requested this documentation, and I don't have the letter, nor does he. I need the documentation that I requested immediately. I do not have to have a drafted letter. You can simply send me my mother's statements for 2018 and 2019, but in either case, we need the documentation expeditiously.
I am requesting your immediate assistance to have this matter resolved as soon as possible. It is imperative that clearance be solidified today. Moreover, I don't want this to be an issue for my clearance moving forward, either. I'm asking you to step in and rectify this issue. If we cannot get the documents, we requested a month ago today I will have to have my Military Jag Attorney step in to get this issue resolved.
Sincerely,
Pamela Washington (POA for Jalend R Washington)
