The service was bad
The service was bad. I called for a quote to replace my front windshield, they said it would cost $1,339.00 but it ended up being $1,490.00 after 7 hours instead of the 2 1/2 to 3 hours they told me. When I got there, the service advisor was more interested in selling other services than helping me with my car. He gave me his business card and texted me to let him know if I needed anything, but he never responded to my texts or calls. I called the main number several times and no one answered. My husband finally talked to a supervisor who said my car would be ready when I got there, but it wasn't. I've bought cars from them before, but after this experience and being overcharged twice, I won't buy from Sterling McCall again.

I got this car from Sterling McCall Lexus in November and I gotta say, I've had some problems with it. First off, the front windshield has been giving me some trouble. It's not as clear as it should be and it's been a real pain to deal with. Secondly, the navigation and front screen have been acting up. Sometimes they just go blank for no reason and it's really frustrating. And lastly, the front brakes have been giving me some issues. They're not as responsive as they should be and it's been a bit scary driving around with them like that. Overall, I'm not too happy with this car and I'm not sure if I would recommend Sterling McCall Lexus to anyone looking for a new ride.
This place is not good
This place is not good. I wouldn't do business with them. They got cars on their website that ain't even passed inspection yet! I was tryna get a car financed from them and my salesman told me after I sent them my credit app and all my private info that the car didn't pass inspection. Why they even got that car on the market and on their website? I told my salesman and he just said I was lucky they even told me the car didn't pass inspection. Farzad A. was my salesman.

I got a 2012 Lexus CT200h and took it to Sterling McCall Lexus for service. I scheduled my car on April 10 for service on a vibration/ knocking noise coming from the engine. I told Service Advisor *** the issue and he helped me out, he was great throughout the whole process. After Sterling McCall checked my vehicle, I got a phone call saying that the vehicle had misfires which was the reason the engine is making the vibration/ knocking noise and needed repair. So I agreed to the repair and Sterling McCall worked on my CT200h. The total of the repair was $1344.11. When I got my car back, I noticed it still had the same vibration/ knocking noise, so I recorded a video of the engine as proof that it still has the same issue. The repair has a warranty of 1 year/ 12,000 miles. I took my CT200h back on May 4th, and picked it back up on May 6th with a report stating that a health check was performed and no check present trouble codes present. Also looked into the issue further and found TSIB for misfire after cold soak, and performed the ECM update at no charge to fix the problem. Unfortunately when I got the car back, I still had the same issue with the vibration/ knocking noise. On May 22nd, I recorded another video of the issue and took it back to Sterling McCall Lexus, I got a phone call from Jairo on May 28th saying my vehicle is ready. The report said that they would need to tear down the engine and tranny in since they can't find the issue. The noise is internal, so they would need to start tearing down the engine and tranny to trace the noise and "try" to find where it's coming from. The total for this job is $1,074.06 not including parts and labor. I did not agree to because I assumed that this was being done on April 10th when I first bought the car in to Sterling McCall. So I requested for an appraisal for a trade-in and was told that my car was worth $1,500 due to the engine knocking noise. I refused because I know my car is worth more than that with knocking noise. So I picked up my car and not even 5 minutes and my check engine light comes on. Which led me to writing the ComplaintsBoard.com because I have no other options. Sterling McCall Lexus can't to fix my car and same issue seems to be getting worst since the check engine light is now on after picking up the vehicle. If I knew that this issue wasn't going to be 100% completely repaired by Sterling McCall Lexus. I would have not took my chances with Sterling McCall on this repair, I assumed that If I took my car directly to Lexus that it would be back to manufacturing running conditions after repaired. I am requesting for a refund, or accept my trade in at a reasonable price and/or use my paid repair cost as an addition to the trade in for another Lexus. I would love to have another Lexus as I'm more than satisfied with the craftsmanship and level of service provided.
