Coastal Kia Be careful when buying from Coastal Kia

Be careful when buying from Coastal Kia. Me and my wife were looking for a new car and we had a deal with Myrtle Beach Kia. I checked True Car to see what other people were paying for the same car and Coastal Kia contacted me. We talked for 10 hours and they wanted me to either give them $5000 or start financing paperwork for a car they didn't even have yet. I didn't feel good about this and I said no. I don't want to start financing a car they don't have and I'm not giving them $5000, which is 11.5% of the total price (including my trade). Be careful with this dealer, you might end up wasting your time like we did.

My car was gettin' fixed up at Coastal Kia 'cause of somethin' they messed up, and then the airbag light on the dashboard came on. Bob from Kia said it was a sensor problem and I had to pay for it to get fixed. But when they tried to replace the sensor, it wasn't even broken! Then they said they didn't know why the light was on and I had to pay to replace the whole airbag console. They said it would still work if I got in a crash, but I ain't too sure 'bout that. Plus, how am I supposed to sell or trade in my car now? The light came on while it was at Coastal Kia, so they gotta fix it. But they don't wanna take responsibility for it. All I want is for them to fix the problem they caused while my car was in their hands.

Coastal Kia I got a car from Coastal Kia about 7-10 months ago and the whole thing was super easy

I got a car from Coastal Kia about 7-10 months ago and the whole thing was super easy. I also got an extended warranty for 4 years/48000 miles. I traded in the car and they paid it off. About a year and a half ago, I started the process to get my extended warranty money back. I sent them all the stuff they needed and everything was going good until then. I've been calling them for the past 2 weeks to get an update on my refund but no one is answering. I sent an email to Mike M on June 2, just to see what's going on. I've been trying to figure out what's happening but no one is answering my calls in Mike's Office, General Manager or accounting department. I left voicemails on all their phones but no one is calling me back. I'm usually pretty chill and open to talking but it's been frustrating because no one has responded or emailed me back as of today, June 18. I would really appreciate a call or email back.

Coastal Kia I bought an ATV from Coastal Kia on June 21st for $5200

I bought an ATV from Coastal Kia on June 21st for $5200. It's supposed to be an all-terrain vehicle, but the front suspension was facing outwards and the tire went bald within 10 minutes of driving it. They picked it up and replaced the tires, but within five days, we had ignition issues and the tires were going flat again. We tried calling them, but they never returned our calls. When we showed up, a sales associate named Uber was extremely rude and accused us of being hostile. They offered us $120 for the time without the vehicle, but that didn't even cover the first payment. We've only had the vehicle for 11 days, and they're threatening to dump it on our lawn without giving us the keys. We're trying to trade it back, but they won't let us check it out or sign anything. It's been a frustrating experience.
