I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty rough experience with Stone Butterfly Interiors. I mean, I ain't one to complain, but when it comes to customer service, these guys are a real letdown. And let me tell ya, that's just the tip of the iceberg.
So, I ordered a couple of them fancy Eames chairs from these guys. Now, I ain't no expert in furniture assembly, but I figured I could handle it. But when I got the chairs, I noticed that the nuts and bolts on one of them were loose as a goose. I mean, they weren't tightened at all!

The showroom was looking spick and span, and although it wasn't the biggest showroom I've ever been to, it had everything I needed on display. I was on the hunt for a new table and chairs and I was not disappointed. There was a stunning large oval marble table with some tulip chairs that caught my eye straight away. I was so impressed with the set up that I just had to have it. I was told that my set would arrive before Christmas and I couldn't be more excited! I'm so glad I went in before the lockdown, otherwise I might have missed out on my pre-Christmas delivery.
I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Stone Butterfly Interiors also makes beds. They have some really nice designs that I'll definitely be checking out next year when Christmas is over and my bank balance looks a bit healthier. We ordered four dining chairs from Stone Butterfly Interiors, but unfortunately, one of the chairs was badly damaged. We tried to contact them by phone, but it just rang out unanswered. Eventually, we managed to get through to someone by email, but they bluntly refused to help us because the order was placed 10 weeks ago. I understand that under normal circumstances, this would be well out of the return or replacement window, but given the current climate, I would have expected a slightly more helpful response.
Despite this, I must say that I was happy with the undamaged products that we received from Stone Butterfly Interiors. However, due to their poor customer service, I won't be using them again in the future.
