Manager on duty advise to leave contact number will be contacted when other manager is on duty.
I went to the shop again on the 29 August the manager on duty said to wait for the other manager again.
We returned to the shop on the 7th Sept, the other manager that was suppose to contact us never did.
I requested that they contact the manager,
The manager that we spoke with over the phone refuse to return the takkie without seeing it.

Good day, Madam/Sir,
I bought sneakers (Classic Cortez Nylon black) on the 15th September 2017 and had only worn them for one day on Monday 25th September for few hours, only to find out that the right shoe was torn.
Took back the shoes on Wednesday 27th 2017 at Centurion mall Studio 88 explained the problem with the shoe they told me that the regional manager is not at work his on leave and they had said that I must leave my contact details they will call me back till today I haven't heard from anyone, I had to call them and find out what the problem is.
I spoke to Kabelo and ask him about my shoes he said that he was not there when the incident happened, and told that I should wait for 2 weeks they call me back hence there are no sizes at the moment.
I don't know what more to do with me I have the slip they just took the sneakers back, I would like the matter to be resolved urgently hence I am running out of patience and I am thinking of taking the matter to hello peter.

Chuck tailor's-my nightmare at parow centre branch
This worst store i have ever visited.Two months ago I bought a pair of. Chuck Tailor's for R1.149.00 which i already disputed because on the box and selves it said R899.00. I took it nonetheless because I liked it and because it was winter.fast forward 2 months later its broken I tookit back and the manager who's inexperienced unprofessional colored boy appeared tp be more upset.I even spoke to me with a very aggressive tone everyone was looking at us.He even said he'll call security and have me removed from the store.I've been sent from pillar to post today i was told I willl be paid out only for some guy instructing me to go fetch another pair of takkies which does not make sense why would i go back to the store where i was treated like dirt then take another pair of poor quality takkies.Now im sitting with a situation where i dont have takkies was over charged and they dont want to refund me.I will also post to hellopeter so people must know how studi88 do business!

I just bought a airforce nike sneaker size 4 black 3 to 4 months back at one of your stores in Keinailworth center but now the skin is peeling off, I even bought leather care to maintain the shoes
