We bought a brand-new 2021 Subaru Outback, and not long after, the windshield cracked while it was parked in our driveway. We did a quick Google search and found out that this is a common problem. We reached out to the dealership, and after some back and forth, they agreed to fix it under warranty. However, when we arrived at the dealership, they insisted that it was due to a rock chip and that we would have to foot the bill.

However, after signing the papers, they informed me that the mats were not included and I would have to pay an additional $180 on top of the $90,000 I had already given them for the two cars. Furthermore, my car did not have the wireless charger that we had paid for, and one of the mats on the passenger side was missing as well. I brought up the issue with the dealer and Subaru Canada, but no one has responded to me. We took possession of the car on February 24th, and since then, we have had to spend a lot of gas to have the hitch installed, which was supposed to be done by them but never happened. They also did not offer us a courtesy ride to go back home; instead, they sent us directly to the garage. I had to go back twice to get the rest of the items, but they still did not have them and did not bother to call me back. I feel like I have done everything and spent a lot of time and mileage on the road to get what I asked for, and now you are my last hope for a resolution.

The winter tires were on the car, but the bags in the back were supposed to have the all-season tires. When I opened one bag at home, I found another winter tire. I told Subaru about the mistake and the salesperson agreed it was a mistake. They said they were trying to find the other tires and that the shop misplaced them. They said they were ordering another set. That salesperson went on vacation, so I called back and spoke with another person who said they would follow up, but they never did. Then I spoke with someone else who also said they would look into it, but they never did. The person who answers the phone said they would send an email to the managers to have someone call me back, but no one ever did. I had very brief conversations in text with a few different people who all said they were looking into it and that the tires were ordered but hadn't arrived yet. I called again today and spoke with someone who said they never followed up because of some personal reasons, but that doesn't excuse the multiple calls and emails that were supposedly sent to look into this. It feels like they're playing games and not doing their job. This is the third car I've bought from Subaru. The first two were new and I never had any issues. The third one is used because I'm a broke student and didn't want more debt with student loans, and now I'm being treated like garbage. I just want to know where the tires are. That's what I want. They were supposed to come with the car.
