Subway July 12, 2022 free sub promotion

I was at store 57288 in Mesa, AZ yesterday at 11:55pm, (five minutes before noon) in the store and in line before the 12;00pm promotion cut off. The store manager arbitrarily, cut off the free sandwich at the person in front of me. We both entered the store at the same time, five minutes before noon and he received a free sub but they wouldn't give me one. I only found this out when I got up to the counter. The manager's name was Lidia Flores, she was very rude to me as I tried to explained that I was in the subway store and in line before the noon cutoff promotion time. As she was busy and didn't want to hear about it. After all I eat at Subway quite regularly and I wanted to try the new menu, and was very disappointed. I have an appraisal business for the last 20 years and If I treated my clients like this, I wouldn't have any clients. Before my appraisal business I was in food service for 10 years. Managers like her will not do the company any service.

When any store is close to closing time they calculate the time to help someone and extrapolate by how many people are waiting. your subs fell at the cutoff time limit they calculated which is actually a common practice in a majority of companies. sorry you missed out on the promotion. they also mention on the ad restrictions FYI.

Subway Store of of ingredients and items.

Not sure if this is the correct store# 46347-0 located at 2800 E. 1st St., Los Angeles, CA. 90033 // served by 128 on 07/12/2022 around 05:02 pm.

I went in to try a few of your new Subway series sandwiches. This is not the first time this happens at this store! They ran out of items such as the cheeses, the Italian bread, and the meats for the Bella Moza #6. No Italian bread at all for other sandwiches we wanted. Also, we wanted to order the Broccoli soup. come to find out. they ran out!

The excuse the staff gave me was "we have been very busy"! Well, if they have been very busy, they should anticipate and keep backing the bread and make more soup! Simple as that! Then I asked the staff what the store # was and one of the employees said it was store # 309001. That is not what is on the receipt! This store obviously does not care about the customer or the reputation of your company!

Subway Sandwich order

Subway Staff member at your subway at exit 14 of i-81 Abingdon, VA.

I walked up to the counter & checked out your new menu & ordered # 3.

The young girl was curtious & was taking my order when an older woman came from the back & when I asked for the bread of my choice, the older woman shouted that it came a certain way & I couldn't change anything. I ordered my sandwich & was checking out (the older woman rushed to the register while the young girl was getting my sandwich out of the micro wave) & when I asked for my receipt, the older woman said she had thrown it in the trash & looked discusted at me & walked away, so I left & after eating my sandwich thought of how badly I was treated by the elder woman & thought I should let subway know of it... I wouldn't want to go to that subway again!

Desired outcome: PLEASE GET THE OLDER WOMAN A CLASS ON HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Subway rewards

I received an email to say that I could get a footlong sub using 500 points. I went into my local subway today 10th July and was denied. I was within the 7 days allowed. Why are you sending out these emails if you cannot get what is in the email?

Let me add It took me 3 days to change my password. I finally got it changed and then was denied.

Subway Subway

So I made an online purchase on July 7,2022 for pickup time 10:45 am for a hogie and 3 cookies at store ‌1502 St Nicholas Ave‌ in New york new york store number 46882 I went to pick up my food when the worker said he never received confirmation to make the food and he told me to call to cancel the order so I left and called the store where I purchased the food as there was no other number I could call and the lady told me that if I have no ID that I can not get my food and the problem is I do not have an ID but I did show the worker my order on my phone and he still did not make the food.this is my order number CEB8ED79-8B. And so I went on the subway website the same day the incident occurred and filed a complaint and so far never heard back from them.my Gmail is [protected]@gmail.com

PROMBLEM NUMBER ONE

Local franchise owner has failed to honor corporate coupons any more The sandwich that I had to pay full price for was of poor quality and the BMT. With requested items of oil and lettuce left off of the sandwich. The server was very nice but did not correctly make the sandwich.

PROBLEM NUMBER TWO

I called the line listed for customer service and after a five minute wait was hung up on. I called the number again and was informed by a recording that

all complaints were handled digitally. I spent 20 minutes online filling in the form for it to not accept saying the store number was invalid. I found another corporate number which I called and the woman who answered the line said I would have to fill out the form and that I had put the wrong number. When I said that it was the number online for that store and gave her store number she rudely told me that I had not entered the number 0 in the next box. Nothing on that form indicated this and the number did not automatically move. All I really wanted was to find a corporate store in my area but before I could get this our. She rudely hung up on me.

If this is the attitude of today's Subway then you don't want or need me as a customer.

Desired outcome: I need an email b.[protected]@mindspring.com or call [protected] and not from the franchise owner of this store but someone from corporate or a local corporate store. I feel cheated and lied to by your company marketing.

Subway Recent purchase of vegetarian sub

My complaint to you is in reference to a purchase I recently made at the Subway 1219 Gratiot Clinton Township, MI 48036. I placed a order online to prevent the wait for a Vegetarian Sub. below is what I ordered.

Toasted, Vegetarian, light lettuce, light onions, extra spinach, everything else, dressing on the side. I picked it up and went home on my lunch hour only to find a non-toasted bun broken in pieces and very dry, spinach, tomato and cheese only. When I called an asked for manager he very rudely spoke thats the way it came through. I explained why would I pay 7 + dollars for spinach, tomato and cheese. He said again can't help the way it came through. I can give you a discount on another sub. I explained why should I pay for another sub. He explained than there is nothing I can do for you. Would'nt even give me what was left off. He was again rude and explained can't do nothing just give you a disc on another sub. I had proof of what I sent and he did not want to discuss it. Just said if there is nothing else goodbye and hung up. I have never been in a subway where I experienced that kind of rude. I believe after paying for nothing he could have done something to keep the customer. This is not the first problem I have had with this Subway. Won't ever go there again and believe I should at least get a future gift card to another subway or get refunded. I have proof if needed. Look forward to hearing from you.

Subway No Points after Purchase; Ignored by Subway HQs

This is the 5th time I am requesting my points after my purchase (details below).

My previous (4) communications were thru the Subway website itself as there is no other way to contact them... WHAT A SHAME!

After my initial inquiry/complaint, I received (1) response. An email from a "Brijesh Patel" -- but the email address he used was not valid.

NOTE: I DID NOT RECEIVE AN OFFICIAL RECEIPT FROM THIS STORE! Just a piece of paper attached to my order.

Subway Canceled order no refund of $44.68

Police report is now filed against worker at 24512 Harper, St Clair Shores, MI store 12970 for credit card fraud. I ordered subs for my family at this location. 5 subs for 2 adults and my 3 teenage kids on July 4, 2022. I went to the location at 10:45am for an 11am pick-up. My order had been confirmed. The one person in the store was sitting down, and on her phone, when I walked in. I told her I was there to pick-up my order for Trish. Your employee stated: "I'm not making that order. That's too many subs. That's considered a catering order. I am cancelling your order and closing the store. We are now closed. I am closing". Sadly, it was not cancelled and you took $44.68 from my bank account. This is not my first issue using on line ordering and a poor attitude from your employees. This happened twice with 2 previous $14.00 orders and you never refunded my money. To add a customer walked right into your store and she made a 3 sub order. I took that 5 sub order up the street to Jimmy Johns with also one employee in the store and they filled my order with no problems or hassle. Because my company caters to doctors offices 5 days a week, I know what a catering order is and what an order for a family is. I work for several pharmaceutical companies, I will also NEVER use Subway again (as we have also had several problems with actual catering orders) and ask that our management remove Subway from all purchase ordering. Confirmation for order #SCFCC75D-85 was sent, order was not honored, and money was removed from my bank. It is no longer a pending transaction. Being told my order was canceled but not canceled out of your system. Sent in on line dispute. Called corporate, no answer. No call back. No contact. Store at 24512 Harper Ave St Clair Shores MI hung up on me twice when I wanted information on how to get my refund. Answer, "go online and fill out the form. I don't have time for this nonsense. we are very busy". I have filed 4 disputes on line. $44.68 went from pending to posted as paid. The order was not honored St Clair Shores PD credit card fraud division has taken my report and will contact me with a case number in the next 48 hours. Credit card theft and fraud with the charge of computer fraud due to your online ordering system. St Clair Shores PD can get the answer from Subway now.

Desired outcome: Refund of $44.68 so I never have to deal with Subway ever again.

Subway product pricing

beings that your francise stores dont accept coupons i suggest letting customers know like in the location which is company owned etc. so as i can use my coupon you send out. i had a coupon for any sub that would of been $5.99 but being that the store i go to dont accept the coupon i ended up paying alittle over $10.00 (and that was with a senior or military discount when i difd get..to sum it up ill be gping to a company owned store where they do accept your coupons...if i cant i guess you can figure out what alot of others and myself will be doing.. believe me there many of us customers out here that look at prices. when you guys first started out you were decent on your price. i do understand due to economy changes over the years that prices will change. and today more than ever customers will look for the best value and of course product for their money...so aword to the wise if you get my drift and can read between my lines.

Subway No longer carrying Spinach or Tomato Wraps

Subway 4019-0 is no longer offering spinach or tomato wraps which are not only more nutritional but have fewer calories. Why are these being permanently discontinued? Plus they seem to run out of common ingredients.

Desired outcome: Carry the spinach and tomato wraps along with ingredients that have been offered in the recent past. The store does not seem to be fully stocked. I go to subway for healthy food and these items are slowly being discontinued.

Subway Customer service

I have experienced extreme dissatisfaction with 2 locations on the same day. Initially going to a second location after the first was a little crazy, I realized it was a trend. Now I've been redirected quite a bit and no longer want to place a complaint. I've come to request termination and will be reporting to the bbb and so will all of my colleagues.

Subway Not taking coupons

Raping the people they buy everything in bulk the holiday 4th of july make them a ton of money without the coupons mc donalds jack there prices no coupons the only ones is dominios helping the people and wendys and bk its a joke like the gas one station is one prices down the road same gas another prices then pay more if you use a credit card they only charge them 25cent but they charge you 10cent or more on each gallon all [censored]

Subway coupon not accepted

Re: Store #12376 location 41741 Garfiled Rd., Clinton Twp Mi 48038

Tried to use a coupon for any foot long for $5.99 on 6/25/22 at 5:30 PM and was told the coupon had already expired even though it should have been good thru that day (expiration date 6/25/22). The scanner indicated that the coupon had expired, so they would not accept it. Any other restaurant would honor such a coupon for the entire last day of the offer. Could you explain what your policy is.

Subway Rude lying manager

June 22nd 2:00 pm at the1425 line Ave location in Shreveport Louisiana . First the training manager was telling me it is subway policy not to take orders over the phone . For cash pickup orders . That's not true. I do it all the time. the store manager was placed on the phone and was very rude and took the order at 1:23 pm . I drove to the store and was in the parking lot at 2pm can see on camera i am sure. I sent the the person with me, inside to pay and pick up the food everyone was rude to him made him wait in the order line behind poeple who did not order there food / sandwich s before they let him pay to staff member s offerd to check him out but would not let him the manger said not make him wait. She was reacting to tbe fact I corrected tbe training manager on subway policy. And corporate hq in Connecticut would niot stand for this nonsense from franchise owners ...

Please check the cameras

Subway Food poisioning

On May 30, 2022 my family and I were in Virginia Beach on vacation. We went into Subway store 19667 and purchased food. The total purchase price was $39.86. At the time, the workers told us that their power had just gone out but that they could still make us cold subs. We all got cold subs and left. We ate in the car and started traveling home. All four of us got food poisoning and very sick. I emailed Subway to which a Mohammad Hannan replied on June 1, 2022 telling me that hew as sorry and that I had three options. I could dispute the charges (stating he didn’t mind), he could give me $40.00 in Subway gift cards, or I could go there and get my money back. I opted for the gift cards. I responded the same day telling him that was my choice. I have since tried to contact him two more times via email (6/14 and 6/20) and via phone (6/21 to which he hung up on me) and now he isn’t responding any further. I have attached our email correspondence for your reference.

Subway Coupon acceptance

Subway that I had purchased a six inch chicken teriyaki would not accept coupon once again for the 3.49 for 3.49

Coupon only says exclusions are Fresh Melts and wraps.

My husband and I, we've been going to this same Subway for years (1208 E Yorba Linda Blvd, Placentia, CA 92870). When we happened to come on a Tuesday, for 2 sandwiches, sometimes a foot-long plus a 6-inch, or other times 2 foot-longs, we ALWAYS get 2 free cookies. Today the staff said only one cookie per transaction. Gee... so even if you buy 10 sandwiches, you get only 1 free cookie?
