Subway Drive thru self order drive thru screen

Wait 20 minutes to get to the drive thru screen, place order. Pull to window 25 minutes. I was told I did it wrong. No sub for you unless you want to try again.
You company puts this stupid self serve screen up. Rather complex, sensitive. Takes a long time to order. I went to subway drive thru because I wanted a quick easy meal. Not to learn to be a Subway employee.
I never went back. It's been over a year. Friends and family don't go to subway for the same reason. No one I know wants to go to a drive thru then do the work for the company.
The drive thru, do your own work ordering has cost your company more money than the hire of an order employee.
Epic fail... epic!

Desired outcome: Trash the self order drive thru screen. It's cost you thousands of customers

Subway Coupons

I have been a Subway customer for more days than I can remember, what I can't remember nor understand is why some Subways do not accepting their corporate ads. The whole idea is to attract customers with special ads and coupons and increase business! So what's the problem?
Some stores have big signs that say: " We do not take coupons "! Really? I understand the franchise structure, but when you put derogatory signs up reversing what a corporate national ad campaign states, you actually cause a loss of business. And you don't air out your disgruntled comments to your customers. Again really? I don't know if you noticed, but there are a lot of sub shop competitors out there and a lot of restaurants have closed due to the pandemic. You guys in corporate and franchise owners all need to get along or move along! If your not part of the solution your part of the problem!

Subway Unprofessional conduct by the manager/owner

On Monday, September 27, 2021 at 2:20pm we went into Subway #5243 7300 E Hampton Ave. #A-8 Denver, CO 80231 and placed an order for food. The young clerk who was at the register did not know how to process the order when it was time to pay. He asked the woman who was next to him for assistance several times. It was apparent that he was most likely in training. I told him that I had a coupon for a free bag of chips and a free cookie. He asked the woman how to do this and she was very curt with him and then said to me that I would have to pay for the 2 sandwiches separately, which I did. But then she said the coupons would not be valid because 1 order was for a meal deal. I said I would like to use the free cookie coupon for my sandwich and she refused that. I said I do not understand why and left the counter when my granddaughter said she would pay for a cookie with her order.
All of the tables were not clean. I asked the young clerk if someone could please clean a table for us. He immediately said "Gotcha" and was on his way when the woman jerked the cleaning cloth out of his hand and told us to go to a table across the room because it was clean, I said no, it is also dirty. She started yelling and told me that I could use my manners and say please and thank you. I said I did say please when I asked and I am waiting for you to finish cleaning the table before I say thank you. She then started yelling at us to leave the store. I was too shocked to move. I am a 77 year old female with my 13 year old grandson next to me. She kept yelling right in our faces and ordered us out of her store. My older granddaughter came over to us and told her that she would like to speak to the Manager and the woman said she was the Manager and owner and she ordered us to leave her store right now. I said you cannot treat us like this because we just spent money in your store. She said I don't care and I don't want you in here and kept yelling at us to leave right now.
It was all so surreal. My grandson was so traumatized that he literally did not say a word for at least 30 minutes.
The actions of this Manager/owner reflect very, very poorly on the Subway name. I personally will never frequent another Subway shop if this type of behavior is tolerated by your Corporate Headquarters.

Desired outcome: That this incident be investigated and I am contacted about the results

Subway Subway Restaurant in Carthage MS. not accepting mailed coupons by Corporate Office.

I was surprised and disappointed that the only Subway Restaurant in Carthage MS., 39051 informed me on a recent visit that they no longer honor your periodic coupon mailings. I informed the staff there that this constitutes Advertising fraud and that l will not longer be a customer. I hope this problem will be soon resolved. Order cold cut trio subs on the app. Store called to state due to shortages they had no cold cuts. Asked to have the order cancelled and was told they can't do it in store, I had to do myself in the app. Per FAQs orders can't be cancelled or modified online and have to be done in store. Subway online food order

ordered a coldcut combo online through the subway app in special notes i asked for lettuce tomatoes, extra black olives mustard and mayo, i got onion green pepper and cucumber it even repeated what i ordered on the receipt/

i also ordered the special free chips Friday, called the store manager, she said we don't participate in those specials even though its offered in the app.

my brother had to go into town which is a minute drive. the manager offered to remake me another sandwich. no thank you the bread wasn't even fresh

First off guy says its his store does not change gloves when touching different things. Subway wearing mask

I went in this Subway today and none of the employees were wearing mask. With the delta virus every where . You would think the employees are wearing mask. I usually go into Subway at least 6 times a month. I just came back from California, Oregon and Washington and everyone in Subways are wearing mask. You need to change your policy in Mohave County Arizona. I refuse to go back in a Subway where I live and buy a Subway sandwich with no employees wearing mask. Employees take to the customers. When they do that they spit in the food.

Subway no cold cut subs for the last three weekends

for the last three weekends there is no cold cut subs available and the staff in wahnapitae are rude . they do not follow the covid protocol. need to wear mask on the nose and mouth and not on your chin. also you tell them little sub sauce and you get lots to the point that the bread get soaky. wife expressed her dissatisfaction to the owner and it must of went on deaf year because the same nonsense keeps happening. i am not as easy going as my wife is. i will have to go elsewhere. i like to support the business in my community but i also like to have what i want when i want it and not hearing excuses. enough with the excuses and fix the problem.

I placed an order for an All American Footlong. When I got to the store they had no record of an order under my name. Reordered at the store and had to pay twice. Do not know what went wrong but the sub was not worth $21.26. I feel that I should have a refund of $10.63 the cost of one sandwich

The Subway in Oldsmar Florida on Tampa Road is a health hazard!
a few years ago, I took a co-worker to lunch at Subway and we both became very ill. I avoided the establishment ever since, until last week. I decided that since they were advertising new "everything" I would try it again. BIG MISTAKE! I was SICK, throwing up and diarrhea for days!

Subway Commercial

Will not eat at your establishment again, until you pull Megan Rapinoe commercials. We cannot believe that under the circumstances your very first decision wasn't to pull them immediately. As an American sharing our view of this, she and your company are an embarrassment to us all and outwardly to others who view us. It's an unnecessary and unacceptable insult by you. What United States company does some thing like this instead of fully respecting this country. Better yet, leave all the politics out of it completely, and common sense is you won't have these kind of issues. Sell your good product and quit choosing political sides. Until then, our once or twice a week visits will be with another establishment that deserves America's support. Signed, us and our fellow angry Americans who helped build Subway to what it is today, and who will help bring subway to what it will be in the future. It's your choice.

Subway Subway ads

I have eaten at Subway in Topeka Kansas at least two to three times a week for years. That all came to a stop after watching your adds staring a very unpatriotic woman that in mind should have NEVER been allowed to represent my great country. I can't believe you and your company would celebrate such a person at the same time making money from the very people and country your spokesperson attacks. No more of my hard earned dollars come your way until you drop Megan Rapinoe. After all

The two employees that were working were extremely high. They were having difficulty doing the simplest tasks laughing. Asking me questions that didn't make sense and laughing. It took over half an hour to make one sandwich. I was very frustrated but didn't say anything. There were moments they completely forgot what they were doing and just stood there. Please help. I had ordered 4 footlong sandwiches, 3 contained lettuce and it was slimy and on its way to being rotten. I physically got sick and my husband opened the sandwiches up and rotting ingredients is why I got sick. I order from the same store every time and service as well as product just keeps getting worse and this is why I will not order from Subway ever again! I hope the vomiting is over because this is really not good!

Subway Megan Rapinoe

I am dismayed that you chose to put this sorry example of an athlete and patriot in place to represent Subway in the media. She has not impressed me with her braggart ways on the field of play, nor with her disgusting displays of anti-American behavior. I, and my family, will no longer visit your stores until you have removed her from her current affiliation with your company.
