I am planning to book an apartment with Sumadhura builder (sumadhura anandam). Most of the reviews read are worst and pathetic. Can anyone, who has already bought an apartment from this builder, pls let me know whether or not going with this builder is suggested?
This builder are goondas and change their wordings/commitment in few hours. I dealt with them and they decided a price/sq feet for me. The next day, when I went for booking they said they can n't give it in that pricing and denied that they had ever committed to this price. So, imagine, if the builder is such (cheap and betrayer) during the start of the project, what they can do with you and your money afterwards. Obviously, not even the last option to go with these kind of third-rated cheap builders.
They have this guy named Mohan Reddy who does not know how to behave with people and I have even heard about him not listening to buyers about the construction quality and has dealt with many customers in a rude manner. The nastiest person you would ever want to deal/talk with.
As mentioned earlier, Sumadhura is a third rated builder and Mohan Ready is the leader of their rascal employees. They don't have human sense and bloddy don't know how to talk with customers. Pretty cheap builders you would like to deal with.
Has anyone booked any flat in new launch of Sumadhura's Silver Ripple or Shikharam project?
Hi..i am planning to buy 2 BHK in Sumadhura silver ripple..they are saying it's going to to high rising building of 14th floor but in price break up they have written only till 9th floor, when i asked this question sales person said they got approval till 9th floor only as of now once they will complete 9 floors then they will get till 14th floor...am not sure whether to buy or not...please let me know your inputs

That Mohan Reddy doesn't know how to talk, Never buy any property from those type of cheap Builders, Talk with that person for 5 minutes you will able to know his standard, He is a rowdy
Visited Sumadhura Shikharam on Ashram Road and interested to buy. Understood from sale team it is 14 floors waiting for BDA approval. Pre launch booking is on. I have finalised 1290 sft flat on 13th floor. Would like to understand the best price in this area to buy. When compared to other builder i feel there prices are reasonable. I visited there other on going projects and met few customers who have purchased flats and understood the experience is good.
I spoke to Mohan on Abdulla remarks written on 25.01.2014 and understood that they don't have a customer by this name nor he interacted with this name, he showed me the list of customer they interacted for last few days and understood Abdulla name is not there. He was saying that near by competitors are also updating such remarks to take advantage of it. In my company there are few customers who are staying in sumadhura and understood from them that he is supportive and has indepth knowledge in sales & home loan support. They advised me to trust him and go ahead with booking. So this week end i would be booking my dream home at Shikharam, would like to know the best prices offered in and around by other builders.

I am not much bothered about the rude people unless they compromise on quality of construction and management&maintainence.

Hello All, I saw some negative feedback on Sumadhura on this forum. I cannot comment on those. But I would like to surely share my experience on Sumadhura Sawan. I was the 1st customer for the Sawan project and have been very pleased with the builder. I agree the builder cannot give us the dream house, as we always want the best with no flaw. Which we need to agree that is impractical. We need to draw a line at some place.
The management team and sales guys are good and cooperative. We had initially some issues with the land boundary for which we discused and got it sorted out with Mohan and Madhusudhan. I have been in touch with Mohan for the past 3-4 years and have always got support. They intend to stay and do business. And are trust worthy. My experience has been very good. Incase anyone wants, they can connect with me. Though experience can vary fom person to person based on expectations, demands and self behaviour, I would suggest give them a chance and try them.

Please dont buy from Sumadhura, I brought flat in HYD in doctors colony, All the time water leakage from Walls and i spend to do all mess all the time. Remember they have multiple construction companies with different names. PLEAS DO REASURCH BEFORE BYING. PLEASE GO ALREADY CONSTRUCTION AND FIND OUT.

After reading thru most the comments here, still i risked to meet up those guys @ Sumadhura. As many of ppl already said, the sales Manager Mohan Reddy is 3rd grade XXX. Initially he spoke ok, but then when we started putting legal questions he showed his true color.Beware and stayaway !

Would like to understand from Vijay198 what was the conversation between us and where did i go wrong on answering your legal questions. We don't have a customer by name Vijay in 2014 and i don't remember such conversation.
The customer who is writing about legal questions - is the person who have defaulted his home loan payments to LIC-HFL before registration. There after LIC has demanded developer to return their released money towards vijay flat. Accordingly we returned back to LIC and the said flat was cancelled. If customer has defaulted his payments with bank, he should sort it out with bank than writing like this.
There are lot of negative comments about the project and this has already spread doubt in many customers like me.
Whether these are wrong or right will become clear over time but if they are right then the related team of sumadhura should understand that making a bad name would definitely delay in your bookings and spoil the name.

I am staying @Anandam from a year now and can tell you this is not as great a place as is projected by many people. The place is actually not bad but the situation of the PAST Landlords becoming a constant headache has creeped in here as well. What I observe is that there are three parties here. One are the owners owning apartment with two bedrooms, other are the owners owning apartment with three bedrooms and third party is the family who used to be the owner of land where the building has been erected. all these three parties are fighting for the maintenance collection model and nobody wants to move even a bit from their stand with old landowner not even wanting to pay maintenance. This is the same story in most apartments in bangalore and this apartment is not untouched. Better buy somewhere else specially where the land is freehold and without any collobration between builder and land owners. I had my plans to buy and stay here but the old landlady owning multiple flats here pisses me off everytime I speak to her and I cant take this headache of previous land owners and maintenance.
Yes many people are telling that whatever is not done according to them thew will always say they will not pay maintenance. they are even telling others that thay are locals and can do anything and some bad things about non kannada people and ladies like us. these other residents should contact police for such rowdies. they have troubled other people also. i will not buy from this builder never if he is building with such bad people.
Sumadhura come up with pre-launch offer for Sumadhura-Soham. Can anyone give anykind of feed back for this project and builder? Forum has mix response. Please, help.

I am prospecting for a 3BHK. I have found that some 4* and 5* ratings are fakes posted by Sales Agents whom you have contracted with for spreading the word on a Commission basis. Nevertheless, I have seen your Silver Ripples, which I found has very good from people I know who are staying there for 4 years. But I didn't get such positive feedback from people in other projects such as Eden Garden or Anandam.

The only property that seemed honest in its presentation and that would eventually live up to my expectations, I'd like to thank Sumadhura for making my dream of owning a luxury home before the age of 28. I decided to put all of life's earning and savings into this property with an hope that it will be a good investment. Been a definitely good investment. All the things that were promised is intact making life here a peaceful experience with great neighbours and facilities.

I have booked a 2 BHK flat at Sumadhura Sankalpam. I have got the possession along with the OC certificate. Good location, reasonably priced and quality of the construction is also good. The amenities provided by the builder are excellent. The overall experience with the builder and the customer care team was good. Happy to own a dream home at Sumadhura Sankalpam.

I too have booked a flat at Sumadhura Anandham. The project has acquired all the approvals from BBMP and all the titles are clear. There are no legal issues pertaining to the project. I also suggest others to go for this project.

SOHAM Just an an Average project.
It is Good Project for Builder point of view, Tried his best possible means in accommodation of Maximum number of Units in a G+4 Project in 4 acres. Around 300 units.
How can these people include Un-Approved Blocks in Soham Brochure and do sale? Does this not affect in getting OCs in future from concerned authorities? Customers should be very careful while investing their hard earned money in these kind of projects by these kind of builders.
Also heard that Quality of construction of Sumadhura builders are pathetic...
Better go for Tier 1 Builders like near by Presige Boulevard / Sobha Builders ..

HI siva as per RERA act each ready to move project should get occupancy certificate and ongoing project should have commencement certificate, This is what the act clearly mentions. So RERA certified builders and the project certificate can be trusted clearly. I with sumadhura connection they are RERA certified builders and the project i was looking is ready to move so they suggested me silver ripples and shikharm with the occupancy certificate proof. So if people are looking for buying a project please do visit and have the seen proof.

I just got a new apartment from Sumadhura, we are very happy with the service. We did not know anything about buying a house.. it was all new for us. Sumadhura and their team has been with us through out. As new buyers, we did not know much about the process, Sumadhura has done a great job. We have had no problems with them, everything was done as promised, and they kept us informed at every stage. thank you the amazing service.

This Builder is expert in showing that flats size in SBUA and Project open space as more on Papers, You will get to know it as low when you get it at the end. Many Consumers fall into this loop hole because of pricing... This is trick
