am really disappointed that as an MVG member for many years, I was passed on to Wilbert at the Wild Coast Sun by Marilyn who now has left, advised me that that he would assist me with bookings.
My wife and I play at Sibaya and we go to the Wild Cost for a break with the kids, I tried from last week to get hold of him, left messages emailed him with no reply.
I then called his department and was advised that they would pass on the messages to him, as he used to assist me with my bookings.
To my frustration I eventually got hold of Marilize the Pa to the General manager, and she advised that she would get someone to call me, a day later I called in again as nobody called advising her and she then requested they call me promptly,
I was then chatting to Naveen and another lady that sits near Wilbert to tell me I must call Sibaya to get my play, this is now a week later and still no booking.
My frustration is I called again yesterday 3 to 4 times Wilbert on his cell and later messaged him, to request a booking as he used to assist me when I needed a break away, his message to me is that he handles *Vip* only and cannot do my booking.
This is double standard and makes me highly irritable, as in this year I stopped getting updates on sms, and haven’t received any mail this year for free stays that used to come on a monthly basis, this was a service that was offered to me now its withdrawn -* How does this work*.
Playing and being an Mvg member for so many years in one week makes me feel not Valued anymore, I don’t think that consideration is given to people who are loyal to your brand, I have refused to play at your competitor even though its 5 mins from my residence, I don’t even have a member card with them, it saddens me to think that no matter how many years one stays an *Mvg* it really means nothing if you get the run around and get treated like you are nothing.
I had no problem using my free stays which for the year just stopped arriving, I was advised that Wilbert will handle my bookings from Marilyn when she was there, and he has been doing them now he doesn’t take calls, emails or returns messages, how does one feel valued when you are given the run around.
If you wish to treat your Mvg – in this manner then I refuse to accept your treatment, and I will wait to hear from someone at Sun International before I make a decision moving forward.
I made the calls to Sibaya Mvg to get them to check my status as to Why I was not receiving smses and mail for my free stays - Must say they where on the ball, spoke to a lady in Marketing said she was surprised as well as to why I hadn’t received my stays and smses, the lady at Mvg activated me to now receive them.
Its not my fault that I have not received them, its now only a concern as I am bluntly told you are not important anymore Thanks Team Wild Coast/ Wilbert
