Supabets.co.za / Portapa poor service- Hillow branch

Iam a patron at this branch(hillbrow) for ten years plus, but what we are experiencing now as customers is pathetic. the service we are getting sometimes you wonder whether there is any management at this branch or not, because every employee here is doing willy nily. there's no manager, there's nothing everyone is his/her own manager they do as they like. first point of concern; cashiers- their behaviour torwards us is terrible, the way they treat us is like we are nothing but trash to them. there's a section here where you can hardly bet your games, from cashier to cashier all of them are closed, they would tell you to go around the shop to other cashiers whilst them, would prefer to chat to one another waiting for their "personal clients". one day i thought i was lucky, i approached one of the cashiers there, well she did play my games oops! my luck was cut shot, after paying for my ticket she just stood up and went to chat with her colleague, from there she went to another one and started dancing, imagine, i was still waiting for my change. when she came back she asked why i was still there, i told her i was waiting for my change. she told me not to come again there because there customers play but they are obliged to leave "something". yes thats the crisis we are facing here in hillbrow, of late we used to report them but nothing seems to change. its even getting worse. second point of concern; pay-out points cashiers- to them queue is nothing, you can go straight to them and get paid out without joining the queue as long as you gonna leave something, when they get their float they pay out their clients, the change that is remaining thats the one that is going to pay people who are in the queue. this one i discovered that even their managers are doing it,which makes it a dead-end to us customers, we are just left out in the cold with nowhere to go.we have lost hope. we have lost faith and trust in this management. our customer line of allegiance slowly is broken and eroded away, ...please you are our last hope. i hope this notification wont server our relationship but amend and pave way for a better future.-Thank you...! by a loyal customer(hillrow branch south africa)

Desired outcome: the supervisors should be seen on the floor moving up and down to monitor and control the cashiers, the managers should be mobile than to sit behind their computer the whole day, cameras should be monitored towards pay-out point cashiers

Supabets.co.za / Portapa Deposit transfer money is missing

Please be careful using supabets I lost r500 that I had deposito through ozow and was deducted from my bank account, I whatsapp them sent e-mails all over, will not tell names now but not one of them can assist me, this is now dragging for more then 5 days. If this money is stolen or this is fraud, yes I am okay with loosing the money but hope this will not happend to others. Please remove this advertisings from the tv sets.

Supabets.co.za / Portapa Withdrawal

I asked for withdrawal on 2022-06-03 from Supabets but I have not received it. When I enquired I am told that they have escalated the matter with the relevant department. I am not getting any help. I am new to Supabets so I told they operated the same way as betway and Hollywood when it comes to withdrawals but then to my surprise their payouts takes forever. Supabets whatsapp support is useless because they don't respond to you once you have laid a complaint. I wish people know that Supabets is a scam and doesn't care about their customers.

Desired outcome: I would like my payout to be paid as I requested

Supabets.co.za / Portapa Deposit

I have made an immediate deposit yesterday and it is still not reflecting in my account. A you may or may not be aware the bank charges for immediate payment is R7.50. So if the funds does not reflect the same day in my account then it is senseless to make immediate payments into the accounts.

Supabets.co.za / Portapa Missing deposit

I made a deposit on 5 May 2022 of R200.00 and my bank was debited and the supabets have not made the deposit, that deposit should come with free spins and I never received it too.

There has been other occasions where I made two deposits of R1000.00 each and never received the free spins.

I have contacted the support numerous times and no resolution is coming to light

Supabets.co.za / Portapa Money disappeared from my account

On the 18/5/22 I had a balance of 599 in my account your systems crashed my money dissapered by the next morning 19/5/22 my balance was zero I enquire online and on wattsup only to be told they are working on the problem and I'm credited with 405.00 as promotional bonus to play with until the sort the problem out now the agent sends me a screen shot of the promotional bonus and says I used the money what a load of [censored] superbets is scamming there customers yet again this happened in April last year as well and to date I'm still waiting for my money as for the agents they are so incompetent I would like this to be looked into my username is Tracyp27

On the 28/04/2022 at 8:35am I requested a withdrawal of R25504.25 from Supabets, up to now I haven't received my money. I sent emails every day about the matter, and these are their responses, query will be resolved, query will be escalated to withdrawal department, we apologize for the delay. Please help.

Supabets.co.za / Portapa Im complaining of money that dispaeared

i have won a nice sum of money long story short at 20.21.42 pm on the 25.04.2022 till 20.48.54 pm i was left with R17.575.22 in my mainwallet next thing i no after requesting a R8000. Withdrawel dirext deposit funds disapeared.Acording to the several afents i spoke to thr say thr cant see the funds uim referring to.The next morning i called in at 07h35 am a agent with name Victor spoke to me he stated to me that the R17.575.22 is in my supanumbers acount he tried telling me how to m9ve it bqck to my mainwallet i replied by saying i dont no how to he then said he will do it on my behalf and call me bqcjk in ten minutes.A halfhour has past i decided to call again he know i was told victor is busy and he was mistak3n i was angry.At 16.30pm Eugen Romqn assistant manager called ne he then spoke 2hours on phone went thru my wallet history then into my bet history i kept asking him how do i get in thr so i can see what hes talking about he said we wiol get thr later i pretended to just listen meanwhile i discovered how to and funny he mentioned to me i cant see it its in my supanumbers a light shined this is what victor told me the morning and victor said five time dont worry sir i can see the entire R17.575.22 is safe sir i will know put back to mainwallet it never happened.Then i found the page my bet history sos 100 items per page i opened the history Mr Eugene Roman somehow also on the same rows per page but refers me to page 8 wich i did do bets of 160rand and 200rand and 100rand but paged 3 and 4 and 5 and 6 is the pages of timeframe and there qas playd 144 bets and 18 of those bets was R10 and 75 of those bets was R20 bets and the rest was R30 bets and one R40 bet making it a total of R3100rand that i placed bets of the R17.575.22 to its know the 2 May 2022 i hqve emailed th3m this proof on 26 April 2022 next day nobody got back to me Their emaild me with bets i placex between 4pm on the 25 Apripl 2022 and 8pm from 8 21.pm i started betting small and your bethistory cannot lie or be edited but incase it can i have screengrabed my bet history on the 25th April 2022 anduptip 2 May 2022 just incase thr do edit it thank you

Your support team is nothing more than totally useless..

Im trying to resolve a R400.00 withdrawal that i made but there is just no help from them they just ignore me when i talk about my R400. 00 money that is missing...

I would seriously consider a new support team just because of there bad service I don't want to play on this casino any more...

I have been scammed by Supabets betting, I withdrew an amount of R300 from my account which I won fair and reasonable... And now when I am supposed to get my money I am told that I abused the deposit bonus that Supabets gives out to it's new clients I deposited my hard earned into the account and received a deposit bonus... And then won from my deposit. And now when I'm supposed to receive my money/payment they come up with stories and absurd reasons not to pay. I am upset and very heart broken with Supabets... What they did to me is wrong and unfair.

Desired outcome: I want my money to be paid to me because I won fair and square.

I have sent numerals emails to the support desk asking for assistance in resetting my password. Zinhle and palesa referred me back to the website even though I've explained that my email and cell number has changed. what I dnt understand is that I was once assisted with resetting my password by email, why cant I get the same service now?

To whom it way concern 

This is ridiculous what's happening at your Branch in Commissioner, we wait and wait for service this is not acceptable, you guys hire staff and hire staff with no experience or is it lack of customer service as a whole, you guys take out the most helpful people like your Supervisor that is nolonger here, why do you have to send away the most hard working lady (Shiela Mabusa), when ever that lady  is around things are not the way it is now...please do something cause this is [censored]  and bad service...or deal with your management /bring back Shiela Mabusa, cause she can handle pressure, this is ridiculous, your staff is busy walking around, in and out yet we wait as customers, it's not like we playing for free we spending Money "OUR MONEY"..

Supabets Johannesburg ZA is an internet scam: BE AWARE

This is a fraudulent company stealing money from ordinary people ( by fishing their bank accounts). I considerably understand they do money laundry and send fake accounts for stealing money from people online. I have been the victim of internet fishing from this company yesterday 12/03/2022. Two illegal transactions were recorded on my credit card, to an overall worth of about $700 AU. I was selling in GUMTREE while becoming the subject of fishing from one of their fake accounts. They also steal information from my other bank accounts. These people must be prosecuted and sanctioned. If you need details please contact me and I will disclose my documents

Transfer from my online bank account not credited to my superbets wallet third time this month I play superbets slots everyday so now I'm not sure if you ppl are running a scam or what because I sent so many messages on the wattsup chat and sent proof of payment to so many agents and get tod the same [censored] story that my queries have been escalated for payment and today the same thing happens again

Supabets.co.za / Portapa Benoni branch

I went to the Benoni branch yesterday at 12 midday and to my surprise there were only two cashiers and long queues.

When I went to speak to the manager who was sitting and playing on his phone he said that the other staff members were coming in at 1pm, and was not worried.

When I asked him to open a till he said that he can't. I then asked the supervisor who was there and told me that there is nothing that she can do if the staff members did not come to work, she then walked away.

I saw another lady and asked her to assist us just punted at her badge and said I am an admin and can't assist you.

There were more people that were not doing anything than the cashiers that being in the much needed money that we give you. The customer care that we received yesterday was terrible to say the least. And all the team, manager, admin and supervisor did not care what was happening.

Supabets.co.za / Portapa They don't want to credit my account

On Saturday 20-11-2021 I made a transfer with cellphone banking to their fnb account the first amount is the same as the second amount and they did not credit the second amount and I used my username as the reference now they want proof of payment for what I don't know cause it should appear on their system.again I made the withdrawal on Saturday with standard bank instant money they still didn't pay and usually they take less than 30 minutes to pay...am so disappointed with their service

Supabets.co.za / Portapa gameplay

Ive been playing lottostar and supabets for very long. I know supabets is not nearly as player friendly than lottostar but fundamentally the gameplay and most games are the same in fact I know they use the same platform for certain games like the habanero games.

what concerns me is that on for instance Egyptian dreams you have two indicators at the very top of the screen, one is the time and the other on the right is the random meter.
for the last 3 weeks the game changed suddenly whereby I get absolutely nothing, almost no bonus games and no wins significant enough for a small cash out. What I have noticed is the random meter is gone.!

This would indicate to me the game is no longer random!
this would also explain why winning even small amounts have stopped completely.
