Supabets.co.za / Portapa Withdrawal request

I have put thought a withdrawal request on Saturday at 2:30 . I called the head office to find out when will I receive my payment .The lady advised me that it will be paid later today or Sunday morning .I call in again today at 4:30 only to be told that my withdrawal will only be processed on Tuesday .I am really upset cause I'm a recurring Supabet Client .

Supabets.co.za / Portapa Supabet voucher

I bought a R30 supabet voucher at a garage on the 20/10/21 at 19:13.i followed the steps to redeem it, then i got a error message which said invalid pin or serial number, i emailed i called the call centre i watsapp and even live chat, and then recieved a call saying that my account must be validated before a supabet voucher can work so i did my fica it got approved and the voucher still did not work, ive been asked to send a screenshot of the error message ive been asked to send the voucher i was asked to refresh my phone...i did everything they asked me to and the voucher still said invalid even tm
the guy who called me try to redeem it with me on the phone but no success.my problem i have is i just want a answer can they help me or not are they trying to sort out the problem but guess what they dont reply to my emails they leave the chat while we busy chatting.im so frustrated not because of the R30 voucher but the staff not assiting me however whoever reads this can you please help me redeem this voucher thats all i ask...im jody onkruid username kingjeo11 my email is jody.[protected]@gmail.com cell no.[protected]

Same problem here bought a R50 SUPABETS voucher on my African bank account and African bank is there credit provider it told me invalid pin and i dont even know whats the serial number im so disgusted by there service and frustrated that i told them i dont want the stupid voucher anymore and they should delete my account because they cant even help with there own kind of voucher. You cant undom yourself on that. Team HOLLYWOODBETS

Supabets.co.za / Portapa Superbets withdrawal

On the 7 October, I have withdraw R1100 14:14, it was from uk lunch. R1000 at 6:37 and R2000 at 7:21, was from valley of god.
I've only received R1000 and R2000 only, on the 8 October.
Since from last week Friday I am whatsapping them with no help.

Supabets.co.za / Portapa Ill treatment from the area manager

Good day 

Am an employee from supabet Commissioner Street.  

I just want to report the matter that took place today this morning half past 11. 

De wald the erea manager banged on me while I was coming in and asked me for a name tag.  I was early with more than a 30 minutes. He immediately asked for name tag immediately I entere the shop. I told him that my shift has never started yet and am just coming in as he was also noticed that I was carrying my handbag in me. He insulted me to a point that he said I should take my job serious more than I take the sausage serious. I took that as an insult  coz I am pregnant. This happened in the entrance right in front of customers. He was shouting and telling me that hes gonna book a hearing for me. I showed him the name tag it was on my bag but he insisted that I should put it on and I was supposed to put it even before I leave the house.

Supabets.co.za / Portapa Withdrawals continuously being reversed

I have on numerous occasions this week made withdrawals from the funds available in my Supabets account, only to have each withdrawal cancelled every time I have done so. See transaction evidence attached.
I have had numerous 'chats' through their WhatsApp support line, each time being promised that the issue would be resolved and that I should try again. I have spoken on the phone to a support team member who said they were investigating and then simply left me on the call without any further communication. I have also emailed their support team with my problem and it still remains unresolved.
It appears that I will have to take this up with the relevant gambling regulatory board.

Supabets.co.za / Portapa Supabets confiscated over r2000 off my acco7nt

Hi there

I have encountered a terrible situation with supabets online gambling company.
I deposited R500 and claimed their 200% match giving myself R1000 of bonus funds to play with. I got this a bit over R2000 and was happy to withdraw after getting through the wagering requirements.
They have now however confiscated the entire bonus saying I am in breach of their terms.
They showed me a term which states if you cover 33% of a market, they have the right to confiscate the entire bonus.
I asked them where I breached this term as I was careful with all the bets I placed to make sure I don't breach any terms. I must have placed about 100 bets atleast to get through the wagering. I said if I had covered any bets it was not intentional and surely they can see that I have not been trying to strategically place my bets in such a way.
They proceeded to send me a screen shot of where I placed 2 X R25 bets on 2 possible correct score outcomes in the same game. I have tried to explain over and over that this is not over 33% of the outcome as I took only 2 possible outcomes of about 15 or 20 possible correct score outcomes for the match.
As anyone should agree, this is nowhere near 33% of the markets available for correct score.
I have tried explaining this to them over and over but no one will listen and nobody is helping me.
I have sent numerous emails and had calls but am getting nowhere. I was told a week ago that I will receive a call back after it is investigated by their bonus department. I am still waiting for the call and realize they are never going to help.
I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with their product as a whole and their customer support is just Terri le and cannot help.

Please look into this for me and let me know how to resolve this.

I'm complaining about a withdrawal that I made on the 1st of September 2021 from my account SboneloV1 it was an amount of 2400 via fnb ewallet... I've been talking to several consultants via y'all WhatsApp platform to enquire about my payment they kept telling me that they have escalated my issue to the relevant department till to date I haven't recieved my payment

Supa Bets Sesfikile Square only has two tills points open. The Risk Of Catching Covid-19 While Standing in long queues for hours is higher

Ventilation is a big factor, too. Indoors, The smaller the space is, the harder it is for airborne particles to disperse. windows and doors are closed.

This has been happening for quite some time and its really dangerous and frustrating

Hi there

On the 14/8 money was removed from my betting account (R1000) when I enquired to know why I was told that it was for a duplicate payment made to me on the 29/7
I have looked throughout all payments received from SUPABETS AND I NEVER GOT any double payment
I HAVE ASKED THEM FOR A PROOF OF PAYMENT AND I GOT NOTHING
I WILL PRESS CHARGES IF PROOF OF PAYMENT IS NOT SENT TO ME TO SHOW THAT I RECEIVED DOUBLE PAYMENTS FROM THEM

Good day, I made numerous calls and whatsup messages talk to different managers and they did not assist not even called to give feedback as query was escalated. Game freeze and error is not connected to gaming server. I downloaded another browser, cleared cache that what they asked me to do but did not help. It is now two weeks, all the other instant games I have access just the Lucky Respin game.

I had R40.50 in my account and then all of a sudden I had R0.00. This is my first time playing with Supabets and I am quite disappointed due to the fact that my trust was put into the site and having my money swiped was not what I expected

Pirate gold didn't payout see pic. This is not the first it happened.
As per picture, 3 x pirate maps appears and according to the payout it should be R1000 plus 15 free spins. This is very misleading. Please attend to this urgently.
Also note, 2 x map should also payout but it doesn't.

Saturday morning i deposited money into Supabets Nedbank account and the transactions has been made but it never had shown in my Supabets account, as today i always paid in Supabets Nedbank account two times but the money still doesnt show im angry i don't know what to do ! What do they do with our money that we deposit do they take or what because i cant take this nonsense anymore of loosing money everytime i deposit some we dont even get the money on our Supabets account!

I have asked on the online chat and on the whatsapp support, as to why I cannot use my main account balance. It is viewable but not useable..
I have spoken to guys on whatsapp but refuse to assist.
Why does supabets have a whatsapp support number if the guys managing that number are not will to assist?

Is there any that can actually help?

To Michael (area manager) and all the superbet directors, the Alexandra branch is my concern and on behalf of other customers we are sick and tired at betgames, you hired employees to place the bet for us with our money then why they are forcing us to tip them if we dont tip them they dont play for us, other thing is they control themselves going up and down leaving customers stranded, extension of their lunch time wen we complain to branch manager he is taking bribe from them as like what other fired manager was doing, we are taking this branch to glambing board for keeping our coins when we won the bet, we play with full amount then why we are told to leave the coins in the till by force. Another thing it's a void ticked Michael we know you are the one who deal with this how come if I play ticket and the printer failed to print if the ticket won it's a refund if it's not won no money back you are robbing us and u must explain it carefully to us as customers. right now the branch if full but betgames hv only one person playing for more than 20 people at the same time, the other one went AWOL and the management of this branch is very poor, if you fail to manage betgames please close it coz we are customers also but treated unfairly, adding to the staff there are betting for themselves its clearly those cameras are not working and it slow the chance of us to bet, thabile is one other staff who bet for herself
